hello everyone and welcome to a bit of a different video today I'm uh just don't at the office yet and we are doing a uh video on hiring so as you saw by the title there a $10,000 reward and we are hiring a lot of roles here at Morningside whether that's within Morningside AI as you're going to see in a second or it's for my education business AA accelerator and for the software that we're looking to build over the coming years as well so there's all sorts of stuff going on um and this is really just a big hey are you interested in coming to work for me and the team and be part of what we're building here as I know I get so many messages from you guys and all what different platforms like saying hey I'd love to come work for you so this is the sort of big bat signal in the sky if you've ever wanted to come work for us or be part of what we're doing I'm going to be breaking down in a second on the Whiteboard here um the different roles that we're hurrying for where that $110,000 a water is coming from and uh how you can really be part of this journey with us so let's jump into it on the Whiteboard now so on the board here I've got all the different roles that we are hiring for now the ones up top are for morning side AI or the morning side group and these ones down here are for the AAA accelerator and my education business as a whole so um Triple A and up here we have um yes a morning site um we're going to run through these quickly so for the CTO position we are offering a $10,000 award if you can refer someone who ends up becoming the CTO of the morning side group so uh obviously a really big and important role for what we doing this is someone who's going to be leading all of the client projects that we do at morning side with some of the huge brands that we're currently working with and they're turning to get bigger and bigger over time so this is a pretty key role because you both need to be how to communicate with clients and hire new Developers for us and manage your development team so this is an area in particular that we are not going to cut any corners and we're only going to work with the vs that's why there is $10,000 reward if you know anyone who is maybe working in their own agency or working on some kind of product and they aren't seeing the kind of growth that they want or they want a bigger opportunity then here at morning side we can definitely accommodate them so if you are interested yourself or you know someone who might be then you can fill out the form in the description let us know there and the next role is AI developers so these are obviously working under the CTO we are doing a big hiring push at warning side Ai and releasing scaling things up so AI developers we are looking for you and if you are want to join a high performing team and please do not apply to any of these roles if you're not willing to work in a very intense environment um and really push the boundaries because that's what we're doing here as a company so a developers only looking for the best um and then we come to the designers this is someone who we need to have a good eye for design um and really put their fingerprints over the entire War side group so that's whether that's my personal brand the channel um the accelerator morning side all of the areas that we need design done let's design needs to be absolutely phenomenal and bring a lot to the table and that's one of the areas that as a group we are lacking and we're really looking for a key person to fit in here so um if you are or if you know someone uh really looking for a good designer here now when it comes to my education business we are looking for new sales reps if you want to come on board and join the sales team um we're always hiring those so that'll be in the application form down below and we're looking for an Outreach coach so we have our wonderful Nikolai who's now moved up to a management position and no longer is able to do his Outreach coaching responsibilities so we're looking for someone to fill in there if you have experience with cold email I'm doing Outreach and warm outreaching cold dming Etc and getting results with that either maybe you had a an agency of your own or you run some kind of email or cold email based business then that would be a great fit for our Outreach coach and you of course get to work closely with me and my team at the accelerator and for all of these roles really you get to work very closely with me and my team here and uh the awesome stuff that we're Bing from any of these roles there's always room for Upward Mobility if you show the right attitude and you're coming in with the right work ethic and of course you delivering results and above and beyond what you expected so he yeah that's about it I just wanted quick video and use using platform here have something that um is really going to help me grow I could post more and more YouTube videos but this is really what we need the most right now uh we scaling up and expanding all areas of the business and I'd love for some of you guys who've been following me for so long to join us H or maybe help us to find
