uh say that I'm a perfect human being, but I think we should really talk about this and I think it's important because trust matters. Now, I know a lot of folks are uh you know speaking about some of these emails and I think you know the best thing that Dr. AIA could do is make a video and do some explaining because there were some things in the email such as a fresh shipment uh to Jeffrey Epstein and he you know put out this Twitter post uh about how he was actually referring to Metformin. But I think look you know the these emails weren't that old. Go back and show the actual screenshots. you can um you know explain you know the nature of the you know sort of practitioner uh patient relationship if indeed that's what these emails were referring to. I want to know your thoughts my friends because you know I have come to know like and trust Dr. Peter Otia over the years. In fact, I went to his house uh I met his wife and him and we spent 90 minutes uh interviewing and talking all about autophagy and uh various aspects of uh ketone synthesis and exercise physiology and lactate thresholds and these things and you know I'm I must say a little bit disappointed with the nature of the communications and the extent of the relationship provided that uh at that time Dr. AIA and many other people. I mean, this is not just to point out and point fingers at one individual. Uh, again, I'm not here uh for the cancel culture. Everyone makes mistakes and so forth, but I think it's uh I would like to know your thoughts uh on this. Um it's obviously a very bad look as many of you are commenting here. uh and I have a nuanced perspective on this and I really feel that uh any of you who have benefited from his work and his book uh deserve a a heartfelt uh video explaining the nature of this relationship because it's very it's not a good look. Um and again, I'm not here to jump on the dog pile. A lot of folks have uh been sort of jumping on this cancel culture. That's not what this is about. Um I think that you know anytime you know someone is participating in bad behaviors as a professional you need to you know uh mind who you associate yourself with. I think that's really important. And obviously this individual uh had a very diverse and eclectic network. We're talking about Jeffrey Epstein here. Um it's you know Bill Clinton was named uh in these files, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Brian Johnson, a lot of folks. So um you know what was the nature of this relationship? Dr. I think that's what many people want to know and want to hear from you. So um I expect and I think many folks that have learned from you over the years expect a video breakdown talking about the nature of the relationship and explaining these communications. Um, you know, yeah, the emails did have some locker room talk about, you know, is [ __ ] low carb and so forth. And that obviously looks uh bad in hindsight at the time. You probably didn't think much of it, but uh the email about a fresh shipment and then the long Twitter reply insinuating that he was referring to a fresh shipment of metformin. Well, show the screenshot of the email. I mean that would really I think do yourself and your family and your long-term reputation u a good thing. So you know what are your thoughts on this guys? I you know again I don't agree or didn't agree with everything Dr. said. Um, I find this a little bit logically inconsistent because he has spoken at length about his family and the marginal decade leading up to his 60s and 70s and how he wants to be there for his children and his grandchildren. And then this relationship with a known sexual predator seems a little bit logically inconsistent. And as a person who uh prided himself on logical and emotional consistency and being very congruent and authentic and intellectually honest with research and nutrition, I find this a little bit at odds with uh the person that we knew over the years. I would like to know your thoughts. Um so, you know, it wouldn't be hard to share the emails and just say, "Hey, look, we were really talking about metformin in the subject line that said fresh shipment. It was truly metformin. " Show the screenshot. I mean, just let you put it out there and just clear the air. Uh, I think that would really be a good thing. Uh, just writing a Twitter reply, not doing a video reply, I think is not a good look. What are your thoughts, my friends? Um, I'm not trying to rationalize this. I'm just trying to be like, you know, I've spent 90 minutes with this individual and never um would and look this I did. And the reason why I'm making this is once Jimmy Moore was arrested, I made a video about this too, okay? Because gosh, I had my daughter around Jimmy Moore and it turns out that he was, you know, eliciting a child and in and got himself involved in a sexual relationship with a young child while he was married. So, I'm being consistent with my own values. I have a daughter. I have a 14-year-old. She's almost 14. And you know, this is a hard line that I draw in the sand uh with people and their values and their morals and their ethics and where's their moral compass. And you know, I I would not spend a lot of time with someone who has been convicted of eliciting sex and encouraging prostitution of a minor. like the these are you know so this is not a good look my friends