### intro []

so we do have a lot more developments from last night that far surpass what we initially thought we did know about the Sam Alman slop situation and I'm going to break down every single piece of information because there are a lot of things that are being tied together that paint a very interesting picture that you all should be aware of including statements from Sam Alman and Greg Brookman himself so let's Jump Right In

### Greg brockmans statement [0:23]

so a couple of hours yesterday night after the video was published Greg Brook actually released a statement he actually said after learning today's news this is the message I sent to open AI team hi everyone I'm super proud of what we built together since starting in my apartment a years ago we've been through tough and great times together accomplishing so much despite all the reasons it should have been impossible but based on today's news I quit genuinely wishing you nothing but the best I continue to believe in the mission of creating safe AGI that benefits all of human ity now the reason this is very interesting is because this is a fundamental change of what's supposed to happen if you've been paying attention to how this move was supposed to happen essentially on the open AI blog post you can see that it does say as a part of this transition Greg Brockman will be stepping down as chairman of the board and will remain in his role at the company reporting to the CEO so that means that Greg Brockman was like okay whatever decision was made behind closed doors they haven't given us the real reason but whatever decision was made and whatever internal conversation they had Greg Brookman clearly didn't agree with it because if he did he either would have stayed on the board or would have stayed at the company we can see from his choice to instantly quit after receiving this information that Sam Alman was gone for whatever reason there is it makes sense that it seems like Greg Brockman and Sam Altman have agreed on whatever it is and clearly don't agree with the board's decision to remove Sam Altman now what was also interesting was Sam Altman tweeted two more points that we'll get

### Sam altmans statement [2:06]

into right now he tweeted I love you all today was a weird experience in many ways but one unexpected is one that it is sort of been like reading your own eulogy while you're still alive the outpouring of Love Is Awesome one takeaway go tell your friends how great you think they are and a eulogy for those of you who don't understand that's what people read when you're passed away now some people have speculated that this tweet is referencing SL talking about Ilia and what people have talked about and I think this is a little bit reaching if I'm being honest it says the first letter of each word in the first line is Ilia and of course as you know that is a reference to Ilia satova and the current theory now is that apparently Ilia satova is one of the main members that helped out Sam Alman from open AI now another point that is constantly being made on Twitter is one that is not making sense to me something

### Arguments about Speed vs safety [3:05]

that constantly people are saying is that the problem with open aai and the problem with Sam Alman was that there was found a disagreement in terms of open AI moving too quickly we've seen multiple statements about open AI shipping far too quickly and the fact that Sam ultman was more focused on his own Fame his own personal gain and pushing the company to a more profitable business that is focused on Revenue rather than going towards AGI and I could not disagree with this statement anymore because if that was the case I'm sure they would have just spoke to Sam Alman about that and kept him on the board it's not as if Sam Alman just simply does everything by himself I'm sure there are joint decisions that they do make together as a team and what's worse about this is that it's not like this decision was made over a long period of time this decision was made very abruptly so abruptly that it caught Microsoft off guard you can see

### Microsoft blindsided [4:03]

right here that it says Microsoft is a key investor in open AI it was blindsided by Sam alman's exit and this is true because Microsoft's share price actually fell a decent amount wiping billions of dollars off its trading value which means that Microsoft had no idea that this was coming and of course Microsoft is the largest partner of opening ey and I'm sure that if they were making this decision over a couple of months then they would have surely spoke with Microsoft about how it's going to transition and how they could make this announcement without affecting the stock price of Microsoft in addition SAA nadela the CEO of Microsoft tweeted as you saw at Microsoft ignite this week we're

### Satya Nadella Statement [4:45]

continuing to rapidly innovate for this era of AI with over 100 announcements across the full Tech STX from AI systems models and tools in azer to co-pilot most importantly we're committed to delivering all of this to our customers while building our future we have a long-term agreement with openi with full access to everything we need to deliver on our Innovation agenda and an exciting product road map and remain committed to our partnership and Tamira and the team together we will continue to deliver the meaningful benefits of this technology to the world so I mean from that statement we can see that they essentially just needed to say something because Microsoft stock price was falling down a lot of people were starting to lose confidence in this partnership and he had to post this Tweet now what's also interesting was that Greg Brockman actually tweeted this he says Sam and I are shocked and

