now I'm 19 but it's been like literally everything from 10 to 30k per month I kept asking that is it going to be a problem because of my age he said no I didn't really believe but then I experienced it aggressive patience like every day you have to be doing things to push the needle forward the business plan we came up which was basically smma but we soon realized that wasn't something huge from June to January 2025 we made around like 60 to 70k do you have any tips on LinkedIn content specifically that's usually the struggle people have is like if I am general what content do I make how do I position myself on there I had a post right now last time I checked was over 52,000 Impressions and it's a week and a half old when you take the payment up front the expectations are too high we're dividing into phases I have this like deep feeling that I'm doing something important what I'm doing right now is going to lead to something bigger and I'm going to be able to create more value and make the world a better place and make a lot of money in the process of doing that hey everyone leam Motley here and today we have a video breaking down some of the community results we are seeing these are taken from uh my accelerator but I do want to be opening this up to a broader base of people who are in say my school Community or just watching the channel here um so this is going to be more of a recurring format for the channel where I'm doing community results showcasing and putting together a few different interviews into one video like this so if you are wanting some inspiration or you are wanting to see hear different stories from maybe not just my perspective but other people who are coming in with different background or that they're approaching this model in a different way or finding a different Niche I want you guys to get as much context as you possibly can to understand all the different angles that you can attack this opportunity from so that's the purpose of these videos there are three different interviews within this video and they've been taken from the wins section in my accelerator so we're just sort of taking some of the recent wins and I'm going to be doing that same thing with the free community Etc so if you want to be featured in one of these videos and tell your story and get a bit of a spotlight put on you and the things that you're doing in the space so you've got an interesting story to tell you've got some really rapid results Etc I'd love to have a chat and hear your story and share your story on the channel as well so there'll be a link in the description if you want to apply and you think you've got some that's worth talking about or sharing so without further Ado let's get stck into these interviews and

enjoy so Ty it's great to have you on here and thanks for your time a pleasure glad to be here yeah so we'll just jump straight into uh a bit of your background if you can give us the the elevator pitch on where you've been for the past few years um in your career so far and then we'll give a bit more context on what you're doing at the moment yeah um spent seven years in the Army um didn't know what an IP address was uh they taught me pretty much everything from networking to systems Administration and database Administration uh I had the privilege of going to Ranger school and the and being a part of the 75th Ranger regiment and from there I learned a lot of resilience skills of how to overcome adversity and just pushed through which later on became super critical um for us and uh was a contractor for the dod for a little over a decade for that and then uh saw an opportunity to try and market a cyber security report ing tool to the dod um and failed miserably for three years trying to do that uh and then we uh made a massive pivot and created our own uh AI automations agency from there and uh yeah tell us a little bit about that uh the light bulb moment for you as I know pretty much everyone I talked to at some point they encountered my videos with someone else's and sort of hit saw wow this is a great way of fitting my previous skills or jumping into a better vehicle so tell us sort of your discovery of this opportunity as a whole yeah we um we got asked by a business that we have a really close tie with to try and solve a problem for them and knew that we could leverage AI as we used it to help us build our cybercity reporting tool and uh our CTO Ryan just he knew how to solve that problem real quick and uh took less than a week and we gave them exactly what they wanted and found a bunch of data for them that was in a file share so him and I kind like man I think there's something here I think this is potential a useful skill for businesses that we could potentially market and so um we decided to Pivot and we made that decision in end of 2024 so around October um then I came across your school Community because a buddy of mine had a Veterans School community that he wanted me to be a part of and I joined and I was curious as to what else was out there as we were kind of making this pivot and so when I found your school Community uh I think I forgot what the first video was to watch I think I just watched whatever the first one was and it was like this Epiphany um of like this is exactly what we were trying to do uh building a AAA and I mean it was so well packaged it was like all my thoughts like in a video like being talked back to me but like really well polished like the exact thoughts I was trying to put together um and uh I had I was driving my stepson down to a baseball camp to Houston which is about a 10-hour drive for me from where I am in Alabama and I binged just YouTube video of yours the entire way there and the entire way back and just like had all these great ideas like oh this is exactly what we need to do so first opportunity I could join the uh the accelerator I mean I didn't hesitate yeah and that seems to be a bit of a common theme across the people that I've been uh I've been interviewing recently um and uh I think you rapper success which we'll get into in a bit um of just getting this thing off the ground in the first place I mean it's so key to just get a bit of my up get those small WIS and getting positive feedback and being like okay that I am making progress I am moving in the right direction here so if you just want to run us quickly through um your journey since you've kind of officially started the business and made that pivot um and sort of where you're at right now with the agency yeah um I I'll preface it with this I mean we spent three years you know uh failing at try well struggle busing it I guess as better way of doing it it's just finding a million different ways and how things don't work and how not to do business which set us up perfectly so that when we started the accelerator you know with the curriculum that's there and how you laid it out there of like what to do how to do things um I mean we started implementing you know like an exploratory Milestone into delivering proposals for people um and that was a huge Catalyst for us it really we were making better proposals now um to more qualified people yeah and it really it really drove the success right away because um you know we had all this uh experience as a business and as a business that figured out ways not to do things that once we were shown kind of the blueprint on how to do things it just clicked right away and how we approached uh potential customers and leads was very different it was very strategic then um and we really had an understanding of what we were doing and how to be a triaa MH okay so in the last while um what's uh what deals have you signed in and where you're going to from here detail on the kind of projects you're doing as well would be great yeah so we have a document portal for a transportation company uh it's pretty much helping them provide their customers a completely different um experience and helping automate some of their business operations so on the operational side allowing their business to become a lot more efficient um and then they're already talking about the next uh tools that they'd like to