what are your thoughts um yeah I I you know again this is and we can talk about other things I just this has been um all over the media I mean blown away you know by the you know he stepped down from the David bar and this and so I yeah I think this is just wild. And it makes me wonder like was there red flags that I was missing? Did anyone pick up on anything? I'm not really uh not really sure here. So, um this whole uh Epstein file thing irrespective of Dr. Otia is so dark and twisted. Have you all doven into this stuff? I mean, there's pictures of dead babies in these files and they're just really uh dark twisted paintings in the bathroom. uh you know with uh people with blood on their feet and there's some this man was really sadistic uh and so how did someone seemingly so intelligent miss these aspects of this individual? I mean that I think is a really um crazy question. So, uh, something that I think, you know, trust your gut, my friends. This is, uh, this is absolutely this is wild stuff. What are your thoughts? Have you doven into these Epstein files? You know, this is Oprah was mentioned in the Epstein files. So, again, I think many of us need to be logically consistent and honest with ourselves. you know, the politicians and the political figures and the uh, you know, the connections that this individual had and the dark sadistic things that occurred on this island uh are just aborant and um h how do people do this [ __ ] to other people? I mean, this is the thing that is like, you know, the the forcing young women uh raping them and assaulting them and forcing them to full-term birth to do weird sadistic stuff with their babies and their children. I mean, this is gets really weird and really dark and really sadistic. I had to stop doing the research into the files because um this stuff is really twisted. Uh I don't even know how people do this to other people. uh some of the things that happen and there must be some sort of ego trip that happens when people are associating themselves with millionaires and billionaires and they have this like super god complex and they think that they can just treat other people and other human beings in a in these ways and dehumanize them. I it's really wild to me. So um I don't know. I it's wild stuff. Yes. demonic, sadistic, uh, come to mind. Uh, I never would have seen this coming in a million years. Um, so what are your thoughts? Um, I think a lot of people are trashing the longevity space because of the fact that Antia was associated with Epstein. I don't think that's fair. Uh I don't think we can just because someone um was friends with someone that was sadistic doesn't mean the entire field uh is now um you know has no evidence or science and shouldn't be taken seriously. Uh I've seen a lot of posts out there saying you know longevity doctors are full of [ __ ] and all that. I don't think that to be true at all. Uh I think that you know you had some good things to say. Uh I think he probably had some poor judgment when it came to the people that he associated with. Uh and uh the nature of the communications obviously you know are a little bit uh concerning uh you know to and so yeah I would like to know what your thoughts are. Uh my friends we can talk about other things. We can talk about V2 maxes. We can talk about autophagy. Uh things like that. Um uh Jack says hope he wasn't a friend. No, I did go to his house and did a podcast with a Tia in 2019 uh and would never in a million years have expected that he would be uh close chumps and buddies uh with an individual who was so uh sadistic and dark. Now, um so I'm surprised uh by this whole thing. Uh and so yeah, uh I seem pretty naive to how bad the world really is. Yeah, you're right. I do. I like I just assume that most people have a conscious uh and moral compass like I do. I just assume that other people are sort of like me and they function through the world and you know want to do the right thing for people. You know, you see someone in the stop, you know, the crosswalk and you stop for them. Uh you see a homeless person, you give them five bucks. I you know, you open the door for people. I mean, these are just things that I do. I don't and I just assume that other people are like that. I could never in a million years uh harm a human being and do some of the sadistic things that have been uh revealed in these Epstein files. And I'm definitely not insinuating that Dr. Aia uh participated in that. I just question his judgment in his association with individuals who were orchestrating these things. And uh yeah, this is super interesting. Um getting a lot of great comments here. uh you know the yeah the thing that was a little bit uh curious about AIA's response was the long Twitter reply insinuating that the email to Epstein uh with the subject line fresh shipment was in reference to Metformin. Okay. Well, if that is indeed the case at just send a screenshot of the actual email with the picture of the bottle of the metformin that was being referenced in the fresh shipment. just like you could easily just do that. Uh and that would calm down any sort of imaginative thinking that people are insinuating uh knowing the nature of the shipments that Epstein might be uh involved in. So yeah, um crazy stuff going on uh in the world right now. uh these Epstein files are just like exposing this