You can find memory and custom instructions by clicking on your profile in the top right, clicking on settings, and then personalization. Custom instructions are a secret hack for a bunch of our chat GPT power users. It helps chat GBT adapt to the way that you work, the work quality, its tone, focus, and style of work that you want it to produce, even down to the words that it uses. Think of custom instructions as a way to proactively tell ChatGBT what you want. And our new enhanced memory capabilities as ChatGBT referencing your past conversations and chat history, not just the current chat. So, we'll start with custom instructions where you can set yourself a nickname. I'll go ahead and ask ChatGBT to call me demo legend just for fun. You can also specify your role. I'm a solutions engineer and the way that you want chat GBT to respond using the trait section here. I prefer chat GPT to shoot straight with me but be skeptical and forward thinking. Poetic is fun, but it's a bit long-winded for work. Lastly, you can add anything else that you want chat GBT to know about you.
