We're going to go see a possible building for the future. Something that I need to do is to have physical space to be able to bring a community together to create content to create a speakers bureau so that people can practice their talks and things like that. So hopefully it's the right kind of space for price. Big things could happen. What are you looking for in a building? high ceilings. Uh I like some character. I don't want a cookie cutter uh wood and suckle building. So, we need to find something like that. And this definitely has a lot of character. I'm also looking for street visibility, walkability, and if it's going to be noisy enough. How's it going? Okay, so the pie shop that was in here, how long were they in here for? They were in here for about 3 years. Bill, how are you? Pleasure, Bill. Nice to meet you. You know, Gary, William. Yeah. Good to see you. Why don't I follow you outside? Okay. Which one is open up here? Okay. We'd have to like tear out some stuff. Just perfect for Tusca Studios. We have to tear out all these walls. No. Uh the thing is every everything's broken up into small rooms. I need a larger, more contiguous space to be able to host events and do production. How do you propose like can the space be used this way or no? Um I would probably if with some reservations say yes something, you know, some things could be done. Exactly what I can't say exactly. How much space would you need? Like I mean I know we're looking at this. How would you need three times more together for your meetings? Four times more ideally something around 2,000 ft² like corner to corner. Like I can see that would be ideal. This is not ideal for us. I mean I we don't run like a traditional office business. It's really a media production at this point. So the idea would be to host events here to create content broadcast live stream that kind of stuff to run workshops. So bigger open space would be better. So if we were to get this space, I'd have to figure out if possible how we can cut this building so that we can have and blow out most of the walls. Yeah. Okay. Are we talking or are you talking? Yeah, we're we got we're good. Thank you. Thanks, Gary. I have two buildings in Santa Monica and the way we used that is like uh I guess the portion we had was 9,000 ft² about 2 or 3,000. It was just corner to corner and totally you could see everything that could accommodate 100 people for a workshop. What I plan to do is build a giant LED panel wall so that the display is dynamic. And then we would put a lighting grid, put chairs, and then invite people to come in, bring in notable authors and speakers and uh influencers, those kinds of people to teach things and that's and we would make content. That's how we would use the space. Good. Most of the times empty when we're busy. Then maybe like three or four days a month, we'd be shooting. You bet. Thanks, Bill. Thank you. Good to meet you. You too. Yeah. That's why I have to wear a hat. Not because he looks cool, guys. No, it's like cuz it's a waterfall here. That corner. Awesome. But the problem is there's like 35 different walls and angles and it's the one. It's not the one. Too many challenges. Nice thing about old buildings is old. Bad thing about old buildings, they smell like old buildings. You walk in, you're like, "What's that smell? " 100 years of history. Heat. Hey, Heat.