dark, twisted, nefarious nature uh that for some reason people on both the right and the left seem to gravitate towards. uh the people in power. uh this is really this is really scary and actually it's not surprising and this is why I think history is really important both nutritional history and just history of the world because you know what humans have been doing really dark sadistic things to each other throughout the course of humanity have they not if we think about the holocaust obviously recently um you know what is going on uh in Iran and other parts of the world even right now parts of China uh genocide and things of the sort I mean humans tend to do really dark and twisted things to each other and uh it it's sad. I don't know why these things happen. Um so yeah, ultra wealthy people give you the creeps people are saying and I think you know some of that is true, but I know some really wealthy people who are so generous and so nice and do not have you know a sadistic bone in their body. So I I you know we shouldn't put all uh wealthy people in the bucket. Um I guess Am I trying to rationalize? You know, I am a very forgiving person. Uh people have done some really mean things to me, including my own um you know, as a child had some extended family that did some really dark things to me. And I like to forgive people and assume that people can change over time. Uh and so I do believe the survivors. Yes. Watch Anaki Lucas's video. Evil has always been here. Now just being more and more exposed. Yeah. Because the internet, right? Yeah. [snorts] Oh, the celebs. Oh my gosh. I mean, just think about the diddy parties, you know, and what happened in the diddy parties. I mean, these, you know, are similar in sort of principle, uh, focused on sexual exploitation, probably illicit drug use and various things. Uh, so these celebrities in Hollywood, um, yeah, I think who was, uh, there was a lot of celebrities that were named in the Epstein files. Um, I'm not Hey, look, Francis, I'm not trying to protect anyone. I'm not all I you know, basically, you know, if indeed, you know, giving given Peter's reputation, he should take screenshots of the Metformin email uh that had the subject line freshman. I mean, look, like if this was really the nature of the email, just take a screenshot and like show the world, right? That would help clear the air for you. And we haven't seen that yet, which is a little bit concerning. Okay. There are many good people in longevity biohacking community and I owe it to life. This too will pass. Yeah. Um I'm with you. Yeah. So I don't think we should throw out longevity science just because you know a prominent figure has been sort of exposed with uh his relationship with someone who uh really doesn't has a terrible moral compass and sadistic values. Okay. Um Francis 99 says you weren't a child that's why you didn't feel anything weird. Oh okay. So, is the thesis then that children pick up on bad mojo? I will say my daughter picks up on things that I don't pick up on. I will say that. Um, there's a book called The Gift of Fear. Um, okay. Tonight's the night for some gluten beers and non-filtered vodka. Hey man, you know what? I was in Europe a couple weeks ago. Definitely embarked on some gluten beers. Yes. Um, I don't give homeless money. You know, I don't always give homeless people money, but if they look in a really bad the way that I view money, money is currency. It's energy, right? When you die, everything you own will go back into circulation. You don't own your money, right? The stuff that's in your bank account, you don't you don't take this with you, right? When you are dead, everything that you own will go back into circulation. It's called currency. Money is energy. And I take the sort of the set of heruristics around money is that the more that you give, the more it flows back to you. It's a currency. And so I don't give money to homeless people in hopes that it comes back to me. But I just, you know, if someone is shivering on the street and is emaciated, I will give them 5, 10, $20. I will. Um, will they go blow it on meth and coke and crack and things like that? Maybe. but also like they might get a cheeseburger, you know, they might go to McDonald's or something like that. It's probably not the best food, but at least it's some nutrition. So, you know, in the context, I do give money away. And I try to pay my employees above and beyond uh what the going rate is for their particular job. One of my employees uh I paid for his car to be shipped out from Illinois to Arizona. It was $1,500 as a Christmas bonus. You know, I like to take care of people. again, just to do the right thing uh and overpay people and be financially generous. I feel like that's a good thing uh for all of us to consider um to be more like. I've been around a lot of stingy and cheap people in my life and I just feel like it's I I'm not about that. Um money is not a store of value but a means of control. Yes, I have no idea about the source for adrenochrome. I thought it was all a conspiracy. Sickening f true. I don't know about the adrenome stuff. Wake up. Friend 99 is coming in hot. Wake up. Okay. Believe all women. What about the ones who lie? Yeah, men and women lie both. Okay. Um, someone is saying, "I don't support Oprah either. " Yeah, I hear you. Um, stop yelling, friends. He