### Greg brockman more [5:40]

saddened by what the board did today let us first thank you all to the incredible people who we have worked with at openai our customers our investors and those who have been reaching out we are still trying to figure out exactly what happened now this is what I'm saying this statement we too are still trying to figure out exactly what happened that is not a statement that comes from repeated conversations if you are the CEO of a company the CTO and you get blindsided this is exactly what you going to say if you get fired or if you get blindsided by something you're going to be confused this wasn't your standard departure something happened and they had to make a snap decision or there was clearly some kind of coup or hostile takeover it says last night Sam got a text from Ilia asking to talk at noon Friday Sam joined the Google meet and the whole board except Greg was there IIA told Sam he was being fired and the News was going out very soon and then at 12:19 p. m. Greg got a text from Ilia asking for a quick call and then Ilia sent a Google meat link and Greg told that he was being removed from the board but was vital to the company and would retain his role and that Sam had been fired and around the same time open ey published a blog post and as far as we know the management team was made aware of this shortly after other than meor who found out the night prior so you can see that this was pretty much a disaster and a very quick decision the CEO wasn't even made aware one of the presidents and the co-founder of open ey was only literally made aware only a couple of minutes

### AGI Theory [7:18]

before the blog post went out this doesn't make sense at a corporate level clearly something is really wrong at opening ey and we want to figure out all the details that's where we get into a couple of next points that could give us the information that we were seeking so one of the most important theories that there was this one okay and I'm going to talk a little bit about this and the video evidence that I do have to support this because there was a lot of information going around about this and we even covered this a couple of weeks ago and there were several statements from Sam ultman himself that do support this Theory but at the same time it is just a theory it says Theory AGI ASI and that's artificial general intelligence SL artificial super intelligence has been achieved intelligently by open AI so IIA hit the panic button and staged a coup evidence ier tweets if you value intelligence above all other human quality you're going to have a bad time and then s proclaims four times in the history of open AI the most recent time was in the last couple of weeks I've gotten to be in the room where we push the veil of ignorance back and the frontier of Discovery forward getting to do that is a professional omor of mine so we know that Sam Alman did say this I'm going to show you the video clip where he's on stage and talking about literally in the past couple of weeks there have been some major things happen at open ey where we've made those major breakthroughs that are going to make that major leap to the next model now there was also something that I only saw that had 100 likes I want to show you guys this tweet it's not really a tweet it's a tweet of a web page but it's interesting information because it also does support this claim so take a look at this clip where Sam Alman talks

### Sam atlmans comment [8:55]

about this like four times now in the history of open ey the most recent time was just in the last couple of weeks I've gotten to be in the room um when we sort of like push the front the sort of the veil of ignorance back and the frontier of Discovery forward and getting to do that is like the professional honor and from that clip you can clearly see that they were onto something we don't know what they found had we don't know what they managed but clearly this happened in the last couple of

### GPT-6 and GPT-7 [9:21]

weeks now what else and this was a piece of information that we just haven't been able to get around to because there have been so much AI news that some of the stuff just honestly gets buried and you have to pick what is the most trending story or else our videos are going to be an hour long and you can see here that it says don't reach too much about this just trademarks NE to see though and we can see guys this is crazy that the trademarks for GPT 6 and gpt7 were filed on the 20th of last month and that's interesting because that means that clearly they're at open AI they maybe they made a breakthrough or something and they were like okay it's clear that gbt 6 and gpt7 are going to be some insane models and we might be releasing them soon and we're going to need to trademark these ASAP now maybe the trademark dates don't mean anything maybe it's just fishing but at the same time I do find those specific dates to be within the last month very interesting because it was only recently that we got the GPT 5 trademark and remember they recently started saying that gbt 5 was going to be out soon so that is why I think that's very interesting for them to say that gbt 5 is now released now remember this theory about AGI has more Credence to it okay and I think you guys have to understand how powerful this company actually is open ey yes they're a company that makes a product like chat GPT but if they do have AGI or ASI or anything even remotely close to that level I would argue that they're definitely one of the most powerful companies in the world and two weeks ago we made a video about how open AI quietly very quietly and sneakily updated their core values okay they

