If you're in New York, if you're in any bigger parts of the world, not a lot of people are going to take a leap of faith to learn together with you for $500 per month versus in Serbia, that's the average salary. So, if you give people that and you tell them they're going to learn, then they're going to learn something which can possibly make them a lot of money. A lot more people are willing to take the bet and a lot more people are going to be working together with you. And so I think that was also like the key to success behind Full Ninja is because we were able to take some profits and hire a lot more people than if we were anywhere else in the world. And those people were in the end I think more hardworking because I've realized with time that like you cannot motivate people. I'm just trying to not demotivate people because if people are motivated your only job as a CEO is to not do something dumb to demotivate them. But if people are not motivated, whatever you do, like you can add, I don't know, Wednesday cocktail hour at 12:00 p. m., they're not going to be more motivated to work because that comes from within you. And all of them were hungry. And that's why I think we were able to deliver great results for clients. And that's why even to this day, we're one of the best agencies on the market because our people just try harder. I cannot say, hey, our people went to the best university in New York. —