eat McDonald's is probably human meat. I think McDonald's is mostly plants. I mean, I know it's like a beef burger and stuff like that, but guys, when you look at what's in a patty, it's mostly trash. Um, people lie. Yes, people lie. Yeah, I do. And so, um, it's in the heart, not the bank account. Yes. All right. I miss a lot of your comments here. Um, having daughters will make one upset. Yeah, for sure. You know, I think the best thing for young men is to have a young for women. Um, and how you treat women and so forth. And I think children are great for people of all ages, but particularly young men. Um, having children, I think, is the greatest gift. And it's really unfortunate when a lot of people say, you know, I don't want to have uh children. I see young people say that all the time. Okay. All right. Um, you all have seen a Tia try to get Kevin Spacy back. All right, we had a Wi-Fi snafu. Um, the whole thing is just very sad knowing how much evil persists behind the scenes. Yes, I agree with that. I want a grandbaby. Yes. Oh, fresh shipment is adrenochrome. Got it. That's what it is. How much of the list are manufactured? Ah, it's a good question. Um, can someone tell me what adrenochrome is? Um, [snorts] that would be I'm naive with this stuff. You guys are more educated than me on this stuff. What is adrenochrome and what does it really do? Johnny Bingo says, "Take a break, Mike. " Take a break on what? I mean, let me know. Um, am I out of line on this topic? I am young and wanted to have kids, but honestly, after all these months, I'm starting to question myself. You mean in the recent reality? Oh, brain source for adrenaline. Oh, it keeps you young. Got it. Okay. Interesting. Um, I think being overly protective of kids is a great thing. Yeah, put it in the chat. I think I So far, we have not been censored on this topic. Um, Oh, no. I'm not getting upset. No, no. I look I'm disappointed by this whole thing. I I'm disappointed. I really liked Peter Aia. You know, I had a great conversation with him. I was at his house for 90 minutes and I I'm disappointed. I'm very disappointed in this. How close was I not close? We've exchanged maybe half a dozen emails over the past 5 years. I went to his house about 5 6 years ago. Um, and that was about it, you know, but I but he was someone that I would follow and listen to. Now, I certainly didn't agree with this co stuff, and I think this is healthy, my friends. There's never going to be someone that you're going to agree with 100%. Whether it's nutrition, uh, fitness, politics, you know, and so, yes, he was very pro- vaccine during CO. I thought that was a little bit weird and then appeared to change his perspective after the pandemic, after, you know, after COVID and lockdowns and things like that. Uh, he had Marty McCary on his podcast and so on. Um, yeah. So, Josh says, "Just tuned in. The last place I'd expect to hear about the Epstein files. " Yeah. Uh, bro, did you follow us during CO? Like, we covered a lot of stuff during CO, by the way. Um, hey, I'm not making excuses for him. I'm just going to say I was I'm disappointed by this whole thing. Okay. What was the TA's reason for speaking with Epstein? Yeah. Um, so I dove into these to these emails going back to the very beginning in 2015. The relationship mostly centered at least early on around health. Uh, it appeared that that Jeffrey Epstein had a lot of health issues. Uh, intermittent claication. He had some issues with his legs and so forth. Uh and so that the relationship started to build based upon health and then it it appeared based upon what you can infer from the emails and the files that it materialized into something more significant and there were sharing and swapping of apartments and things of the sort. Uh and so that's why he was in the files. Okay. Aia wrote to Epstein, "The biggest problem with becoming friends with you, the life you lead is so outrageous that I can't tell a soul. " Yes. Uh, and so yeah, it seems pretty damning. Okay. I don't eat dairy, but too much carbs. You know what's low carb, men? Some of you know what I'm referring to. Okay. Um, okay. So, Charles is explaining what adrenocchrome is. It's a blood heavy with adrenaline taken from the terrorized victim in a ritual. Get out. This is [ __ ] for This is for real. Oh my gosh. You know what? I had no idea. Okay, that's really sad. That's really wild. Okay. [snorts] Um All right. Well, friends, should we cover more stuff like this? During co this we covered a lot of stuff during co and I've really stuck to nutrition over the past four and a half some odd years. If you want to get back to some really interesting things, we can. Uh I do like to talk a little bit more about magnesium and creatine and weightlifting. I just did a high rocks this past week and I'm sharing a bunch of videos and filmed for you guys about training for Hy Rocks and increasing your V2 max. But, you know, we can go down the rabbit hole of all sorts of things. Okay. Uh, a lot of great comments are coming in. Adriiana is theory. I haven't seen anything substantiated yet, but it's all creepy as hell. All right. Uh, Truth Strength Oz 5K says, "I always had a hunch he felt fishy and sus to me, but appreciate your work for how you were real during the pandemic times while all the sellouts were pushing narratives for safe and effective. " Yeah, that