download it for iOS or Android and I want to show you the overview of the app their tagline is capture life as you live it and if you've never journaled before it's a really cool way to keep track of your mood your process your life and if you journal all the time and you use other apps this is worth a look it's really simple to use and if it's your first time here I make app in the day videos multiple times a week after the day app of the week app at the month so you never miss the next app and they're all like this a brief overview of the app so let's go ahead and download the ### download it for the most part is free but it does have some premium options I'll show you that once we get into the app so this is the homepage of the app is pretty straightforward if you look at the app on the bottom there's some options that I'll walk you through but right now let's go ahead on the Left option on the bottom left option let's see what we have to do here so you have a camera option a microphone option and the text option let's press the camera option it's gonna have access to your photos on your camera that's okay and I'm gonna go ahead and take a picture so once you take I'm not gonna give it access to my location but you could say I took this today or whatever note you want to take with it on the bottom there's attachments like drawings favorites all this stuff here I'm gonna press done and there you go you're just journaled using an image right there on today's date and then next to it you have the microphone icon if you press that you could ### if you want to check it out there is a free trial for that I'm gonna X out next to it you have the text option is pretty straightforward you leave yourself a text note this is how you would journal anyway on a notepad for example so go ahead and do that today I shot a video again press done and there we go so now we have a photo journal entry and we have a text one the voice one is a premium option but that's all you need to do here on this page on the page next to it on the very bottom if I go to the menu this is just about you your camera and your photo library to journal using those two assets so again I could press camera same thing I'll take a picture press done and then as you see it will populate here you could leave a note then press done it's that simple those are the ways you would do it on camera next to that on the bottom of the page you have the plus sign you have drawing photo library and camera we looked at audio we looked at text we looked at drawing for example is another feature of the premium option so we're not going to go over the premium option today but if you want it to do drawing or voice memos those are some other premium options next to that you entries via your location basically use journal entries via your location it will just know where you are so every time you'll even know here for example it's kind of give you that address of where you were or the location where you were I didn't give it access but it would do that otherwise and on the very bottom corner you have your calendar so once you do use this for a few months for you those few weeks you will populate you could jump into any date and see what you did if you left the journal entry again daily journaling is one of the main ways that people actually grow it's a great self-improvement tool so that is why I started looking for an apps that help you journal and when I saw this on app at the day I really had to take it for a test drive and on the home page again on the very top you have your icon for your settings so that will let you sign and create an account sync and do upgrades and if you scroll to the left here you could filter search and things like that so once you're done with your journaling you could always come here and filter in a search and create different journals here and those are all the settings this app has to offer again the Premium Membership has a few more options so that's worth checking out once you start liking the app and you take advantage of it and you actually start using it on a daily basis I hope this app could be a
