## Транскрипт

### Segment 1 (00:00 - 01:00) []

I've changed my mind a bit on walking pads. Here's my unsponsored review. These have gotten quite popular for people who do their work from home or just want to work out from home. There are many different kinds, but this one you turn on with a remote and you'll see a countdown and it'll start you off at a pretty slow pace. It does say you are supposed to wear shoes. I think some cultures may not intuitively do that, but it's moving pretty quickly and I don't know if I would always trust these edges. This one has a remote where you can adjust the speed. This is one, this is two, this is three. And this is 3. 8, which is the max. So, the benefits are that it is pretty small. doesn't take up that much space to store and is pretty light, so you probably won't have much trouble carrying it around. And some of them you can incline like to give you more options. This one won't though. And you can find some that are pretty quiet, although the high setting is a bit louder, but you may want to keep it unplugged, especially if you have kids or pets that might get into it. This feels weird because I want to keep this area clean for some reason. And you can hit off and it'll just gradually slow down for you. And some of you may want something to help balance. And look, I really like just regular walking outdoors, but I'm also blessed enough to live in a place where I can easily do that. And while there are some issues, if this can help you build the habit of walking even while you're doing work or watching TV, then it's something that may help you. I would call a 7 out of 10 Hamptons.
