hi welcome to the training video once again this is jensen you might have gone for a few interviews already or you could be preparing for your first are you nervous are you anxious you know what probably the interviewer that's gonna interview you could be nervous and anxious as well because not every interviewer is a skilled and experienced interviewer he or she could be a junior manager or just a supervisor that's interviewing someone for the one or the very first few times so how are you going to create a comfortable environment for yourself and then for him or her so that you could enhance and increase the chances of you being employed number one use evidence and just give facts if you will post a difficult question just give evidence of your past successes how you have overcome trials and tribulations and challenges in the past and that could earn you loss of credit points number two just listen intensively really listen to the interviewer read between the lines and do not cut him halfway or interrupt him when he or she is asking a question or interrupt or rather making a statement now you got to really listen number three give an analogy give a story give a metaphor that will answer a difficult question you have read many stories before go and read some of the analogies that could help you overcome difficult situations and come handy during the interview the fourth one is you've got to stay calm at all times regardless of what happens stay calm and not get flustered because at the end of the day however the interview turns out you can walk away with a very good experience lastly really remember stay confident at all times not arrogant and never i said this again never ever tell the interviewer that he or she is wrong because when you say that they will wrong you by not giving you the job thank you this johnson
