20,000 employees have created an agent. — We believe in learning by doing, not just theoretical knowledge. — There is no playbook for learning for AI. And so it's, you know, it has to be multifaceted. We do hackathons, we do prompts. It's in the spirit of learning together. My team has built an agent that actually can rebrand and correct all of our learning collateral. Creating learning content in the past has taken a month to actually develop. Now we can do that in an hour, which just frees up my team's time to spend connecting with employees. I think it just speaks to BNY's strategy on AI for everyone. Good ideas come from every level in the organization and is empowered to bring those ideas to fruition. Deeper, stronger partnership is absolutely the path forward for us.
