Upgrade your AI toolkit

Most people are still wasting time doing things the old way, writing emails from scratch, crunching data by hand, or editing videos by hand. If you don't embrace AI, you might get left behind. Companies are already using AI to do work faster and cheaper than humans. White color jobs are getting slashed. So, in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how AI will upgrade your workflow in 2025. My all-time go-to is

Chad GPT. Of course, now version five. People ask, "Do you really use Chat GPT daily? " And I'm like, why wouldn't I? For example, I headed help outline this very video. If I need to write a quick marketing email, I'll prompt, "Write a friendly email reminding customers about our webinar. Keep it under a hundred words. " Boom. Instant draft. If a paragraph in my blog post sounds boring, I'll say, "Rewrite this in a funnier tone. " I often use it for research. Ask it to summarize a document or compare products. And it does the heavy lifting for me. And it has a built-in agent mode, too. Let's say I'm prepping a proposal. I type outline a project plan for implementing a new AIdriven marketing campaign for a middlesize e-commerce business. If I don't love something, I tell it to tweak the tone or add a step. And it does. This tool alone probably saves me 10 plus hours a week. No exaggeration. Chad GBT5 is my workflow turbocharger. If you're not using it for writing or brainstorming, you're essentially leaving money on the table. But here's the thing. Having all

these AI tools is just the beginning. The real magic happens when you actually build something with them. And that's exactly why I put together the AI master action sprint. Look, I've been using AI for business for years now, and I constantly get messages like, "Arthur, I know AI is powerful, but where do I actually start? " Or, "I've watched tons of YouTube videos, but I still haven't built anything that makes money. " Sound familiar? This is where most people get stuck. They consume endless content, but never actually do anything. The action sprint is different. It's designed to get you from AI spectator to AI builder in just four weeks. You'll walk away with two sellable AI offers, work in automations, and your first outreach plan ready to go. Leo, college student from Chicago, went through the sprint and landed his first $2,500 AI automation client within 3 weeks. — Big respect and big shout out to the course and it changed the game for me and changed life for me. Jonathan, an aircraft pilot, used the frameworks to launch an AI content service that's now bringing in an extra $8,000 monthly. — Became more efficient, making more money, at the same time, I'm working less. — Whether you're working 9 to5, freelancing, or running your own business, this program meets you where you are. Instead of drowning in theory, you will spend 60 to 90 minutes daily actually building and implementing. By week three, you'll have real offers, mini portfolio and clear plan to find your first client. The action sprint isn't just about learning AI tools. It's about becoming someone who gets results with them. If you're tired of watching from the sidelines and ready to build something real, check it out below. We

make lots of videos and sometimes news comes out that forces us to redo parts of the videos. And to make it easier and free me from setting up a home studio, we use 11 Labs. can clone my voice with just a short audio sample and then generate speech that sounds just like me saying whatever text I feed it. I'm talking about scary accurate voice clones. Same tone, same inflection to the point where even my close friends can tell the difference in some cases. For example, if I write a script or a few new lines for a video, I just paste it into 11 Labs, select my clone voice, and click generate. In seconds, I get an audio clip of me reading those lines. It's so realistic that it's virtually indistinguishable from my real recording. And because it's my voice, it matches perfectly with the rest of the video where I'm speaking. And the platform has some sweet features, too, like using my voice to speak any language. So, technically, I can speak Japanese or Chinese or French maintains my cadence and accent just translated. Great for reaching a global audience without hiring voice actors. Let's say we were editing a video and I realized I forgot to say one line or pronounced a product name incorrectly. In the past, I'd have to set up the camera backup, re-record the line, try to match the audio. A lot of hassle for a tiny fix. Now, I just type the corrected line into 11 Labs, use my cloned voice, and drop that audio into the video. Done. If the tone doesn't match perfectly, 11 Labs Studio has voice settings sliders. I can tweak those to make the delivery more energetic or more mellow to fit the scene. In 11 Labs, you can even add little tags for motions or pauses in the text. If I want AI Arthur to laugh or whisper a line, I can put something like laugh or whisper in the text prompt. They have a whole syntax for this. So, I could type and then the AI said laugh. I'm not just a tool, I'm your coworker. And the generated voice will actually include a chuckle. How cool is that? For any content creator or entrepreneur doing their own media, 11 Labs is a huge workflow upgrade. You basically get to scale your voice, record a few minutes of your narration, train the model, and you're off to the races. From that point, generating a new voice clip in any language is as easy as typing and clicking a button. It's not a fully

