hi this is benedick and welcome to today's training video now today we're going to talk about this very important thing that will guarantee 80 of your success in your job search now what is it it is just one word optimism that simple you have to be optimistic in whatever thing you do ahead though challenges may be true to you but as long as you are being optimistic every single thing is so simple now when you are looking for a job it's not that easy there are many challenges thrown to you many people wants a job now how can you shine and be the rest like them when you're optimistic you're able to gather all the resources around you and when that happens any challenges shown to you automatically you'll be converted into what they call it as opportunities with these opportunities you will shine and you'll be different from the rest now it's that simple so remember there are only two things you can do when you keep your mind and straight when you have to do a job search the first thing be optimistic second convert or i repeat all challenges into opportunities it's that simple this is benedict thank you