implement within their business and how we can help them there um doing a lead generation and Outreach tool um for a customer who's got a couple different verticals a course and then some of the services that he offers um so he wants something that can help generate leads and then Outreach for that as well delivering that here in a couple of weeks and getting some pretty good results from that right now really excited about that um and some of the other exploratory Milestones that we've entered into to with proposals that we have out are a lot of on the operation side because we do a little bit more of the custom work so we can program a little bit more um in depth and Stitch a few more things together um so there's one proposal that we have out right now that I'm really excited about is and it's pretty much automating the entire operations for the owner of that business because he believes that he is the Cog and the wheel that's slowing down the scaling of that business and so the more he can step away and actually focus on scaling the business working outside not inside and working on the business instead of inside he's really excited about that so are we um yeah it's more on the operational side for us within a business and it's being able to run some apis into some of the software that they're using that may not have uh a tool that's already been built for that okay and so you uh I've seen in the wooden Channel you've had a few deals signed and you just said you've got a bunch of proposal out so what's the numbers that we talking at the moment um so we have a proposal out for 35,000 uh for the initial delivery of the product um and then a 90-day um service contract for that for a retainer um at $2,000 a month and then uh the lead gen and the Outreach one is you're looking at a $155,000 project that was accepted we have a um $7,000 do portal project um and then some of our exploratory Milestones that have been accepted you know they range anywhere from $250 to $1,000 right now um but I definitely see those going up here in the next few that we're looking at delivering actually have one that about to deliver this week uh that's for 2500 I mean the uh the cash flow you get from those is uh can be a lifesaver at times and um I think you'll fine as you go through and as soon as we started implementing the expiration Milestone at morning side uh one we stopped wasting so much time on those proposals um and pitching to people who were never really going to buy or didn't have the funds to buy and then the close rate jumps up massively so you you'll probably see as you start to go through these exploration Milestones once they get to the end of it you've had a chance to prove your skills and prove the way you operate to them U built up a bit more trust and a stronger relationship with them and the close that we have found is just is extremely high on those at the end of the exploration miles soon and even if you don't end up closing them at in the sort of window you expect you've still proven to them that you are the kind of person and then they come back to you whenever they have whenever they see something on YouTube or they see it in the news and they think of AI they think of you and we've found a lot of people come back around um and they might even just said an expiration Milestone there for a bit so okay yeah we're kind of happy with that but we'll Circle back when things make sense so it's good to hear you're seeing the same sort of patterns um patterns on that side um in terms of your acquisition um and how you how you're getting clients at the moment is it all through warm Outreach or are you doing some kind of outbound or qu creation what's the strategy at the moment so you know in creating and having a business for three years uh I did a lot of focus on LinkedIn um so in starting the you know the triaa accelerator I had about 4,000 connections on LinkedIn um but I was kind of clueless as to how to handle that and so all the leads that you you're seeing right now were have all been from warm Outreach people that I already talked to other business owners that I knew or that I was involved with and then had already networked with so when we made the pivot it was really easy just be like hey I'm doing this AI uh integration are you interested and they immediately jumped on it you know like let's figure out I want to learn more um I would say in the last couple weeks from the accelerator uh I've really started focusing in on how to handle all those connections on LinkedIn how to properly uh nurture that as a lead and create those conversations and this week alone I've had five Discovery calls booked um from that um I had a post kind of taking some of uh Nico's strategy and I had a post right now last time I checked was over 52,000 Impressions and it's a week and a half old um so it's for me it wasn't just like on the business side of it it's also on the Outreach side like kind of taking what's in the program what's in the modules and actually applying it I mean instantly I mean the biggest post I ever had was like 25,000 Impressions and this I mean I've doubled that in a week and a half with one post um so it's been incredible yeah I mean with that kind of base on LinkedIn you just got to pull the right leevers now um brought up a bit I mean clarifying your reputation and positioning to those people and it's through content and through changing your headline and your banner and stuff like that and they'll just start to be like okay so this is what Tyler's doing now and then your client results will speak for themselves on the uh on the content side so um if we're looking at I think the interesting part of your story is um sort of the dis and how you've been able to sort of take aggressive action on things you say they came from the Army um I've seen a lot of people try to get into this and I haven't seen many people move as fast as you have after you join joined the program in particular um so what do you think uh is the biggest listal takeway from your past businesses and when you've come into this um when it comes to moving quick and actually getting things done uh it's a term I like I'm going to steal it from a couple of people um probably G Gary vanek's probably one of the biggest proponent or where I heard it first so I'll give him credit here but it's aggressive patience um like every day you have to be doing things to push the needle forward and then understanding that you may not reap the benefits from this for 90 days it might be three years later that you have finally reaped the benefits uh I use a system that was it it's called a it's called the power list and I got that from Andy forella who's the owner of first form supplement company and um you know I it's five tasks every day I give myself five critical tasks every day and I I'd just try and knock them out and so once I had more a better blueprint from you know the modules and from the information that's that was in the accelerator I just plug those into those five critical tasks and was like I have to get these done every single day five things knocked out and I'm going to work my ass off to get them done and understanding it may I may not see the benefit from that day's work for 90 days or so and having that patience to see it through um so once I had the right information and the right blueprint to follow I mean you saw that success change immediately because I was doing a lot of things before the accelerator just trying to figure out what is a an AI automations agency do what is it and so once I was told like exactly like this is what it is this is how you do it I mean that work 90 days ago is now starting to pay off and I think you know that that's really what led to that rapid success yeah totally um and you'll probably be uh swinging through to the Meetup when we have it in the States but um in terms of the uh the community side you seem to I'm sure you're getting a lot of interest um from other people in the community um what's it been like transitioning into sort of being in this AI space and uh and the people you're meeting along the way man it's I tell you the community