automated process, but there's always Zapier. Might not be as flashy as voice cloning, but oh man, does it save me time. It's like a personal assistant that takes care of the repetitive digital chores by connecting your favorite apps and making them talk to each other. The basic idea is simple. When this happens, do that. For example, when someone fills out a form website, Zapier can add their details to HubSpot, send a Slack message, and maybe drop their info into Notion database. All automated. You set it up once and it runs forever. But let me be specific with how we use Zapier. Our Zapier AI agent workflow is simple. A new article pops up in Feedley. Zapier pings chat GPT for a quick summary, then saves that summary to a file and uploads it straight into our custom GPT knowledge base. The moment something hits the feed, our AI intern files the notes instantly. No copy breaks. We stitch the whole thing together with drag and drop blocks in Zapier. No copy pasting, no code. Listens for fresh info, uses AI to digest it and files it exactly where we need it. We can build this. You absolutely can too. Zapier even has some built-in AI tools. So you can say, plug chat GPT directly into your workflow. For example, reading incoming customer feedback, summarizing it, and posting the summary in Slack each day. Start small with Zapier. Pick one annoying repetitive task you do and see if Zapier can handle it. They have a ton of templates. Once you automate one thing

you'll get addicted. Custom GBT is one of my favorite developments in AI tooling. By now, you've probably used Cad GBT or Bing or some chatbot. Here you can create your own chat GBT. One that knows your data, your products, your processes. Gives you the power to create a private customized chatbot using your own content as its knowledge base. Setting up custom GBT is surprisingly quick. You just put a bunch of PDFs and text files into it and in a few minutes it indexes everything and spins up the chatbot. Privacy is a big plus, too. All that data stays private, unlike using the public chat GBT and hoping it doesn't leak anything. A custom GBT bot can be made private to your organization or even deployed on your site for customer service. Custom GPT has a simple workflow, no coding needed, which is great for business owners and entrepreneurs. If you've got proprietary info or even just a large repository of content, make a custom AI assistant out of it. It's a tremendous force multiplier for internal teams and customers. Most people fear that AI

Let's shift to more businessoriented tool, HubSpot. You might know HubSpot as a CRM and marketing platform. But in 2025, HubSpot has seriously leveled up with AI features. I use HubSpot to manage leads, send emails, the whole customer journey. HubSpot can take a piece of content, say a blog post or webinar transcript, and automatically repurpose it into different formats. For example, I can take a transcript of this YouTube video, drop it into HubSpot's content assistant, and get suggested snippets for social media, an email newsletter outline, and even an SEO friendly blog summary. Then there is lead nurturing. Traditionally, a very hands-on, time-consuming process. HubSpot's AI tools now help us automate a lot of that. It's way more effective than manually guessing or using basic rules. The AI finds patterns that we might not notice. Can also set up AIdriven email sequences. Let's say someone downloads your free ebook. In the past, you'd put them on a generic five email follow-up. Now, HubSpot's AI can personalize those emails. This results in emails that feel one-on-one and leads that don't slip through cracks. HubSpot's AI can even monitor responses. If a lead replies with interest, it can automatically move them to a hot leads list and schedule a task for a sales rep. If you are in any kind of sales or marketing role, check out HubSpot. Things that took months to do

now take minutes, like building apps. Here's how B 44 works in real life. I open the interface and it greets me with a single question. What do you want to build? I type, "I need a task manager web app where users sign up, create to-do lists, mark items complete, and get email reminders, clean UI, dark mode by default. " I hit the big button, sit back, and watch the console light up. 3 minutes later, an application appears. I click it and land inside a working product. To-do list, minimalist theme, no demo placeholders. Every click writes to the database and reloads correctly. What I'm looking at is a full stack front end, back end, database, user accounts, hosting on a test domain handed to me on a platter. If I crack open the built-in code editor, I can poke through the React components, express roots, and SQL migrations it generated. Base 44's real magic is the conversational dev loop. I can just describe tweaks like make the theme orange, and it refactors life. Base 44 won't replace serious engineers for deep production work, but it obliterates the idea to first draft bottleneck. Any process in your business still lives in spreadsheets or post its describe it to base 44 first. Odds are you'll be using a custom tool before launch. Let's

