on top of your knees is a very important skill. Number one, it is a sign that they can bend fully. And number two, you are likely not in pain if you can bend your knee fully just like that. So, step number one, we got to work on knee mobility. If you can't quite bend that knee all the way, what you're going to do is use the ground to assist you with your hand in your knee pit. I don't know if that's what it's actually called, but you're going to sit back until you feel pressure building up in your knee. Not pain, just pressure. Of course, you got to do it on both sides. And this is a slightly easier variation if the weight is too heavy for you to handle. Number two, you're going to work on strength with something like this, which is called a squat. Most people aren't going to be able to jump straight to a full range of motion one. So instead, you can go down as far as you like, catch yourself, go back up, and go again wobble baby. But genuinely, only you know where you need to start. There is no shame in cutting it short and continuing with your reps. Just 30 seconds of mobility, 10 reps of strength. Bounce back and forth for three sets. Then you're all done.