### Open Ais Secret Update [11:00]

secretly just changed the web page they didn't tell anyone they didn't talk about this and we made this video okay so I'm going to include some clips from this video because they dropped a bombshell I uploaded this video saying Lo is anyone paying attention to this because I just couldn't believe it I was like why is this not a big deal AGI is what everyone wants and the company that is the closest to AI that probably has already done it has you know made these changes and not only that in that video I talk about how their founder Sam Alman was literally talking about how they've achieved AGI internally he was literally joking about it so watch some minutes from this and then we're going to get back to some of the more stuff okay that was recent with Sam alman's firing that you should know about this article says opening ey has quietly changed its core values now core values are that of a company where a company is going to be focusing on okay so for example if you start a company selling cupcakes your core values are going to be maybe quality cupcakes healthy cupcakes and just great customer satisfaction action and for open aai the core values have been changed okay you can see chat GPT Creator openai quietly revised all of the core values listed on its website in recent weeks putting greater emphasis on the development of AGI artificial general intelligence and if you don't know what AGI is samman has described AGI as the equivalent of a median human that you could hire as a coworker and essentially why AGI is going to be a game changer is because AGI would be a one size fits all for pretty much any computer system or any system where you could have a human in it so AGI would fundamentally not only change the internet but pretty much change the world as we know I mean AGI could literally go ahead and create you a video it could go ahead create you a song and do research for you and interact with many different applications AGI will change the world so it goes on to State the Open the Eyes careers page PR iously listed six core values for its employees okay so they show and give us a link to this screenshot page well it's actually the internet archive so this is the screenshot of this page this is the Wayback machine essentially what you can do is you can use the Wayback machine on any website and any web page to see if there were changes made to that page by flicking through the dates and of course this is where the core values are right now at that time in September the 5th 20 23 so you can see it's audacious thoughtful unpretentious impact driven collaborative and growth oriented so this talks about bold bets and aren't afraid to go against established Norms they're welcoming diversity of thought they're not deterred by the boring work and not motivated to prove we have the best ideas then of course deeply about real world implications and applications and of course you can see continuous learning and growth now what's interesting is if we go to that same web page today okay and you'll see that this

### Open AI Core Values Change [14:00]

is completely changed okay now this core value section you can see that it now States at the top AGI Focus we're committed to building safe so you can see right here that currently the core values have shifted to AGI focus and it says we are committed to building safe beneficial AGI that will have a massive positive impact on Humanity's future anything that doesn't help with that is out of scope so that is crazy because put this as the first point meaning that currently something has changed to open AI to where they've decided that AGI is going to be their North Star and by North Star I mean their focal point for where the company is going to go which means that systems like chat GPT and doly 3 are going to potentially be subparts of this AGI and what's interesting is that they said anything that doesn't help with that is out of scope so maybe this means that open ey was working on certain things and certain products that weren't necessarily going towards AGI but may still be AI based and now they've decided you know what we're not going to be working on that anymore we've now decided to just be focusing on AGI so that is why this is a Secret Bombshell that they secretly dropped silently updating their page and we now know that

### AGI Leak [15:23]

this is pretty insane now further on in the video I'm going to talk about some more leaks which were absolutely incredible that show us that this could have potentially been predicted by a few Apple's tweeted AGI has been achieved internally now you might be thinking who on Earth is Jimmy apples and why does his statement on AGI even matter Jimmy apples if you didn't know is essentially an opening eye leaker we aren't sure of what he is or what he does but we do know that he always does have early information about GPT 4 or whatever openi is currently working on if you're wondering about any skepticism regarding his statements previous statements around open ey have come out with 100% accuracy for example he actually tweeted and got the release date of GPT 4 a week before it was even announced meaning that he definitely has some kind of inside information now many sources speculate that this Jimmy Apple's guy is someone that spies on people near the open AI headquarters now you can see that there's a 10-minute video which goes into this and they talk about how Jimmy Apple says let's pick a random date and March 14th and then of course GPT 4 is of course announced on that exact date we know that this person whoever they are definitely has some inside information now back to the statement about AGI he said that AGI has been achieved internally on September the 18th 2023 now what's crazy is that a week later the CEO Sam Altman tweeted that AGI has been achieved internally

### Sama confirms AGI Leak? [16:52]

okay and he tweeted this on a certain post and then what was crazy was that he actually edited this comment and said obviously this is just meing when AGI is achieved it will be announced and it won't be announced with a Reddit comment so at the same time it seems that Sam Alman is aware of this opening eye leaker and he understands that whatever is going on behind the scenes that Jimmy apples is likely to know a decent amount about it so at the same time I find it super interesting that Jimmy apples goes ahead and says AI has been achieved internally then a little bit over a month later open AI start to talk about AGI and state B have it I don't think they would tell everyone if they had it because if AGI being achieved is the equivalent to getting the nuclear bomb figured out then I definitely think that they would hide this and pretend that it's delayed for a bunch maybe we're wrong but I think the fact that they filed those trademarks so quickly and then all of this has come out I definitely think it was a coup of some kind but we could be completely wrong but don't forget the Sam mman did say that only four times in the history of open Ai and the recent timeses in a couple of weeks I got to be in the room where we are on the frontier of Discovery and we push that barrier