was certainly not me, y'all. I was questioning many things throughout CO. Many things seemed logically and emotionally inconsistent. You know, the gyms were closed, but you could go to McDonald's, right? You had to wear your mask in a grocery store. You couldn't go to a gym. You couldn't step in a sauna, but you could go to Target and Walmart and you can buy soda pop and cigarettes and vodka, but you can't go in a gym, right? You can't go on a hiking trail, at least here in Washington State. I mean, it was absolutely insane. All right, the devil is real, people. Yes. I think a lot of people get stuck in sadistic negative energy uh and they don't even know it which is really quite scary. Okay, you know France Francet9 has a great question. Why would someone want to hang out with someone who has pleaded guilty to pay a child for sex? This is a great point, especially someone that has the uh the intelligence quotient of someone like Peter. Very smart guy. Why would you associate yourself with that individual? I could understand perhaps from pure business perspective, you know, obviously Epstein had a very large and eclectic and diverse network of highly wealthy people. You know, if you help this individual, maybe you'll get referrals from that. But yeah, to be buddy with someone who is a registered child sex offender. [snorts] Where's your moral compass, my man? Come on. Okay. Couldn't go to church, but could go to exotic clubs. Yeah, you can go to strip clubs, but you can't go to church. Yeah, that makes sense. That's all about science, right? Okay. All right. Um Josh says, "Throw in some spicy stuff like this every once in a while, especially if you can tie it into fitness. " Yeah, this really doesn't have a lot to do with fitness other than I hope you all worked out today. I trained twice today. I did a Hyrox this past weekend. Has anyone done a Hyrox yet? Man, this was really hard, but really good. I feel like it really blew out the pipes for me. It increased my V2 max by three points. Uh going into it, my V2 max was 48 and my according to my Garmin, my V2 max is now uh 51. So that was pretty wild. Um yeah, so more on that. Now, you don't have to do a high rocks. You can do whatever. You can go to the gym, you can run, you can hike, you can do yoga, you can do Pilates, you can garden, all that. Um, yeah, Texas lovely lady has a great comment. She says, "Yes, I can see the business aspect, but once you know, you must cut off all ties no matter the financial costs. " Yes, this is the moral compass coming through. I agree with you. Okay. King 2008 says, "I dig the change in topic. " All right, here we go. We can roll. We can talk. I have a lot to say about this stuff. I just don't say it. uh not just the AIA Epstein file conversation, but everything else. I have a lot to say about this. Uh but I don't say it because I was trying to stay in my lane. And so if y'all dig it, we can really go down the rabbit hole on all kinds of things. Um Jack Bower 3828 said, "I've never eaten a David Bar. I prefer to eat real foods for sure. " And for the record, a is not part of David Bar anymore. Okay. So you guys are saying all of his research were lies. No, I mean this is where nuance thinking comes in. Okay, just because Peteria made a his moral compass wasn't totally screwed on straight when he started to develop a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein knowing that he was a convicted uh sexual predator. Uh doesn't mean that his health information is all flawed. I think that the nuance perspective and that's part of why I wanted to come on here just because he made some bad decisions several years ago with the people that he has. Okay. You know, human beings, we're all flawed at some level, right? We all are flawed. Um, yes. Morals don't gain experience and knowledge. Yeah, it's crazy and unbelievable. Yeah, off topic, but how effective is Leela quantum necklaces? You know what? I mine broke. I might have one still in here. Um, I think they're neat. I really do. H. He's a friend and adviser to Lance Armstrong. I don't know, man. I You know what? [sighs] It doesn't mean Lance is a bad guy. You know, again, this relationship was Okay. This was more than just a mistake. Yeah, I you know, it's a huge mistake to align yourself with someone who's been convicted of, you know, soliciting a minor for prostitution. That is a mistake. Um, but a lot of humans do make mistakes. You know, you see people flip each other off in traffic, cut people off, you know, they abandon people during relationships and ghost people. You know, people make mistakes, you know. Um, I think it was certainly a mistake to align himself with a predator. Yeah. Texas lovely lady says, "At the end of the day, you cannot control what other people do. I'm with you, Kelly. I'm not making excuses for these bastards. No, I'm not. Yeah. Francancy says, "You know, Francancy 999 has a great point. " She says, "There were more than 1,000 children taken in by Jeffrey Epste. If this was your daughter, when you want people to understand, you're right. It's really bad. " Wow. Crazy stuff. Um, you know, I agree with you, Rebecca. This is a choice, not a mistake. These people target kids with no parents. Yes, that's sad. Um, all right. Zora Ranch hasn't even been looked into yet. That's crazy. Um, friends, I appreciate you tuning in.
