### [0:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK_ZYbD3I6w) Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00)

What's up Instagram? How you guys liking stories so far? Instagram stories. tonight. Morning. How are you? Good. Pleasure. I want my Detroit. Yes. We said, "Look, brands have got to be storytellers. " He was there. So, we took this different angle and that was it. So, that's where this came from. So, when I was there, I got the t-shirt. cast me away and thank you for everything you do. Thank you so much. What's your name? Alex. Alex, nice to meet you. Thanks for saying hello. Thank you. Yeah, of course. Somebody said to me the other day, I met it was about it's the journey. So, and I really realized this is the carrot. Excuse me. The carrot there's a carrot and if you put a carrot in front of me, I'm going to run through a wall for the carrot. But what I've realized is the carrots never get any closer. Okay. If you work for someone else. Okay. So, but the other thing is if I ever got the carrot, I'm going to go look for another one. So, so the destination is not the carrot. It's the journey. It is the second. You made it, but you're still working. Because I don't want the carrot. I want the cucumber. All hands on deck to build out our TV capabilities. I feel like we have 100 days to make it happen or we won't have or we're going to leave 150 million in media spend on the table for no reason. Yep. Yep. Is it just open? Hi. All right. Hey, man. Hey, how are you? How are you, brother? Nice to meet you. Really nice to meet you, Drock. How you doing? Good to meet you. Welcome. Thank you. What's up? Yeah. How you doing? Very well. Good, man. How you guys doing? Great. extremely well. So, how long has this been in the making? I started building it two years ago. We opened um a little over a year, year ago. Fantastic. So, it's a appointment only also my it's my work space and so it kind of plays a multiple roles. So, we do all of our aging and creating and stuff here as well. It's [ __ ] rad. And we do dinners out here and live music and uh yeah, pretty sweet. Let's go. Little world up here. So this place, you know, we have clients sort of all walks of life that come through else. This just kind of gives a vision of what we can do and so we create and sort of build things from small to large scale on a multitude of different platforms really for what it is and you know it's been kind of word of mouth so you know people are slowly kind of finding out about what we do. So how do you frame your company? Is it a maker? It's a is it a Yeah, I mean it's a bit of a makery thing. I mean it's really a creative like how many Yeah. How many have three people? So when you get into this kind of scale, you're just tapping into people to help you guys. No, I do it all. I mean when I mean like on the revenue for instance, I brought in two extra people to just for like laboring things as far as like aging and so forth. Who makes this [ __ ] giraffe? This came from the Gambino family. So I got this room. So awesome. Yeah. All the ready to wear. Then we most of our clients as we build relationships with them it goes full tailor. So they come in we do full fittings and so what is this literally spec is this spec for you to look at or does a human come in here and buys it just like a person buys it? Yeah. And then so we do is everything that everything's for sale like right so somebody comes in like I love this. Yeah. So we can we're kind of constantly rotating as we sell and then costume. Please tell me the pricing comes from your head on the spot. Oh, it's always that way.

It always is just all ad hoc. It's all ad hoc. Yeah. You know, garage sales are my favorite thing on earth. So like this is clearly the clothing. It's like But if I'm like, is it literally like yo, how much for the bear? And you're like completely a random depending on that's [ __ ] the best. Yeah. trying to tell the whole real like American story. The river smells incredible. car luxury time. Such an intense transition, right? So these are all that we all stand by hand. So how did you first start getting into that? When I started junk food, you know, I had this idea of taking other people's brands. At that point, no one was like exist. And I, you know, I was I created the what basically became the vintage D. You know, I was like, I want to make a tea that feels like it's old. What seemed weird back, you know, it seems funny now. Of course, I want to I want people to know what this is. It's really magical at night, you know, and the whole place is obviously open. I just need to have a float through two or three times a year. I want to do a real wine event that matters and this is the place to do it. Yeah. Cool. Congratulations. This is really I I'm, you know, I'm sure you're tired of hearing it, but it is what it is. That it is that. Thank Oh, actually, what's up? What is this place? What's the password? Dude, I'm going to get you into this place. John. John, how are you? Great to meet you. It's a retail store. It's got a map there. We like no map. We had to like search on like some underground. Dude, it's one of the most interesting places I've been to in my life. Crazy. What is it? This is old taxi. You'll see. You know what? You'll see a lot of [ __ ] on I'm going to put a ton of film. No, it's secret, but he's about to not make it secret. Oh, wow. world, right? Um, and then understanding the economics of two both functioning parties, I think, is the question that needs to get answered, right? Like, is it 200 salary and 5% carry and then T-Rock? I feel like one day I'll get one of these. I've never been here. Let's go. I'll figure out how uh you guys Yep. Thank you. What floor? Four. Thank you. That's cool. Um, what's your name? Gary Vaynerchuk. Oh, Gary. Hi. Nice to meet you. How are you? Good. I actually met you like 10 years ago or 8 years ago or something. I saw you speak in DC. Awesome, man. Like that was my first event for my first book. Yeah, it was for Crush it. Dude, you weren't kidding. You still have it, huh? Yeah. I love it, dude. I think we both look better. No, totally. I definitely do. You do too. Love it. That's awesome, man. Thank you for the love. That's awesome. Looking right at you. I found them. They were here the whole time. Awesome. Hey, how are you? 9 10 11 I won the lotto. Had a good talk. It's good to see David. Yeah, he was there. He had to like fight his way in. It was like they have only a certain amount of seats and I got three million. They were stunned how fast my room filled up. Got it. Hey, it was a real pleasure meeting you, man. Can we do an updated picture? Yeah, for sure. Awesome. Great to see you, man. Stay well. I'm sure I'll be seeing you. Yeah, we'll be seeing. Hello, Israel. This is Gary Vaynerchuk. Dude.
