like what morning T morning B how's the flight uh pretty long yeah sorry about that it's all good uh why are we in Serbia uh good question it's a bit of a long story so I've got a few days left here and you guys are going to get to see the behind the scenes of how I'm running my businesses from here on the mountains which I think will be a refreshing perspective um considering the typical online business person lifestyle and how everyone tells us we're supposed to live I remember being basically programmed from the videos that I watched and the people I looked up to or when you are successful this is how you should live this is the things you should go for um but what I figured out here and more recently is that there's enough carbon copies and clones um in the entrepreneurial space in particular and you're better off just being yourself and using the freedom and the money that you make from your businesses to live a life that's most in line with who you really are and what you really like doing so that's what I'm doing right now and I hope it's inspiring to you all that you don't have to fall into a box um you can really cut your own path and be oh yeah oh yeah look at sitting in the corner like bleeding like I love this [ __ ] [ __ ] these are the guys from um City kick boxing in Oakland where we're from um so it's pretty big deal that um one is he's going for the belt again but also we've got the other guys in there as well and Dan just won so could a good day for New Zealand sport you know so boys are up um Josh and stuff are in Thailand for them it's not as early but Josh's got some money on it as well so be good couple fights Kai's really good and of course Izzy is phenomenal so could be a three for three a third of the way they now what time did you get up uh 515 I think I had my it and it's 6:00 so I never like bother watching sport or like you know the only thing I watch is F1 I've just never bothered the sport cuz I always felt like it was like it that's a time waste or a certain degree that I have to be like watch showing up and watching all of these football matches just didn't seem like a good return on my time but a Sunday morning to watch three new zealanders perform on the page I think is was worth

it so here we are this is Izzy's fight bro no [ __ ] not look at I'm going to screenshot that turn it off that is a cute cat what are you doing um listening to Steve Jobs biography by Walter Ison I listened to his one for Elon Musk and that was really interesting it's like 20 30 hours of audio book um but you get a really in-depth look at their life and I think it's pretty cool that you can just walk through the bush or do like go for a drive when I was driving here like the 3-hour drive is really good for just listening to a big chunk of and if I can just listen to all the life stories of the greatest people in history and you get really good context on one what it takes to be great but also like the little quirks about them like when they push through certain times and when they're like I mean the Steve Jobs one's particularly interesting cuz I realized how crazy this dude was like he was so unhinged in like everything he did but still went on to be extremely successful so um it's good information and context I know like what greatness forms like what forms greatness can materialize in you know so and that is everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you and you can change it you can influence it you can build your own things that other people can use the minute that you understand that you can poke life and actually something will you know if you push in something will pop out the other side you can you could change it you could mold it and break it change it improve it make your mark upon it and you've got to be uh willing to uh fail you got to be willing to crash and burn you know with people on the phone with starting a company with whatever if you're afraid of failing you won't get very far that was hu was that a haulk it was a hawk yeah what's the first thing you're doing today I'm planning a video and then uh it's for best AI Solutions so we've put a form out to across all platforms and we've had like hundreds of people submit what they're selling and how they're selling it and it's so much cool stuff I've taken out the weekend just to go through all of the cool stuff that people are building and now that the decision is whether to like lump it into this hori style hourong valy bomb or to kind of drip feed it and make like smaller videos that are like clustered and like these Solutions and these Solutions so need to plan that finish planing that and then film it and that's really the first thing for today what's up all good how's you Rick ah was all good man same old but um yeah anyway Matel on your side obviously we ched on Friday and uh I think the objective was starting to work on these designs so I know 's ready start working on front end for the stuff now so um how we looking progress wise on your side yeah so check with James on Friday uh most of the stuff was there so yeah I started uh I have a figma that I can discuss with Liam um with the new kind of alignment for design for the metrix uh so that's all good I work on that during the weekend I think James mentioned that they were done on the just on the stage inside but I think there seems still some stuff missing but