that you're building is impressive um one that you would think businesses everyone's fighting trying to you know it would be super competitive no one's going to share anything No One's Gonna talk to anybody um it hasn't been that way at all and because I think you set that precedence right away that I'm going to be very open you told everyone and how I'm doing this and I'm going to show you how I'm doing it all kind of set the Precedence then everyone's a lot more open about that and uh a lot more supportive I mean I've had a number of different calls with people are like hey how did you get that win or how is it working for you um and it's been interesting to be the person that they're kind of coming to because you know we're still in my mind so early on we're still growing we're still scaling um but it's awesome to be able to pay it back to some of those people and uh and then see them take some of the information that I gave them and become s you know start turning their own success um and then they come back to you and they they've got other learning from what they've done and stuff so it's yeah it's incredible man it's been uh one of the key things that I have tried to put at the Forefront is like I don't I could have tried to G keep all of the stuff and keep it to myself but it's there's so much more for me to gain by sharing it um and I think everyone else kind of well if they join the community they definitely sort of see that vision and say look this is so big we're actually we're all in this together to a certain degree and there's no need for us to start like trying to get some Alba room and pushing each other around but um what is uh well firstly I want to help you get some clients and get some more interest so if there's anything in particular that uh you would say you're specialized in or there's any previous work that you've done that you want to talk about just briefly um because people can get in touch with you in the description we can do that and then we've got one more question that we can wrap things up yeah um obviously our website's a really easy way to get a hold of us allet technologies. com it's uh Tesla spell backwards um and then obviously on LinkedIn I'm there pretty actively um and then uh I would say right now we're really kind of shining where we're finding our Niche because you know we kind of took the approach let's just stay generalized right now um and find that thing is we're seeing a lot of success by being able to build a more customized approach in the operation side of businesses and helping the actual uh business operations become a lot more efficient and building uh better workflows for them and tying them into oneoff software that might not have the greatest apis um so that that's really been for it for us yeah sweet well um what's the long-term goal for you as well I mean you've come into this off the back of uh trying to build software so is this sort of just a cash cow you're going to get your skills up get deeper in the space um and then you're looking for sort of bigger plays here or what's the uh what's your sort of five-year view of where you're going in the space fiveyear view in this space um I mean I want to build a company you know it's really easy to throw out numbers and what the company's valued and worth um but for me the real thing that I want to do with this and it all three of us within allet we all served our community in some fashion or form um obviously I was an Army we have former Air Force officer and a former paramedic um I mean we want to help people but I mean I grew up watching small and medium-sized businesses be the backbone of the economy uh specifically in the US but obviously in the world I mean um it's the backbone so and then I saw things like Amazon happened and wipe out an entire industry and I just want to give all those small mediumsized businesses a Fighting Chance at thriving throughout this AI Revolution and I want to be able to look back and be like I I've helped businesses Thrive and those businesses are putting food on the table for people and putting roofs over their head and so it's really just a continuation of our service that we did earlier in our lives just in a very different way um but I think one that can have a potentially much larger impact totally yeah I love that I mean that's very closely line with why we exactly why we do what we do whether it's helping people like yourself to I mean ours is our multiplier is through people like yourself if we can do it ourselves and show you how we do it then you come like multipliers and we can go out there and do this at a much bigger scale so um Ty thank you for your time and um I'm very excited I'm sure you're going to be absolutely crushing it over the next 12 months so uh we'll keep tab keep in touch and keep tabs and may be having you back on here or likely feature You featuring you in um in one of my listal videos with the solutions people are selling I'm winning with so um thanks for your time man and um we'll uh get if you guys want to get in touch with Tyler as I said links will be in the description but um yeah appreciate your time uh my pleasure

### [20:30](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M60AEdBzCA8&t=1230s) $30k/Month At 19

ma right so now we have ludvic who's going to share his journey from uh starting his agency to getting his first office and some of the cool stuff he's doing in the AI personalized Outreach space so I love great to have you on here man I think you've already featured on the channel once before one of those list videos how to do but it's great to have you on here to tell a bit more of your story so um tell us a bit about yourself and uh we can jump from there yeah 100% U thanks a lot for this call here and I'm super excited about this basically my if I were to give a quick rundown of the where I started how I got here where I'm going um I basically started really early with like a lot of different like online uh businesses I think I was like 13 or 14 years old when I started doing like a lot of different things in the online space like literally everything from like e-commerce to smma and all of that and now I'm 19 um have been part of the acceler then since you launched like 1. 5 years ago or something like that I think it was the first batch actually and I'm 19 years old now have uh this is actually an office we recently got like this is one of the rooms it's more space back there um but nice little small win at least um big one that's a big one yeah depends uh nowhere obviously near where I want to go and but I've been running the AI automation agency um for that time as well I actually started like prior to that with uh like AI SAS prodject but wanted to get some cash flow and because that weren't really going as I wanted it to so that's how I found Liam and uh they've been like I think the accelerator has been like a has been such an incredibly important part of my journey and getting to this stage because it's like the collective growth effect where you basically have like you grow together with a community so it's basically it's impossible for you not to grow together with the people you surround yourself with even if that's something remote and uh yeah we started doing like custom Solutions uh and then we realized we were much better at bringing like traction and basically like booking appointments for ourselves using AI so we started helping other a companies do the same thing on a performance-based model which have been working really great which is what we're still doing and now we're kind of not pivoting into but we're uh switching over to a more scalable model where we basically have a like SAS platform that will um we have a platform that we're going to be bringing traffic from regular companies into where they can like find the highest Roi AI opportunities within their company and like different departments and business functions and then we're going to connect that to AI solution providers um and only like charge per qualified lead and per qualified deal depends a little on the case but that's pretty much it cool yeah I mean we were looking