build anything with Notebook LM. Here's how. So, you can see Notebook LM. This is a powerful tool and you can use this for building apps, tools, mini apps, games, etc. I'll show you exactly how.

So, for example, here what you can do is if you go to create new notebook, you can then plug in some sources about whatever you want to create content around, right? Or what you want to learn around train your team on. So, for example, I can take some content from my YouTube channel and let's say I'm trying to create content around anti-gravity. I can take the content like so. We're going to grab these YouTube videos and we're going to go straight into Notebook LM. And then

from here, we're going to click on YouTube and we can plug in these sources. As you can see, the other option that you have if you want to add more sources is you can click on this section. You can switch between web or Google Drive. So, you can actually load in sources from your Google Drive. And then from here, you can choose between deep research and fast research. Okay? So, deep research is going to pull in a lot more sources for you. So, for example, here if we actually pull in all our sources and all our videos about Google Antigravity, we'll just plug in free for now, but you can add about 300 inside notebook. And then inside this section, we're going to click on add sources, select sources, and then from here, we're going to plug in a few more. You can also copy and paste text in here. You can load in websites. It's pretty simple and easy to do. But this is really the beginning foundations for sorting out and arranging your notebook so that you can train and create and build anything with it that you want.

Now from here, if you just want a simple sort of chatbot, you can click on the questions in the middle or type in your own questions and then you can use this as a chatbot like you can see right here. However, if you want to create something more complex, maybe that's for example audio graphics, infographics, video views, etc. You can see on the right hand side here we can use those to generate with notebook collab right here. Right. So for example slide decks, data tables, infographics, quizzes, flashcards, reports and interestingly when you click on create report you can either create your own create a briefing document a study guide or a blog post. Now this is all uniquely tailored to you. And in whilst I've been in the space of time that I've been talking to you, we've created 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 eight different forms of media. Like you can see based on clicking these buttons. You can always custom edit them as well inside here. So you can describe what you want to create, focus on, the level of detail, the output language, the orientation of the actual contents, whether it's landscape, portrait or square. And you get these different customization options on the right hand side. Now, you can use this for free. You don't need to pay for Ultra. You do get more capabilities with the Ultra plan on Google, but you can use Notebook Alm for free. And then inside the chat here, you can use this for typing that sort of thing. So, you can actually, for example, create a training bot for your team like I've got for this sales recipe. And this will actually train my team on like how to use the program as well, right? So, you can see that you can create like eight different types of media. You can create four different types of reports. You can use this as a custom training bot. You can use this as a learning tool etc.

Right now the other thing that you can also do with this is that you can actually plug in the notebook into Google Gemma and then you can start building out your apps, your SAS tools, whatever using the notebook that you've created. So for example here we could take the information from this. There's two ways to do this, right? There's a free way and the paid way. If you want to use the freeway, then you can just copy this information directly into Gemini and then you can use this for free. You can say, "Okay, dynamic views. Let's create a mini app right inside Google Gemini. " The other option you have is if you're on the ultra plan, right? So, paid plan, then you're going to click on tools. From here, you are the plus sign. So, we're going to just agree and then select notebook, right? Notebook. Again, you have to be on the pay plan to do that. But with this, what you can actually build is you can build different projects using multiple sources as you go along. Right? So, for example, I can pull in all the information from multiple different projects. Let's say, for example, I've got one notebook that's plugged in and trained on sales and then another notebook that's trained on marketing, etc. I could use that as a business brain that I pull into notebook. Right? So from here you can see that we're beginning to model the demo data and that's beginning to build out the SAS tool that mini app using the dynamic views inside notebook lens. This is something that I don't 99% of people don't use but actually it's pretty powerful and it's quite easy to set up as you can see. So you can basically take the information from notebook as training data plug that into Gemini and then use that right simple and easy. Now you've got other options as well. So you

can create for example websites like so if we wanted to create for example a website about anything depending on whatever our notebook is on we can say okay create a landing page for this right and then we just go over to canvas and canvas can actually build landing pages the same for example for tools right so for example if we go into notebook here we wanted to build out some tools for our team right then what we can do is if we take the information from this we can go into gemla again depending on which plan you're on. You can either copy and paste the information or you can just plug in the notebook and then from here we can select whichever tool we want to build. So let's say for example we got the sales training for our team and we'll okay build out a useful calculator for my team right and so what we're going to do here is click on canvas and we'll say build out a useful calculator for my sales team that will help them on sales calls. And now we've got three different tools building out at the same time. We've created all the media for this particular example as well. And it you can do this within 10 minutes. It really doesn't take a long time at all. And then for example here we've got the skyscraper scout. We have the landing page being built out. We have the tool being built out. Goldie calculator. The other thing to note here is if you're building with notebookm you can also switch between inside Google Gemini fast or pro. Now, if you use fast, this is using flash and you get much quicker outputs and the UI is actually pretty good. If you use pro, it will take a bit longer and I actually sometimes find better results with the fast honestly. So, you know, something to bear in mind right there. And so, that's basically what you can do and how you can do it.

The other thing to note here is you can create data tables and then you can actually export that data table to Google Sheets, right? So if you want to extract information and data, let's say you've got for example some very heavy datadriven statistics driven research inside here you can click on customize data table select the output language again and just describe whatever data table you're trying to create right so for example let's say for example I'm pulling in my team's reports for the month right their KPIs maybe their sales tracking that sort of thing I can plug in that data into notebook calm as a source and then what I can actually do inside the data table is say okay extract who's the best performer in my team or for example let's say you want to create a report based on the information and you're trying to extract information like how to improve your marketing right you could actually load up a bunch of sources right here about marketing and then inside the data table section you just say okay focus on what levers are the best to pull for my business in the marketing realm right so that's one of the best things you could do with this as well you can also take like statistics and load those into notebook LM as well. Right? So, for example, I could actually pull out all the information from my Twitter account, the content, the audience, what's performing, the overall stats for the month, etc. And then I could plug that into notebook and use notebook as kind of like a data analyzer. But it could also, for example, take that information and then plug that into an infographic into a video and just analyze my marketing performance for the So, there's so much you can do with this. It's pretty much endless. So if we go back to Gemini now, we've got the landing page as you can see. So this has taken the information from the notebook and then if we go to the calculator section for example, it's pulled in the information into a calculator that my team could use. Now you can also for example share these tools that you create. So if you click on share in the top right, you can share that with your team. And then over here you've got the skyscraper scout. You can plug in the prospect domain, competitor domain, scan and analyze that. And then also you can just come back to this whenever you want. You could always bookmark that too if you wanted to as well. Final thing you can do here is that you can actually go into notebook, pull out a notebook for example like this one. And then inside the tool section here we can say create an infographic or create custom image or create a Facebook ad based on this notebook. So it's really endless in terms of what you can build with this and it doesn't take a long time at all
