### Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00) [5:00]

perfect thank you Roger see you we went to high school together get out he's uh he's the best he the best you guys are it's hopping in here yeah we're uh you know you you put 500 27. 9 year olds together and you get some serious energy it's awesome I'm sitting in the lobby and like people are bustling through like crazy you probably feel this too right like it's unbelievable how much an organization will actually take the exact personality of its leader I think it's a stunning misunderstanding like if your company sucks Your Leader sucks like that's just real because she or he is in charge they can get rid of all the bad stuff no they I hate when leaders are like oh it's Rick's fault I'm like you hired Rick [ __ ] you know tell me about it yeah Andy video video video video like 1. 7 million on the 61 seconds what's the best way to get me to make captions cuz that's what's holding us up no like I'm organizing them to get BSU and wallpapers but then you pick the ones that you want and then so I'm like all right let's put on to those and then you know like so I just pinged you 11 videos that I think are good that are diverse enough okay that they can start working on micro and things to map got it okay I trust you on that let them go on that so you have I can text it to you again you need copy for Facebook yeah uh another thing do you think I'm right about not putting too many if I'm going to build up daily V I think too much content is going to not make people want to be subscribed so I think what we should on YouTube We also talk about Gary talking to the camera a lot you know like yeah there's a bunch of different things we've talked about everything a lot do you think that if we're making this commitment to daily V that we should maybe only put two videos a day Max and what we do is then use I think we can get away with two to three one of them always being GV so like two I want to go two I believe in I'm right about this one being daily B one being something else we have to do that yeah like we should almost do one of those every day what's up dude all good stuff man how are you did leave this oh but you were you were here when we moved here no Jesus but I just talking to the guys man how you spend L of time in LA a ton LA's good for tacos vinyl records weather and vented clothing yeah the people just different people 100% especially for me I'm like for New York so like La feels like you get it but I but the weather can seduce you it can the weather can trick don't let the weather trick you have some great nights the snow Yeah during a snowstorm Lind I need to talk to you about don't let me forget about okay yeah it was really good what's up Alex all right um I guess I'll kick it off since I don't want to propose this it's made sense for quite some time that just you two get together half business reasons half purely selfish massive fan of what you've done um us three were at fairly well we've seen what you've done behind the scenes for a while now so I think for us it just makes sense to get together um love to hear what you're up to we love Emma TR to keep her in our star of daily V 52 whatever yeah so I worked with Peter actually before I came to vayer I know um and was working with Brooklyn Bowl and then came over to Vayner and now moved over to work on Peter's projects leading marketing and yeah I think there's just like a lot of like partnership opportunity between both of you and good for yeah as Alex said like good people for you both to know so I think like whether it's like us being able to like connect you with like potential clients for being or Talent or like you know us talking to you about what we're looking to do with video or our new platform bands I just think there's like a lot of opportunities to partner and chat so I'm sure we're both here for the same reason which it especially just knowing what I know about you from afar and just knowing these people so well and what they feel I you know it's going to be a game of like the other person trying to provide T you know like value right you know from my standpoint I'd love to know everything that like the three most important things for you in the world and like you know and I think you you definitely know this and all of you know this like if video is important to you I don't need you guys to become a client if you want to come here and or actually it's at 3:15 actually it's about to be in Long Island City like from my standpoint I'm

### Segment 3 (10:00 - 14:00) [10:00]

just playing forever you know and so play forever too that's you know what I mean and so for me I have zero short-term wants yes I mean Vayner Town's super important so we have a real thing that we're about to build so that's good and cool um but as far as from your guys World any capability that you guys want internally I'm thrilled to lift the you know the hood one or two ideas that's right okay you're going to figure out which uh when you have probably the Facebook video version versus the CNN documentary I'm kid I don't know 4 minutes 40 oh great that's a lot it's a big one so uh you know I had one I grew up here in the city um I wasn't so much a music guy actually started I had a Public Access TV show and no [ __ ] yeah channel 35 I love it but it was on my high school sports day I grew up you know 90 we did like with video how old are you about I'm 44 love it almost at 43 I you just turned 44 yeah September okay I'm still saying that's impressive I'm November 14th and I've already accepted 41 begrudgingly go ahead do you know what my LLC is called my personal LLC the thing I run everything through filling the seats oh [ __ ] because in now I'm going to tell you story about Tribeca because in 2005 uh Drew from Tribeca Bar and Grill reaches out I know and he goes hey I hear you're like the new whiz kid of wine we have this $200 wine dinner that we sold three seats for and I have to sell 190 of them can you help and I'm like right I'm like may I don't maybe I I wasn't even I'm selling wine I'm a wine retailer in New Jersey so I send an email to my wine email newsletter I have no idea what's going to happen and I get a phone call from Tribeca Barn Grill I sent the email 11 I remember this like yesterday at 11:30 in the morning at 12:17 they call me I get on the phone they go what the [ __ ] did you do and I said I sent an email to my email newsletter they're like we've sold out we've spent mailers like signage like calling people you've sold out 140 seats I literally called my account and I'm like I need you to register an LLC called filling the seats that's why it's filling the seats so things like we're starting like hey let's continue this real pleasure have a great holiday to I'll try to see you before the end of the year great to see youe where okay good to where what up brother oh okay yeah I'm going to take this off great day of hustle got a lot done it was good to get back in the grind after uh 10 days of filming in LA and uh Thanksgiving weekend really enjoying the uh 7 days a week daily V hope you guys are as well and I will see you soon the deuce for