### Sam altman doesnt own shares [18:00]

forward now something interesting that Sam Alman did say was that if I start going off the board should go after me for the full value of my shares and essentially the reason this makes so much sense and is so funny is because Sam Alman doesn't own any shares now check out this clip from the Senate hearing where Sam Alman was testifying to Congress about how you should regulate AI safety okay you make a lot of money do you I make no uh I paid for health insurance I have no equity and open AI really that's interesting you need a lawyer I need a what or an agent I I'm doing this because I love it thank you Mr chairman thanks Senator Kennedy although Sam ultman of course would have a vested interest in this it's clear that his motives aren't going to be Financial by any means necessary now this tweet is very good because it did actually predict the future it said if this was actually a safety Coupe that kicked Sam out most great Talent will leave opening ey will become rapidly irrelevant the $80 billion company over time will go up and smoke and I'm really excited to watch the race to replace it because that it is an impossibly stupid decision and the first thing is already happening most great talent is already leaving we already saw that Greg Brockman has already resigned even though they wanted to keep him on and we saw that three Senior Open ey researchers resign as the crisis deepens

### Researchers leave [19:22]

three senior researchers at openi resign Friday as the artificial intelligence developer suffered Fallout from the firing of CEO Sam Alman and sudden resignation of President Greg Brockman according to several people with a knowledge of the situation the departures are a sign of immense disappointment among some of the employees after the Sam outman alster and uncore long skimmer divisions at the chat gbt Creator about AI safety practices there was also this new article that essentially States some new information now it says Brad light cap an open AI executive told employees on Saturday morning war that the company had been talking with the board to better understand the reason and process behind their decision according to an internal message I obtained now this is from The New York Times and it says we can say definitively that the board's decision was not made in response to Mal feasant or anything related to our financial business safety or security SL privacy practice this was a breakdown of communication between Sam and the board once again it's still very vague so was another theory that you could possibly give Credence to and it says put the pieces together on November the 6th we have opening ey Dev day with new features of build your own chat GPT and more then November the 9th Microsoft Cuts employees off from chat GPT due to security reasons and then of course open ey announced no new chat GPT plus signups and the reason that they stated for this was the fact that there were too many people using the platform and that was probably true because opening ey actually went down several times when I was using it and this was something that didn't really happen prior to that day then of course you know the firing comes out and it says put the threads together one Theory the new release had a security issue leaked a bunch of data and it wasn't disclosed but Microsoft knew about it this wouldn't be the first time in March there was an incident where users were seeing the private chats of other users and then prioritizing getting to Market over Road security privacy testing and this most recent release caused something much larger now I do think this Theory does have a little bit of decent information but I'm not sure that would lead them to fire Sam ultman because Sam ultman isn't the entire company he doesn't just make one decision without the rest of the other members realizing exactly where it's going and what's going on so then of course we have this statement from ilas sukova and he said you can call it this way sukova said about the coup allegation and I can understand why you chose this word but I disagree with this was the board doing its duty to the mission of the nonprofit which is to make sure that openi builds AGI that benefits all of humanity and when s was asked whether these back room removals are a good way to govern the most important company in the world he answered I mean fair I agree that there is not an ideal element to it so it's clear that there was some kind of disagreement going on whether or not this is the real statement this is of course a from an internal meeting that the team did have but of course there is still definitely more to the story that we aren't being told right now we have a situation where I don't know if these guys are going to go to Google deep mind I don't know if they're going to go to Apple that seems like some of the most possible places I don't think they're going to start their own llm company because building your own llm from scratch and trying to you know catch up to where chat GPT is just impossible at this time but this does mean that Google could really take the lead here and for those of you who do not think that openi is going to go down or is going to maintain its lead you never know what's going to happen in business and I think with many companies if the CEO does leave an integral part of the company isn't going to fall off a cliff tomorrow it likely will take a couple of years before the cracks do start to show that's something that we do know and we've seen happen time and time again so as always time will tell
