hi welcome once again to the training video this is Jensen so this topic is on a five or top five positive gestures for your interview or in your visually recording now let's start with number one are your eyes eye contact is important look into the eyes of your interviewer or write into the camera like what I'm doing now so that you can Mesmerize the person that is looking at your video number two look at my hands are a lot like this and neither are they stuck by my side but my hands are using both hands to do hand gestures open Palm gestures so that they provide momentum for my speech and for my rhythm of my delivery number three now looking at my upper body I am upright and slightly leaning forward especially when you were seated let's say you're seated right now for the interview you can't be leaning backwards like this is that going to show that you're really interested probably not so really lean forward and look at the interviewer and be interested and participated and active in the interview process the fourth one are your legs now if I want to be standing like this am I looking good probably not and not like this either so really stand on both feet anchored to the ground and shoulder width apart so that you're stable lastly the one thing that you can do to get into the hearts of your interviewer all the audience is really looking at your resume there's this thing called a smile