### [10:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBn3HiG4okw&t=600s) Segment 3 (10:00 - 15:00)

it's fine I think we need to go back to them with a clear idea of the page first and then we can be a little bit more picky what the library actually has available in terms of us using for graphing we have a lot of type of components but what they can do in terms of scaling horizontally it's limited so we could bring at the same box from being off screen we could bring It full width but that's or allop maybe a third of the column but that's pretty much it h in terms of styles uh I can send you the link to the page they can do spikes but yeah um okay what so we might be a to like click here and it expands to having a bigger yeah but that's like an extra function either I think let's just get the we want them to focus yeah we've got this graph type which is key one that we needed we've got this I think having these components of a little square box is going to be good maybe have them up further but um yeah no it's good start yeah sweet so that was a call with the genive team myself Josh and our product own Mato so mat is kind of the bridge between myself and the divs um so I've got the vision of what I need we need it built into and then Mato manages the uiux design coordinates with the devs and so there we're just hashing out we've got one on one hand a bit more testing of some of the new features we want to get one of our developers to go through cuz you testing is difficult and no one likes testing and everyone's lazy when it comes to testing so um we're forcing him to take basically a week off and say instead of just building this and like surface level testing it and then like shipping it basically um we want you to go in there and become like be an actual user so I'm going to send them like 5 or 10 use cases that you can build on ative and I'm going to say okay now build that out end to end and then give us a report at each so he'll have to actually go deeper into the feature set that we're provided and then at the end be a to show us here's a working prototype of what you wanted me to build that I've done with the G so with expecting him to find some issues um as he gets deeper into these use cases so that's uh that's work for this week but at the same time we're also working on a dashboard for agentive so we're super excited for that cuz I don't think there's many platforms that are built on top of the assistance API that do what we do that are going to allow you to manage and sort of have a whole dashboard for your agents and the tools that are being called the messages that are being sent the average session duration um all these really cool things that are really essential for a SAS platform so Dash by end of month or early next month on agentive and we're just ironing out the UI stuff tomorrow it's coming along and I'm really enjoying it um got another agenta video coming out today had one out last week so just chipping away getting a bit more eyeballs on a gent and what we've done there so I think it's been a few months coming but we're finally making some progress taking care of good news is that were up last week I mean he did in is from what 14% up until 18 um but he's got a long way to go well not a long but 7% more to go to get to Target so we'll see but um yeah so that's all good Casey everything on your education side aside from that I think we're pretty much good all right yeah commun side really good it's also good to get internal alignment so that all the coach and success managers I think for Success managers kind of having to watch the AZ guide and then kind of know what to recommend these people on so now they have like a [ __ ] blueprint and I always thought it'd be like too hard to get really specific with it but that's why I've had all of these coaches weighing in on it and so this decision- making logic of like okay this didn't work and I I'll go to here or this this it actually does seem to flow together and make a lot of sense and so I'm just getting this last check of them to all go over it and then I could probably just drop that as the end of the module and I can sort of back f it out so we can get the stuff out um and then if there's any other conceptual stuff that I need to tidy up on those documents I can do it that was our executive call we have one on Monday and Fridays and so that's myself Josh um coo Casey head of education and then we have my assistant n on there as well so Josh is stepping into the sales role a bit more and helping our sales manager olle who's another kiwi guy um to rang with these reps in um CU they're really key part of the business and communicating the benefits of the program we have and if they don't understand it properly if they're not representing like I do all of this work to build a relationship and build trust with someone and be like yes this guy can help me to transition into AI space they get on a call with this [ __ ] some [ __ ] who's like not respect I maybe respectful but doesn't communicate isn't an extension of my brand and the trust that I buil up in my audience and so it pisses me off cuz it can kind of wreck all the work hard work I put in so Josh is stepping in there um everything's all good on Casey's side we've been getting so many trust pilot reviews just people absolutely loving the program and if anyone knows online like course selling um trust

