You can see all your agents, monitor them, make sure they're not going rogue. And the tools catalog, that's where it gets really cool. You can plug in tools like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, email, all of it. So your agents can actually do stuff, not just talk. They can send emails, update your CRM, pull data from spreadsheets, this is enterprise level stuff. But you don't need to be an enterprise to use it. That's what makes it insane. The general agent knows FAQs. I'm connecting a knowledge base here. That's a SharePoint folder with all our help docs, product guides, policies, common questions. The agents can search through this when they need answers. Let's test it. I submit a question. I need a refund for my last order. The order number is 12345. The triage agent reads it. It categorizes it as billing. It routes to the billing agent. The billing agent checks the knowledge base. It finds the refund policy. Then it replies, "Hi, I can help with that. " Refunds take 3 to 5 business days. I've submitted your request for order 12345. You'll get a confirmation email soon. Perfect answer. Fast, accurate, professional.