switch gears to something less about making stuff and more about discovering stuff. Absumo. This is a bit different from the other tools. It's actually a marketplace, but I include it in my workflow because AppSumo is where I find a lot of the new AI tools early, often before they hit mainstream. I check AppSumo regularly for new AI tools, be it an AI copyright and assistant, video generation tool, a niche AI for real estate marketing, you name it. Some of the tools I use now, I actually discovered as Absumo deals long before everyone was tweeting about them. Staying ahead of the curve is part of upgrading your workflow. There is a new tool that could save me time. I'd rather find it 6 months before my competition does. Absumo is part of my workflow in the sense that keeps my toolbox fresh

and sharp. In the end, content is king queen and probably the whole royal cord in online business. But creating SEO optimized content regularly, so I've settled on phrase. io. In short, it helps you research, outline, and write SEO content in a fraction of the time it used to take. For any given topic, Phrase will analyze the top search results and give you a datadriven brief. It identifies the key headings, topics, and even questions that the top pages cover. Let's say I want to write an article about AI productivity tips for a small business. Normally, I'd search that, click the first few links, copy paste some notes, try to figure out what subtopics to include, etc. With phrase, I enter that target keyword and it quickly returns an outline. It also shows me the average word count of those articles, the average number of images, and other useful metrics. Phrase also highlights topic gaps, areas the top content covers that I might miss, and vice versa, opportunities to add something unique. It's analyzing all that text, so I don't have to read every competitor article, word for word. Once the outline is ready, Phrase's writing kicks in, and it's much easier to edit and refine AI's text than to create from scratch. Phrase also pulls FAQs related to the topic. This not only helps readers, but also gives a little SEO boost by covering relevant queries. As I write, Phrase gives me a content score indicating how well my article covers the topic compared to others. It looks at things like term coverage and richness. If my score is, say, 50 and the average among competitors is 70, I know I'm probably missing some depth. Time-wise, before phrase, writing a wellressearched 2,000word article could take a full day or more. With phrase, you can do it in a few hours because the research is mostly done for you and a lot of the initial drafting is sped up. Over months, that translates to dozens of hours saved and more content published, which means more traffic and leads. And maybe just the articles won't

make you rich, but a wellthoughtout business plan definitely could. And again, let's skip the small talk about the time it would take to do it by hand. Venturus AI. Venturus lets you input a brief description of a business idea or strategy you're considering and then it generates a comprehensive analysis. When I say comprehensive, I mean it. SWAT analysis, pestl analysis, Porter's five forces for competitive landscape. All those frameworks you learn in business school. for example, an online platform that uses AI to personalize nutrition plans for working professionals. Within about 30 seconds, it gave me a breakdown. It listed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and so on. It even gave me a little write up on market trends and identified a target audience with some demographic details. I'm honestly amazed this report would be a great starting point if I were actually pursuing that idea. Highlighted things I hadn't thought of. my twoliner description. Ventures has essentially read thousands of case studies and market research reports and it tries to apply that knowledge to whatever you throw at it. For me, it would be a perfect part of the workflow if I was to brainstorm a new venture or even a new campaign. I will run it through ventures to see if I missed any obvious pitfalls or together some language for a pitch deck. For a solo entrepreneur or small team, that's like multiplying your strategic brain power overnight. Last

but definitely not least, let's talk about prompt methus and it's basically the most overpowered prompt engineering tool out there. Think of it as VS Code or Visual Studio, but for AI prompts instead of code. In prompt methus, I can build my prompt in blocks, maybe one block is the system instructions, another block is the user input template, another block is an example, etc. I can then rearrange or toggle blocks easily. It also lets me define variables. So instead of hard- coding the person's name in all my example prompts, I put a placeholder like name. Then I can run the prompt for a list of different names or inputs without find replacing like a madman. One of my favorite features is version control and traceability. Prompt methus keeps a history of every prompt version and the outputs it generated. I can literally branch my prompt experiments and see which one worked better. I can add notes, compare outputs, and roll back to a previous version if needed. And it supports multiple AI models and can compare outputs across them. So I can run my prompt on GBT5, on Claude, maybe on a local LLM, all within the same interface and see which one does best or how they differ. Without a tool like prompt methus, writing good prompts might have taken a lot more trial and error and frustration. The interface really empowers you to engineer prompts systematically, not just by good feel. It feels professional. And once you have a prompt you like, Prompt Metheus can help you deploy it via an API. This means I can integrate it into my apps or workflows easily, essentially turning a prompt into a service. For a business, this is brilliant. Prompt methus is the tool that sits a bit behind the scenes in my workflow, but it dramatically upgrades the quality and reliability of anything we do with AI. Remember, most
