welcome to yoga today's relaxing yoga stretch can be done entirely in your bed and it under your covers we'll be laying on your back the entire time so meet me on your back under your covers if you'd like make yourself comfortable meet me in a full wind pose pulling your knees in towards your chest hold on gently as your lower back relaxes deepen your breath so your belly can press into your thighs and take a big breath in through your nose out through your mouth a couple more times on your own each exhale relaxing and releasing from the day you've just had and settle into a natural rhythmic bre breath in and out through your nose you're here now and the day is done the most important thing you can do in this moment is relax and let go for a half wind pose extend your left leg long down on your bed completely supported by the bed beneath you take a deep breath all the way down into your belly and feel the muscles in your back soften and relax slowly draw your knee across your body extending your right arm opposite into a nice slow spinal twist no need to pull or Force remember let go and take your time you slowly come back to Center no rush switching sides take your left leg in your right leg long for your halfway pose and if your mind begins to wander somewhere else from earlier today or tries to go to tomorrow remind it that the only place that truly exists is right here right now you are exactly where you need to be when you're ready make your way into your big spinal twist pulling your left knee across your body allowing yourself to be completely supported by the bedding beneath you where else can you let go
