Get dropbox at www.dropbox.com Thank you for watching this video! ## Содержание ### [0:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEU_G7VfNoI) hey everyone in today's app of the day we're gonna look at Dropbox now if you've never heard of Dropbox it's one of my favorite apps of all time it's a way to basically organize all your files videos photos text files documents Word documents everything in one place and let other people collaborate on those documents with you it's super easy super simple it syncs across all devices in this video we're gonna worry about the iOS version because I'm gonna download the app of the day here but I have it across all my devices I have it on my computer tablet and I basically sync it between all the devices if you move one document from one place it automatically syncs with the other place but here let's go through the process of using the iOS version if you want the whole video the whole tutorial for Dropbox I have a link in the description to that I have a 10 minute complete tutorial and using it on the desktop all the way to the iPhone but here let's go ahead and open the app on the iPhone here and this is basically what the app looks like as you could see I do use this all the time I have a pay premium membership here I have a personal one that's about ten bucks a month and I have the business one that I use for work so two separate Dropbox account here but as you can see this is simple the Apple on the home page looks like this you could have all your different documents here next to that you have files so file is gonna show you all the different files that you have if you want to sort it that way then you got created in the middle where you could scan documents take photos upload photos and so on create folders next to that you have your photos this will show you all the things based on the photos that you have on your Dropbox if that's what are you using it mostly for and then you have your account which is gonna show you how much you're using as you can see I have a paid premium membership for one terabyte they come in all shapes and sizes and our free version of Dropbox that you could take advantage of I have Dropbox plus on this phone here again this app is mostly useful when you use all your devices and sync them all together the app alone is not as useful in my opinion as if when you have it on a computer and it syncs between all devices so your work on a computer could then translate to your work on your phone and then you could share those with someone but let me go ahead and press create here just to show you what it looks like on a document I'm gonna go ahead and take a photo give access to my camera I'll just take it photo of this set here yes use photo and he says choose a folder so ### [2:15](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEU_G7VfNoI&t=135s) choose a folder now I have the file name that's the JPEG I just took choose a folder I could put it anywhere I want to I'll just create a ### [2:22](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEU_G7VfNoI&t=142s) create a folder folder here I'll name my pictures here I'll press create and then I'm gonna set location on the bottom here and I'm gonna press save so now that picture has been saved to my Dropbox folder just like that and then at any time I could click it and then I could open that picture so it's that simple to use Dropbox to store things I could have done it from my files as well let me go back here and if I press the three dots here look at all the options I have I could copy the link now and send someone the link so they could easily access that I could text that link email that link I could just press share sharing is gonna give me an option to use their email or again create a link here I ### [3:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEU_G7VfNoI&t=180s) press the three dots could then press the three dots to manage access that's gonna make a private or public or things like that depending on my permission to that file so I'm gonna press down here on that back to the three dots I could export it I could show it in finder I could save it as gasps so many different options here just on one photo that I took here and that's the main benefit of Dropbox the ability to create a file from any device put it on any other device and then share it with anyone on their device it's a really cool way to organize your whole life work personal whatever I have a personal and a work one anyway I have a link in the description to Dropbox and the other video that shows you a full tutorial if that's why you wanted to take a look at but today's app of the day is Dropbox and I hope you found it useful please don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss the next app of the day video and I'll catch you on the next one thanks so much for watching --- *Источник: https://ekstraktznaniy.ru/video/13464*