### [15:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBn3HiG4okw&t=900s) Segment 4 (15:00 - 20:00)

pilot is something they would never even go near because they would just get [ __ ] on um but we have a trust pilot with 150 like five star views now um and they're coming in like one or two per day from the program so Casey's killing it with our success managers and coaches I'm working on some new course content well have been for a long time that I'm releasing to the accelerator this week um and I've got a bunch of videos that I'm filming as well so I kind just update them on my side um and yeah there's like purely just on a dollar amount I can do like top 5 AI solutions to sell for $10,000 or more these are like 10 20 $30,000 Solutions people can sell so I can give like list of those I can do weird ones there's like tarot card P readings there's um where's the other weird ones on here um these like really strange ones that you wouldn't expect that you can still people making money with um there really simple ones that like people would think oh you can't make money with that but people are selling it in a certain way that's like super simple to build for us but fairly valuable for the business um these really Innovative or new ones that are like quite Cutting Edge positive ones that like having a positive like 5 AI Solutions you can sell to make the world be a place and [ __ ] like that this is one um and they make they said in um so they make these AI chat Bots and they feed them with a ton of um top ranked scientific articles and books and basically make their own custom AI model to some degree but with a custom knowledge base um and then they use it to bring access to education and Aid in developing in third world countries um it's incredibly common in places like Brazil for young children to have one teacher that has to teach multiple different subjects and completely lack any sort of outof classroom assistance most have parents with no education even if they have both parents don't know any better and they can't offer any kind of support and homework questions Etc so what they can do is create these chat BS give them all of the like curriculum for the so like when you're in [ __ ] year five and you're like in class or what fifth grade or whatever you had a curriculum and a set of things you had to learn for the year and so these are like oneon-one tutors that you can get help and you can tell help them with this and this way and then they can go home and use this either on their [ __ ] phone or on a so you can like roll that out across ever in Africa where they got like a computer you know so like chat gbt is too broad you need to narrow it down with like stricter rules on what it should how it should help them what they're trying to learn Etc but um yeah they're saying they use doctors who want to make sence back content schools in developing countries can now offer 24/7 tutors to the students with AIS that have access to a restricted course or subject um teachers and course creators who want to create classes on scientific back material universities for the same purpose doctors anyone who's looking to create a legitimate scientific back yeah [ __ ] crazy I did this little diagram um on figma cuz there was some dude who put one in here which was like I'm the first German AI phone calling system so this is AI phone calling systems and but they the language differences can be a little bit of an issue sometimes they perform really good in the language sometimes they don't but then I realized like I was already saying that the AI opportunity so gigantic because not only do you have like in smma everyone's basically selling the same thing which is like I'll help you get more customers with um with pay traffic like I'll use Facebook ads I'll use Google ads I'll use some kind of social media marketing I'll get you more clients right that's means if you're in the roofing industry and I'm in it as well we're probably going to be selling basically the same thing you know but when it comes to cuz it's like you might do Google ads and I might do meta ads then we like kind of don't compete but like majority of people are just going to be trying to use meta ads which is like the best ad platform basically so we're all competing as soon as you are sharing the same Niche with someone you're competing but with this if you come into it and it's like okay I'm in the roofing Niche okay but what are you selling oh well I sell Market AI enhanced Marketing Systems for cold Outreach okay well you just you're in that Niche but like there's like 20 other things I can sell in that Niche so it's like I could come in and sell anything on here which is it might be a Consulting AI consultant thing or cold calling system an AI receptionist so there's like a million different like dozens of different things you can sell to within each Niche so for it to become saturated you could have like the whole gang trying to sell to the same Niche you could all just be selling different parts of it so it's going to take so much there so much more diversity in what you can sell it's going to take so much longer to become saturated and then when you add in other layers like okay well we only started business as of the certain size and say okay well I got to

### [20:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBn3HiG4okw&t=1200s) Segment 5 (20:00 - 25:00)

bigger businesses get value out of my AI calling system because it's a bigger infrastructure so that's what who I sell to well I also sell that to the same type of business owners but my one's better for like smaller Dental practices or something you know so then there's a size of the business you can each down by and then with a lot of the stuff being conversational that you have voice agents and you have chat Bots you can be you can take the exact same thing and then go and sell it in the German Market or in the French Market because you need to have specific understanding of how to get the B out of it for those languages and obviously for me to be developing AI solutions for phone systems I if I don't speak in French I can't I don't I can't sell there so not only are there like dozens of different things you can sell to one Niche and more showing up every day there's also an added layer of like language because a lot of this is language based as well so much so this will be like many many times bigger than that SM thing ever was all right I got um a gen of call shortly with Mato going over our dashboard UI um finalizing that cuz we've had a bit of issues going back and forth between the developers uh Teo as a product owner myself when we kind of change things on the Fly and it ends up being like who whose fault is this are the devs not listening or we like Chang so we don't like set the dashboard exactly how we want it I really think through it all and then it's only dev's fault if it doesn't come out right so daily messages daily usage call uh yeah that's a tricky um daily messages daily conversations um what if we just change it to messages and conversations and then usage costs yeah just simp delete messages conversations that looks clean and then usage costs yeah and then usage cost is good because there is going to be like plural costs um average cost per session board for agentive we've got agent specific metrics like the number of messages sent and you can change the uh time frame I've wanted a dashboard on the thing for so long um got conversations so you'll be able to see how many conversations your agent has had like per day over whatever time frame you set total number of messages during that time frame average messes position um average session duration uh costs average cost per session tool calls tool errors ER log and then some Global metrics as well um for your whole account and then also a dash I want to make this a little bit more of a dashboard you know cuz when you come home onto a thing I want yeah I don't know I need to think about this a little bit more me and Mato are politely disagreeing on what we should have here but um I think I'll be able to give them some notes and then we can agree on a midpoint or one of us compromises fully so if I can convince them of my vision for it and then I'm sure he'll go along for the ride so I got to jump into my accelerator meeting now everyone good yeah okay um I mean you could just continue to do the stuff you've been doing and just get a lot more experience and that's going to help you to start to close these bigger deals with these other people right so if you run into if you you're trying to put too much weight on the bar is the homi humism um where if you just like take a little off and keep doing what you're doing for a little longer and sure if you know that the money is going to be in these B2B sales companies a little bit down the line um but you're able to close these smaller ones initially the like real estate and stuff that you've been doing um that can be part of the plan it can be the plan 3 months from now and you just build up more evidence and more credibility on your LinkedIn and then you go okay now I've got the resources and the base to start shooting for these bigger deals

### [25:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBn3HiG4okw&t=1500s) Segment 6 (25:00 - 30:00)

### [30:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBn3HiG4okw&t=1800s) Segment 7 (30:00 - 32:00)