at doing something similar to that through the uh obviously through the accelerator we've got the network of agency owners and I think that's a really great way of if you have a good network of agencies you can provide a lot of value to clients because it's like I can pair you up with agencies who are actually really good and I think uh a lot of the time you find businesses just have no clue who to talk to or where to start and so if you can say hey look I've got a whole group of people who I know are really good at doing the things you want to do um and you can connect them then you can make value purely through just the connection alone so um I do want to dive a little bit deeper on the uh the AI personalized Outreach stuff that you guys have got so um I did feature in a video previously and just so people are aware could you give them a rundown of kind of how that system works um and why you guys decided to Double Down that yeah 100% uh the thing I love like I said we were doing like custom AI Solutions and but realized it was a it was pretty messy to like scale that there's obviously ways of doing that so I'm not saying that's a like bad route of going because there's a lot of companies like morning side as well who have been very successful in doing that but we didn't find it so uh easy and we basically like um set up a system uh for ourselves to begin with uh by kind of automating uh like there's obviously like different components to it that's not possible to like 100% automate so we still have to like put the pieces together but the parts themselves are like um obviously automated with AI and what we're doing like would take a like team of maybe like five people on a full-time basis like a point appointment Setters people who were like doing um like the entire process of obviously like finding the leads um in different unique places where they actually like display themselves get unique data that we can use for AI personalization have like AI agents go through all of the different leads like one at a time and basically see um different um data points that we can use for personalization which relates to the offer um that we're going to be pitching them on more in a human way so we're not like selling them something it's more that we H provide value up front by giving them some type of lead magnet which can also be like um personalized to the lead um and then after that we get them on a call and close the deal or our client us because we do that for our clients cool so you're it's like into in you're going to do lead sourcing and then lead research like enrichment personalization emails and if you also got I guess you've got autoresponders on the back of it as well so as soon as they reply it's analyzing the response if it's a positive or negative and then it's sending like the booking L it in yeah thereon such a great use case um and like you said you're knocking out a lot of different roles there and so the amount of like total value for a system like that is obviously pretty high um what sort of I mean what what what's the revenue you're seeing through this offer particularly at the moment um and what do you sell on at in terms of price point yeah so we've been doing we've actually experimented a bit with the different models we've been offering uh but we usually charge between like um 100 to 300 bucks per qualified call we able to get them as well as a small monthly fee of around 500 per month if they're locked into a four month agreement and then um like if on the lower end of 100 that's obviously if it's like um we find it super easy to work with that uh offer they have and obviously like the people who are going to be targeting and book them like book calls with and sometimes it didn't makes sense like if they if it's a company with like really high ticket offers we have usually have like a small uh Revenue share from the deals they able to close and that's if it's like not as focused on the volume um aspect so what's the over the last like three six months how much have you guys uh guys brought on that alha it's really hard to say as we work on a performance- based model but it's been like literally everything from 10 to 30k per month yeah I guess when it's fluctuating are you guys the one who turns like do they decide when you turn up the Outreach or are you just like in the contract as we're going to find as many leads as possible and email as many people as possible or are they having to say like hey look Let's do let's ramp it up or you agree on a fixed number of emails to send or like CU could you not just like seriously ramp up the lead generation side and just pump as much through the system as possible so how do you deal with that like uh the amount of emails going out lead being great question so it's literally like we the whole idea is that we want to have a long-term relationship with all of our clients which is super important for the and yeah obvious like how long we're able to work with a client and like success management and all of that and so we like if the client like actively requests that they don't want more appointments which had happened that's a good problem to have and we're obviously like goingon to post the campaigns for a while and like chill out um but uh yeah that's like pretty much it like we even if we have something in the agreement we can obviously like work with our clients and like communicate more like in a common sense way where we um yeah adapt based on the needs yeah not fair enough um and when it comes to the uh your journey on the technical side so who's building this out who's maintaining it have you got a developer under you um did you have to learn the stuff yourself and if so how so what was your kind of technical journey to this point and then how are you delivering it to this day yeah so I've been building most of the stuff myself up until recently I think it was a really good way to kind of become really good at one thing so that I'm now able to Outsource it to someone else um because there's like what we're doing is very specific it's not like I can go out on like LinkedIn and put up a job post to like yeah AI campaign manager that's like what we're calling the role like there's nothing like that out there or there might be something but like there it's a very specific use case and I can imagine like that being the case with um other AI agencies hiring for people and expanding the team but uh yeah so it's a really good thing that I've been able to like become really good at it myself so that I'm now able to like build out systems that I'm able to pretty much like yeah be able to copy and P it and so that's just all through trial and error your own self study and watching course material and YouTube videos and stuff and so you're mainly building what you probably got air table make H yeah like there's a lot of different parts to it and like the accelerator has been I probably couldn't have done it without the accelerator again like yeah no they they're uh bloody invaluable if you get because you like you must get stuck on some of those as a non-technical person being able to hop on a call with the coach must really help get around those tot totally um and so for looking back on your journey someone who uh you've obviously been able to pick up the technical stuff you've been able to get your head around how to run this as a business you've been able to wrap your head around how to get clients um oh let's maybe go into that how are you acquiring clients for the software right now and for your agency as a whole is it through your own system or is it somewh other yeah it's uh basically like 80% of the Le we get in is from the system we actually sell to them so that's pretty cool like I love to find like on tandas and business is L it's a concept from music where like what you do have like double or triple mic and yeah so like the better we can become at providing our solutions to our clients the more clients we're going to be able to H bring on um to ourselves and I mean that's something I think it's like a golden opportunity in any business as when you can align your product with how