I make mistakes every day life's about Alternatives if you don't believe in me as a leader go work somewhere else we going to be what's up everybody Thursday morning um pretty uh pretty solid uh day ahead got uh bunch of internal meetings uh bunch of interviews and then I've got the uh keynote today's the uh first day we're doing the uh 4ds the daily digital Deep dive that some of you are aware of uh which is kind of a zapo Disney like uh product we've created at Vayner media where they go through um the uh a 10hour day 12 people 13 people and um really get to know each other all the disciplines that make modern marketing work uh so I'm excited about that and first five or 10 tours I'm going to do the keynote so I'm excited for that I'll go do that today and then um get to see David leie president of uh Turner later client friend genius uh and then a big team dinner uh with a small group of uh vay or media employees I'm just putting together different groups and jamming with peeps so stay in the trenches CE life baby CEO life yo what up Instagram just got out of a meeting with a Fortune 50 uh CFO talk some real Biz he a Jets fan so we talked a little bit of uh that now heading back got some more meetings pretty aggressive day big day today first day of the 4ds daily digital Deep dive it's where uh people come to vayer spend a day Consulting getting to learn uh so things are good what up what up I I've now come to the realization that everybody's going to have an opinion on me MH when it's all said and done yeah uh which is cool and I'm excited about um and I just want the people that were closest to me to have the best opinion cuz they know the truth good day so far these guys have been amazing it's been I know these guys I'm sure have been amazing how have you been Steve that's to me that's the question I think the thing that you need to understand and this becomes very uh rewarding which is you're young enough that like you I don't know do it for two years and if it doesn't work out shoots my forced shoots into this situation of ultimately going to be running this I could be right I could be wrong I'm intuitive I take on that responsibility as a leader I also knew that means he could have came back a day later and be like I don't want to do that can you help me get a different job and he would know cuz he knows me and knows that would be the case I think I'm right we can find out he knows the company knows I killed project management I brought it back like I yeah like we spend so much time overthinking instead of doing do it then know then decide yeah I think it is cool you know what it is it's liberating which then allows you to go fast speed it's all speed like you got to go fast that's how you get [ __ ] done that's how you figure stuff out and then like if you're wrong you say you're wrong thanks guys have a great day yeah awesome before you guys leave I'll try to come in and maybe we'll do some I'm sure some selfie or whatever yeah I'll come back awesome sweet I'm going I have a GI for you said f would be the one you would bring back right had to give you the 96 Grand Hills dude I love it I'm going to rock so my man thank you app very nice thank you make it heart on them I know how to do this I open these c boxes my whole life all right I'm excited uh-huh helmet time 80 69 Jets of course I love it man thank you so much sign up for the Box unbelievable just a simple note for just like [ __ ] thank you for all the amazing stuff you do for the world thank you brother I appreciate it thank you so much it's very nice I'll see you guys in a little bit all right Ty what's up

where we going so I think I can really help that's why I want to have that conversation with you guys and so we'll have that cool awesome brother great to see you again Marcus when you off crutches uh I'm getting revaluate on Wednesday I probably till like 1 and then cuz you basically like you kind of have to like hobble it's almost like a cane and then uh and then it's just like a transition I'm pretty I'm so happy he has to do that part I love it thanks guys take care my pleasure me too bye bye good nice to meet you such a pleasure good to officially me officially I know anything I can answer for you um no I don't think so I just want to kind of like make it official hi make it official my inbox is open to anything like I really mean it my question for you is really like what is a well-rounded digital marketer um it's somebody who I think the best digit of course I do it's the one that understands that he or she needs to have the short-term skills of the moment and the intuition and tasting ability when I say tasting the intuitive curiosity around things like influencer marketing and then as soon as you buy into it become a practitioner and that right like it's always doing that MH it's always knowing that the thing that we care about the most is already on its way of being out MH and to look at the counter and collateral damage of its execution and I feel like you know if you're good of being artiest is a time where you just have to you know embrace the responsibility and understand that the power of music is something so special and be able to do it on this magnitude where you reach millions of people it's like why not use that for good why not tell kids something that they can connect with and using their Liv
