hi welcome back again this is Jansen this is your coaching video now today's topic is on neurolinguistic programming tapes to a the interview what is neural linguistic programming it's called NLP for short now neural linguistic programming refers to a specialized field of Behavioral psychology now if I were to break down these three words for you neuro refers to your nervous system Linguistics refers to the communication system that you use to communicate people and yourself and lastly programming refers to utilizing the correct strategies to get you to where you want to be and the success that you want so in short NLP or neural linguistic programming means your Shortcuts To Success now you're going to record your visum you're going to have an interview with a prospective employer how do you a that interview now in NLP there's this strategy called matching how what do you match now you got to match your prospective employer to make the person like you and we're not talking about conscious liking now the person may not know you very well but if you could match the using this correct strategy then you will get the person to like you from an unconscious basis so what do you match number one you match the voice tone if the person is speaking like that so let's say your interviewer then you got to increase the pit of your voice because you got to MCH his pitch or her peit number two you match the volume if the person is speaking very softly then you also got to be speaking very softly the last one that you match for the voice is the pace of speaking if the person will be speaking very fast you got to increase the pace of your speech if the person speaks very slowly then in replying to him or her you got to speak very slowly too because the pace at which we speak represents our neurological processes if this person speaks very fast and you speak very slowly they may find you too boring if they were to speak very slow and you were to reply very fast they may not be able to comprehend you at all so remember in NLP to a interview you just got to match their vocal quality and what are the three vocal qualities to match number one is their vocal peit number two their volume and the last one is their Pace this Jenson thank you e