you actually acquire customers so there's another example in the AI space which is if you're doing AI video avatars and you make short Fromm content or long firm content with those and you use the tool that you sell to your s to your clients to generate those leads in the first place and I mean I've heard a lot of people talking about AI avatars and I've seen people using it in a bunch of different ways but no one's really uh in my opinion really stepped up to the plate and put their money with their mouths and say hey look I'm actually generating business leads with this like if you want other AI Avatar content like this for your business then uh you can get in touch with me here and I think that would just be such a great proof of concept um that I mean if you're watching this that's it's a good opportunity just like L's doing with um personalized Cod Outreach then you could do the same and with your acquisition system as your uh as your product as well so um for looking back on your journey so far let's say the past 12 to 18 months what was the uh the biggest challenge and therefore kind of the biggest learning off the back of that for you um the toughest part of the journey or really like the light bulb moment that you're like oh [ __ ] okay was it just finding this offer and realizing that you've got something now that you can narrow down to and get away from General div or what was it great question so I feel like if I were to give a really broad answer it would be like there's so many different or like there's a million different opportunities that's like already out there and our job as entrepreneurs and like value creators is to put together pieces that would create essentially the most value for other people in companies and build something great that other people want to use and or like pay for because that's how I like to measure value like money and the amount of value you're able to is like directly correlates to the amount of value you're providing so it's like finding the different pieces to put together that would essentially maximize the amount of value I'm able to create for other companies in this case using Ai and it's kind of hard to navigate that um by yourself which again it wasn't supposed to be a sales but again where the accelerator has had its place and I think that's pretty much it and then like obviously purpose has been a huge part of the last um 12 taking months like I feel like people um talk a lot about like discipline versus motivation and all of that but I'd like to take it a step further and really go about like the purpose of why you're doing what you're doing because that's what's driving me to essentially work like there's literally nothing else on my mind other than what I'm doing and what I'm working on at the moment and that's not because I'm super motivated all the time or I'm super discipline to wake up early and work on my projects and make progress It's because I have this like deep feeling that I'm doing something important and that what I'm doing right now is going to lead to something bigger and uh I'm going to be able to create more value and makes world a better place and make a lot of money in the process of doing that so yeah well topic there but you you're uh you're 19 years old and you got a obviously got your head screwed on so it's um I doubt this will be the last we're seeing you on the channel man um you're obviously on you going two for two here so I really appreciate you coming on sharing your story man um we probably got to wrap it up now but uh is any anything last minute that you would want to share any Little Gems that you think could help someone who's just looking a vaguely interested in the AI business opportunity or maybe they're already up to their neck in it and they're struggling any last gems you want to drop oh definitely work with like if you work with companies and people you love being around like make your Niche or target audience uh people you want to spend a lot of time with because you're essentially marrying yourself to the niche you're working with or the business partner you're going into a project with and make sure that you're working on important stuff because that again uh next to the purpose part of like don't not having to worry about how motivated you're feeling uh on a particular day or how disciplined you are or how strong you feel like it's nothing that doesn't have to do with a lot um when you're super Purpose Driven and you feel like what you're doing um has a like bigger purpose if that makes sense and make everything you work on go hand in hand with each other like that onas we talked about earlier yeah now that's a that's a big gym if anyone hasn't already figured that out so um yeah L appreciate it man and I'm sure we'll see you on the channel again soon but keep smashing if you don't want to get in touch with L um to get a uh an AI person called Outreach system like ludvigs um and be booking uh booking appointments um around the clock with uh without really having to do anything then his contact details will be in the description below um and yeah thanks for coming on man really appreciate it

### [37:50](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M60AEdBzCA8&t=2270s) $70k In 7 Months As Students

thanks right so now we have Mt and Ali here from uh the community and they are going to be running us through some of the success they had coming from turkey and now splitting off to the states and London um they're both young and going through the university stages right now while also juggling a uh an AI Agency on the side so um these guys have got a lot of cool stuff to share for the young guys who are trying to get into this and how they chose the this vehicle rather than the other vehicles that are out there for getting into business so uh great to see you both and thanks for your time thank you thank you uh yeah we can we just kick right off with um a bit of background on both of you um the Turkish background and uh where you guys are right now and why you ended up in this vehicle of all things and uh then we'll get into where your agencies at currently of course thank you so my name is mar I'm 18 originally from is turkey I moved to London from Turkey this year to study artificial intelligence at Kings College London I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship and we have been friends with I the best friends with at Le like for 10 years and now we are the co-founders of Moni group uh I believe we have quite an interesting uh story to share how we got into the AI space so I would love to start with that uh it was October 2023 and during that time we were in the last year of high school uh doing the international baloria the IB Program uh if anyone has done it they would know how academically regress the program is uh but it was never enough for us uh I was trying to learn trading and one day in one English class my best friend and now co-founder ali uh insisted me on starting a business but during that time my primary goal was to get into the best university I could so I was in this thing called monk mode uh so I didn't take him seriously but he seemed quite serious about it and that gained my respect uh the next day uh according to my Mo mode program I was up by 4:00 a. m. but that day instead of revising for ibms I opened the Google Docs uh I named it monk business plan and shared it with Al and basically wrote everything I knew about building an online business uh as kids growing up watching imanzi we the business plan we came up with was basically smma but we soon realized that wasn't something huge that didn't have a huge potential in the long term and this was exactly the time when I came across one of your YouTube videos so in November 2023 uh we joined the AA exelator program uh we used to wake up at 4:00 a. m. to watch the uh valuable stor on the course uh before going to school and long story short since then I could easily say that our lives haven't been the same so thank you so much we right man you guys are it's nice to touch Pace with the guys who've been doing this since we started things off so um Al leave