After Doc GPT was launched, uh we found contract review times cut by more than 50%. Our mandate is very simple. We built uh data engineering solutions to uh enable the better quality of life for our finance professionals that we serve. They were doing the contracts review manually. they would eyeball each and every contract and try to painstakingly extract every term. We have seen that number of contracts closed in a month uh to reach even the low thousands now. So Docy GBT is a suite of solutions to process signed enterprise contracts in bulk hundreds at a time a thousands at a time and you'll pass useful information from those contracts and then write it to a table that's querable in your data warehouse. In addition to this, there is a rack prompt as well. It refers to a reference document which could be thousand pages in this case like ASC 606 and identify all the clauses that are making a given contract non-standard. Behind the scenes, what happens is it's not just inferring the values from a PDF. It's also reasoning and analyzing why the value is like this instead of the something else. So it's like mimicking how a human would review a contract and convert that contract into a tabular fashion. That output is used or read by the humans who are the experts of the contracts itself and now they are just handling the tabular output instead of PDFs which are like thousand words and one. The finance team that which historically have been reviewing these contracts manually can now keep up with the pace uh and growth of the business.
