### Segment 1 (00:00 - 02:00) []

In a market like San Antonio, we have to figure out how to do things differently. And that's in our player care. team building. That's in our fan and arena operations. Sport is no different from a business standpoint. And businesses are one by decisions that are made. And AI actually helps us make decisions a lot faster. We've been able to save over 1,800 hours in a month. Ultimately, our mission is to unite fans through unforgettable experiences and we're able to only succeed through that by fully understanding how their experience is going. So, one of the I think best parts about this GPT that we added in functionality of was adding in our fans hierarchy of needs. I'm able to ask it to do data analysis, do coding, different things on the data. So, I'm able to do that a lot more efficiently and focus more on actually uncovering the insights. We have fans all over the world and globally. And so, how are we making sure that they're not just fans, but also we're supporting them in whatever they're needing. I can do research. I can build out an agenda. I can design the curriculum, create a facilitator guide and a marketing strategy, and have all of this created within minutes and days. We did pilots with other tools and the adoption wasn't so great. So when we came to OpenAI, it wasn't just a vendor fit, it was a great cultural fit. We have gone from 14% of people using LLM tools when we started this to now over 85% month overmonth usage. 94%age of people saying that their fluency in AI has increased. It's kind of like opening your first iPhone and there's a wow effect. We're trying to figure out how can we create competitive advantages and being early adopters of artificial intelligence is an area I think we can create expanded experiences for our employees, for our team members, for our fans and partners. And I hope to create efficiencies that now allow the brilliant minds in this room to solve even bigger problems.