if you got anything to share on your end so this is a we as Matt said we've been West friends for about 10 years and right now co-founders so as Matt said I insisted a lot about a back then we were in the same high school back in istan turkey as he said it was 2023 I've always been passionate about building a business uh because I had you know that leadership stuff in my soul and I insisted a lot because I think like a good founder would be someone I trust a lot and Matt was the only person that I trust as much but after that I wanted to start with smma but as he said then I saw the saturation in the market he talked about you he showed some of your videos to me it got my interest uh immediately and then after watching the videos I said bro we're doing this uh because you know we were so passionate about AI he's also studying AI uh I was also planning to study computer science back then and uh we started our own business and it's been approximately around two years and it's going really well yeah so uh yeah give us a rund in know where you guys are at right now with the business um and uh yeah stuff like how you're acquiring clients um the kind of services you're looking to provide and have provided recently and some of the numbers that you've had the past few months so back then when we started we were a general agency uh we were just like trying you know go for warm clients go for you know some cold Outreach soon uh I think program contributed a lot with all the tutorials and stuff and with the calls we made one to one calls uh we then realized that we need to change our sales approach maybe niching down maybe targeting uh like a sector specifically then uh we started with the service sector in Turkey so we only focused on Hospitality in Turkey uh and then we pivoted the company again and we switched to uh education sectors you know just the schools private universities everything uh then we started you know Outsourcing our first projects and Community helped us a lot to find people and connect with them after a while we created our own team and we created you know we hired some people from the community as well then changed then we hired the C and now we have a team of seven and from you know uh June to today we have the team uh so last year we didn't have like as I said a structured incomes uh model it was all big wins it wasn't like recurring Revenue it was just you know a month we were closing like a 30k SAS project because like we're we're really good in terms of development thanks to our CTO and the other month we were closing 25k 10K but it wasn't consistent but uh I can say with that inconsistent and see after taking things seriously watching stoos and stuff from June to January 2025 we made around like 60 to 70k and now we have a more structured approach we're doing AI audits we're giving you know uh one to two products basic automations from those audit and now are both for at the end of the year is to generate 250k as a revenue from ouri company yes s can you go into a little bit more well is there's a lot to impact there so first thing I want to touch on is the what's the split of responsibilities between you two um so who's done what so I would say we have a really good Harmony because I'm good at more of the online business stuff which includes marketing branding content creation and client acquisition and like 10 minutes before this call I Clos a new AI audit yeah so he's really good with the c relationships closing every single client I bring to the company so I would say we have like different powers that really have a good balance the technical sides obviously coming from the zto how did you find them CU that's a huge hire and that was a really a key inflection point and I say this for everyone when you hire that first really good developer um is really one of the first big like filters or barriers that stops a lot of the people who are trying to start these businesses to the people who actually keep going so once you have enough deal flow to support paying someone maybe 6 7 $8,000 a month even to come on and uh and lead the technical side so how do you find your CTO it felt like the business model completely changed after we found the CTO duruk so he's a Turkish guy he's also University student but whoever interviews him he they don't believe he's a university student because of his experience in development uh he's a like he's really strong in backand development it was basically my friend's friend uh he's studying in Germany so my I had a friend in Germany that uh also studies there yeah so basically I one connection cool okay and heish as well yes one thing I want to add there is that maybe for people to be inspiration as well sometimes I see people in the AA as well like they're having really uh Hard Times To You Know find people to have their seat the technical guy or the marketing guy but what we experienced in our journey was that we found out that once we have the right mindset people were just there it was like you know our friends once we looked for it was you know Matt it was Matt's friend it was Matt's friend's friend and we met everyone like that so currently like uh chrish is creating our contents he's also in our team and I met him in the university and as I had that business mindset then we just saw that we have a huge potential and he's one of the co-founders as well right now so it's just about the environment I guess yeah no I mean you you'd be shocked I think a lot of people be shocked about their Network and the people around them when you start talking about hey I'm doing this people want to get on the train like every second day it seems like someone's messaging me from someone I went to school with or a friend of a friend or I mean every day there's someone from YouTube messaging me saying hey look I'd love to like have you got a job for me is something I can do so the more you talk about it the more what you're doing people want to be involved in these businesses and they see kids like you guys and myself going in a certain direction and moving fast and they want to be part of it that sounds a lot more exciting than other career pass of people at the moment so how are you doing the client acquisition is it content creation or are you just doing a call Outreach or what yes so I post consistently on LinkedIn that's definitely a huge resource uh because a lot of people that's interested in AI is there like definitely we book consistent calls from there uh on top of that we just started taking YouTube content seriously uh and we have seen a huge interest there we are about to hit 1K uh 1,000 subscribers only with like one video and uh seven days uh really yeah you guys are beaten me off my first video in first week so good stuff that's [ __ ] awesome the video is like thousand views right now just with a single video and onek subscribers in s sick good stuff well uh yeah I mean double down on that if that's it's working but it's good that you've uh been working the LinkedIn side of things um just for people a bit of clarity on that I think a lot of people try to use LinkedIn um and don't really know the Strat while they're like uh I'm not getting the engagement I want um I don't seem to have enough like followers or connections for this to really work so do you have any tips on LinkedIn content specifically like uh I think with you guys being quite General uh that's usually the struggle people have it's like okay if I am general what content do I make how do I position myself on there and in a lot of cases when you are doing marketing it's about positioning yourself clearly as I am the this guy so that they think you're the expert right and that they want to work with you but uh how have you guys or especially on your side with LinkedIn how have you been able to use LinkedIn content to attract leads when you're still saying quite gen I would say uh there's a certain type of style that gets more engagement in LinkedIn so like basically there's a content type for LinkedIn the texts are for example uh 45 characters per line uh easier readability for uh mobile users and the content itself definitely should