## Описание

Cero means "Zero" in Spanish.

Business was my gateway drug to philosophy and understanding humans.
In these short podcasts, let's talk black holes, computing, physics, business and philosophy, and let's try to keep it short.

At the end of the day, everything from product to marketing to sales is fundamentally about psychology.
I spend a lot of time reading research papers and running experiments in the neurosciences lab and on people.
On Instagram, I've noticed how putting out any advanced content on this type of research gets me lower engagement - so I'm going to reserve that platform to put up motivational quotes and updates, and use this playlist to put out content for people to really win at this game of life.

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 04:00) []

one thing that I say that gets a lot of friction from most people especially younger people is learn to code when I tell people to learn how to code I am appalled by how they react and people are just like I don't have a coding background I don't want to call it's too technical it's too nerdy it's just I don't think I have affinity for it and I just stare at them for a few seconds and I say well you want to be relevant like a few years later you I gonna have to call or learn how to tell really good stories which is a creative task which you know most people can't do but coding is something that everybody can do and the way I put it is in the 1960s the number one most important skill to learn for an Indian was English the English language and if you learnt the English language the number of opportunities for you was extremely high right and if you've studied any history you'll see the friction to learning English right you will literally if you read those stories you will understand that people in India were like oh but you know it's my native language why should I learn English right this is the Indian language this is where we came from and then people kept telling them but no the opportunities are in English is the global language it's how we communicate with other people across borders and it's what helps export and export is where the money is and people just didn't get the point they came up with thousands of excuses on as to why they shouldn't learn English and to be honest English is or language is the ability for you to communicate with other human beings it just happens to be the most universal language for the most universally understood language so while you can still communicate with other human beings in a language like Hindi or Swahili English is something that will get you better reach will get you more opportunities and today learning to write code is exactly like learning the English language in the 1960s instead of talking to human beings your learning how to talk to machines look the [ __ ] around you most things around you a made digital right they have a digital interface it's either IOT or actual draw computers are computing and if you can't create for this ecosystem then you're gonna lose out on opportunities if you can't talk to a computer how do you expect it to yield to whatever you want it to do right today one of the most magical things about me in a computer is if I ever want to create something if I were ever want to take a robot and program it to do something I know how to do it I might not know the exact programming language used to program that robot but I can pick it up with ease because I know another programming language so it is so critical for us to learn because all the opportunities are going to be there learning how to write code is the number one skill I recommend for people right now if you can learn how to write code there's nothing stopping you and it's just a new world of opportunities unlocked you can't see it I can everybody who knows how to code really well can they can see if it's right in front them everything around you programmable everything around you can obey your will you feel like a god right and you're missing out on that opportunity guys because all of us can literally it's not a mutually exclusive thing all of us can actually learn the skill or the first can learn to program things in all it's not a zero-sum game at all of us can add value to each other by programming things around us but you also don't realize that a lot of other people know how to code and they are literally walking around like wizards and magicians they can create anything that's in their head and make it real and you're missing out on the craziest opportunity ever to be one of us right I'd love for me to be able to speak to my AC and lower the temperature but it Phillips is the only company that can do it then Phillips is the only one getting my money if you could learn how to code you can either work at a Philips or create an alternative otherwise there's just no opportunity for anything else right so learn how to code learn how to talk to machines get over with any you have in your head because this is as important as you learning the English language in the 1960s