give a lot of value to the reader because now social media is a saturated market and lots of information is there so what I do like personally is just trying to pin point the pain points are uh idle customer profile could have so uh emphasizing how many hours of work they're losing every single week or how AI could scale their company a lot more and when I like when you have a attention uh hook and there's a like information behind that that's really valuable in a style that likes that LinkedIn users like to see then you get more engagement and I would say as well like M so to people like okay you're doing quality but that's our Moto like if a if quality is not combined with consistency then don't wait for you know results yeah I think that's one of the biggest issues I see as well it's like when you when there are people like M who are doing well you look at it and their page is active like they appear like they are a real person and they're constantly sharing stuff on this and I think a lot of people jump in and they release one or do posts and they put they might over invest and put too much time into one post and because it's the first one it doesn't hit I think um at least from my experience with content I recommend with YouTube as well it's just you just need to get the pen moving right you need to start writing posting and it's going to refine itself over time um Alex Mo talks a lot about needing to do the volume first and then once you've through volume you get a lot better at it and then the volume also reveals what works and what doesn't so um then you narrow down obviously hey these two posts got more than the rest let's just try to do more of these and then you sort of bring the quality of the quantity back and then scale up the quality so it's uh he calls it like a Content accordion and that's something I've found and I'm constantly in flux with on the channel so um yeah thanks I I'll be leaving you guys uh LinkedIn and your agency down the description so if anyone wants to check out Mt and the kind of strategy he's doing over there and also your channel will be down there too um but to uh to keep things moving what would you guys say you've obviously been doing this for quite a while now um are your what's the biggest challenge in all this um obviously you guys going through the custom Dev um experience and while it would be nice to say hey look I just wouldn't have gone customer immediately I would have tried to narrow down uh you kind of need to go through that right like you have to cut your teeth and you have to get experience in a in a range of different projects unless you've got a really obvious use case to go with orig initially um what was the most difficult part of your journey and how' you guys get there up a very nice question so I think the uh I would divide this into three I think the first one is definitely mentality so as I shared in the beginning okay we generated like up to $70,000 from 2024 June to this January 2025 but they is a period there where for three months we didn't close any deal but we were doing the same thing and you know consistantly posting LinkedIn doing Outreach so M mentioned about content creation and inbound it's so important but like there is no single day that me and the sales team we didn't do any Outreach there is no single day as horos says if feel like under one million people should know you and what are the ways for this okay content creation is definitely one way but Outreach is also so important I would say mentality on those days that you don't see results if you're doing the right thing this we just experienced that there's nothing special with us we're just like students and we made this happen you know at the age of 19 it's just waiting doing the right things and waiting I would say the first thing is mentality instead of focusing on the results just like focus on the systems this would be the first thing the second thing what I would be team Factor so building like a really good team it was a challenge for us to be honest with you because we had a lot of team members but there is a single Moto in our company no Geniuses are allowed in team unless they're good teammates so if we're hiring someone if he's like a genius in terms of development or any other stuffff if he's not a good teammate we're not letting him to be in the team so creating this team was so important for us because right now when a client comes in are you know like delivery dayses are good getting down because we have a good team and we have good Developers uh so I would definitely say team for the second part and for the third part I would say uh I would definitely say the client you know relationship so this is the part that I take care of a lot so as we're like young people we were first afraid of it's still connected to mentality or we're just 19 is it going to be like different and I actually asked this question a lot to Deen he was in the I'm not sure if he's still in the program yeah D still there okay perfect and I was like I kept asking that is it going to be a problem because of my age they're not taking me Ser he said no I didn't really believe but then I experienced it now when we do the stuff we need to do they really uh you know take us seriously and another case is people sometimes expect a lot so in meetings I see in sales meetings it's like oh we're going to deliver this it's going to take 20 days it's going to have 90% success rate Etc we never over uh over promise because I've seen and experience this a lot with some of the clients when we over promised it's just the process is so hard so there is definitely clients if you set the expectations realistic there are definitely people that will still be okay so I would recommend to be 100% transparent each case because this is this was a big challenge we experienced back in yeah now all of those are great ones and I've experienced them in my own ways in uh in certain stages of our journey as well and that the expectation management part is huge right um they some people come in thinking and it's particularly hard when you are starting out and you're like man I need to get this [ __ ] deal sign something in the door uh and you have to like carefully balance initially you don't really know you're like hey let this could be a lot of money I'm just going to sell the hell out of it and then you realize how much pain that gets you in for um by not setting those expectations right so um that's something for all beginners to be wary of is that these people are looking for everyone wants a s a bullet that's going to fix their business and they want to hear someone say look I can build this and it's just going to completely revolutionize they want to he they want to hear that right but um as we know it's AI isn't really that right now um and it still takes a lot of effort and a lot of uh proper planning good development and then good systems to manage that and uh and optimize it over time for this to actually provide new valy businesses so um that's a it's a pretty tricky one to manage early on but it does save you so much pain if you can sit those expectations right and that's why a lot of the time I'll tell people to okay sure you can do this whole thing you've got this client oh they really excited are they want you to do all of this but just like if you're just starting out Bring It Back like what's this what's the first deliverable that you can knock out with them get a win under your about with them before you try to do and also with the whole like long proposal cycle if you are pitching for a 50k project there's going to be a much dger Pro process of proposing and then back and forth negotiations whereas if you just buy off a small chunk of that big project knock that out build the trust then you can shoot for bigger projects afterwards so actually increased our sales by like maybe twice so back then we were just saying if it's 30k okay 30k and taking the payment up front when you take the expectations are too high yeah right now what we're doing is that we're dividing into phases project phases getting the payment showing them an MVP they confirm it we're moving to stage two we're sometimes dividing the projects to even five or six different parts like so that they're satisfied with it then make the payment so now expectations are aligned better totally yeah that for bigger projects we do Milestone based as well where it's like okay you got to pay this up front to kick it off but at the end of we've got these key milestones and then at the end of each month whatever we finished and you pay us for and that seems to work very well with our larger projects and if you can just jump into quickly I know you guys have pivoted your strategy a little bit in terms of the uh the offers you're running um the AI audit stuff you're doing right now so you guys are doing paid AI audits um how has that changed your strategy so far um this year and uh and the split between sort of the relationship between leads paid consults that you get booked in and then the uh the um the projects that roll off the back of that because that's fairly similar to the kind of AI uh the exploration Milestone which I preach a lot which is like okay give me some money first I'm not going to give you free Consulting but um give me some money first and we'll do uh some kind of initial exploration and then we can go into the project afterwards Al would you like to tell the story about John uh well I'm not sure if I'm able to tell I didn't ask him but uh yeah so I can let's just say John okay yeah okay let's just say yeah I we would like to give this example so the reason why we started aiit was to be honest with you it wasn't my idea it wasn't n's idea it was our client's idea so we started the project was clear we were doing a develop and stuff this is not drawn by the way uh just making it clear and then the client was happy with the project we were building it but suddenly it was a 25k project in the once we collected 8K he said like okay guys we're going but like I'm not sure if I really want this and uh we experienced this and then we were getting the payments but then we stopped getting the payment because I mean the reputation and client satisfaction is so much important for us than the money so we stopped it and then we just reflected on it we started the project but the client immediately wanted to you know just like stop it like what is the approach and then I I talked with a lot of people from AA as well I know what they want I know what they're looking for ETC and then I just we were just planning with Matt and Matt said why not doing AI audits uh because you know we're starting the process with a clients but if once we do an audit in the audit the it's basically we're having the discovery like a 1 hour Discovery call it's paid and after 1 hour of a discovery call we have 1 hour of AI audit where we're giving them a full presentation 5060 Pages all of the challenges all of their pay points and potential you know solutions that they might choose from the package and they might commit so once we started doing this it was so clear now we're identifying what are the real problems before starting any huge development and then going on and what we created is a win-win scenario because if they commit to AI audit we're refunding the money that we get from the AI AIT so if they commit one of the packages that we're offering we refund aiit money immediately Ah that's SM that's very SM now they're happy and we're happy as well so let me share the johon story if he is also watching three we we're building a system with John so we first offered the audit approach to John said Why like paying something to you guys when I know what to build let's just imedi start we said absolutely okay it's your but we do the other for this reason anyways we started doing it we we're still in the project uh and he's also so happy with the project but suddenly in phase three of the project he stopped and he said guys I said doing the integration with the CM but now I'm realizing that the paino is not my operations but the pain point is the CRM I'm using so why not building a CRM for me and then we were like okay that's fine and he called me and he Saidi now I understand how much AI AIT is important so right now we're stopping the project right now immediately we're doing an AI audit I'm paying you guys and then we're starting the process again so audit strategy was all that we first audit if they commit the project we refund the money so this ensures expectations are aligned and the client is happy and we're also happy I would say like most like all size of companies small medium or even big companies they don't know where and how to implement AI they just have some flashy ideas about using AI in this way or on some guys LinkedIn like yours go two voice agents talking and switching to their language that's a shiny cool thing to do but yeah we realize maybe doing the audit is more valuable than the development itself so as I said it's been going really well for us yeah it's interesting you guys are mean it's like I put out that video at the end of last year which is like the new AI agency model that would Domin this year and it seems like everyone's kind of realizing it at the same time which is there's I mean in order to sell implementation they need to First well one understand what the tech is and why they need it so we call that like education that's what we do it at morning side through our business head programs and then there's a strategy layer which is okay now I understand it and I understand why I need it okay but like where can it fit into my business and can you give me some sort of reinforcement or strategy on why this is why we should build this into our business particularly not just AI generally but how does it best apply to our business and then when you get to the implementation like you guys have found you get so much more buying and and conviction that okay this is the one uh this is where we're going to invest our time because you find with some some clients you feel like they're just coming for a uh coming for a build just because they feel like they need to do something but they're not fully they don't have the full picture not fully bought in and that's when you get the stalling and you get like oh yeah we'll get the requirements over to you and then sort of things sto out which is always painful as an agency H it so it's very interesting to hear you guys of and I like the strap that uh the refunding of it um so yeah it just pushes them over the edge to get them into the uh it's like a deal sweetener for the implementation so um I'm really excited to see how you guys go for the rest of this year I think 250k um as your goal is too low I think you guys should be doubling or tripling that um and uh alah you going to be swinging out to uh to Arizona yes so I'll see you there hope you see me there okay available to come yeah he's too far for him I get that but uh yeah sweet boys I'm looking to I look forward to catching up with you and um you guys have been smash so I appreciate having you guys in the community and um yeah if you guys want to get in touch with uh with merell and uh and their agency the Link's going to be in the description below um but yeah you guys are smashing it and thanks for your time thank you foring us righty that's all for the interviews I hope you guys enjoyed that got something out of it as you can see there's all sorts of people coming from different angles into this opportunity so I hope these have been inspiring for some of you who are maybe struggling or not quite seen the full picture yet um and as I said in the introduction there is going to be a link in the description below um if you want to be featured or you have an interesting story that you want to tell um I'd love to have a chat with you and share your story as well so there'll be a few more of these videos rolling out maybe one or two a month where I just get to talk to people and share their stories as well thanks for watching and if you want to check out another video like this where I'm interviewing someone from the community you can check this out here but aside from that thank you guys so much for watching and I will see you in the next one
