This video is all about how to claim your free email inbox with ClickFunnels. So, stick around. Stay tuned. This is a fun uh video topic because we're going to talk about an underloved, underappreciated facet of ClickFunnels 2. 0. It just blows people's minds when we honestly — let them know about it. — Yeah. If you didn't bring it up last week, we even Rob and I had no idea we were in a dark. We're like, wait, we can do what? I'm sorry, but what? — And it's always a common question when people add a domain and they see uh you know, support customdomain. com. It's like, all right, but where am I getting these emails? How do I respond? Like, if somebody emails me, what do I do? And like that was always like, "Oh, go to Google Workspace. Go to Zoho. Go wherever. Go to an email provider, sign up, and then you have to, you know, that's where you'll get the emails. " — Yeah. — Right. Hey, — you're gonna save you some money today, so pay attention. — Exactly. — What if it's like a fresh idea and you're not ready to fully commit, you know, — inbox and all like It's a whole next step. — Yeah. Let's keep it all in one house if we can. — Yeah. Oh, yeah. — And so, all right. Hey, so is it okay if we save you some money? Right. Is it okay? Are you paying for uh Google Workspace or Zoho and you would like to save a bit of money? Let's just consolidate your inbox into a ClickFunnels 2. 0 and uh let me show you how. Okay, it's uh it's pretty fun. It's kind of cool and you may not know about it. So, let's dive in. Uh Tyson, do you want to start sharing the uh the bullet points for the slide and then we can kind of dive into the how-to? — Absolutely. Let me Sorry to throw you on the spot there. — Do we have bullet points to go for beforehand or should we just dive in? — Yeah, I know I have it. There you go. — Okay. — I feel like we could just dive in. — There you are. Oh, I have to add the stage there. — We won't be here for very long anyways. — All right. Yep. This is how to create a new email inbox inside of ClickFunnels. Uh it's called Message Hub. You may or may not have heard about it. If you haven't, welcome to the party. If you have and just haven't used it yet, welcome to the party. It's a great conversation. Uh it's uh it's definitely helpful for creating that inbox for free. Okay. It is on my basics list to set up the account basics. It's one of the things that I make sure that every client has set up and every uh coaching uh client has set up, okay, in their account. So, here we go. We're going to go over how to use Message Hub as your go-to inbox while you get your business up and running. — Okay, — easy. — That's it. Three stuff. — Everyone just thinks MessageHub is for text messaging, right? Get your Tulie account, come back, and then attach it, and then you can do text messages. — When David showed this to us, it blew our mind. — We were both just like, you can do that with ClickFunnels. — This whole time, too. I You said you've been doing this for how long? Uh, ever since it came out, so for like two years now. — Oh jeez. — Like, yeah. All right, David, run with it. — Okay, there we go. So, we're in a nice sweet spot where I actually have a fresh custom domain that I have to do this for. Uh, and so you're going to get to see the whole process from start to finish. Uh, so once you get your domain added to your account, then you're going to go down to workspace settings and over to email settings. Now, what we need to do is add your support email inbox or just add your emails to your ClickFunnels account to begin with. Okay. I usually generally recommend two. I recommend a marketing one and a support one. Okay. So, — quickly, David, can you increase uh can you zoom in? It's a little bit hard. — Yeah. Let's go for it. — Uh 150 to be the sweet spot of my end.

### Segment 2 (05:00 - 10:00) [5:00]

— Keep going. — I'm normally at about I'm actually normally at 80% because I like to see more. Oh, wow. So, this right here is 100% 80%. — Wow. — That get crazy. — All right. So, uh for the support email, I recommend just, you know, having it be support at whatever the domain is. For the marketing email, I recommend it being something like your name, your first name at whatever the domain is. Okay. So, I've got like support. I've also got David. And that will be — add by clicking add email address. — Yep. That'll be the marketing one. So, how we get those is we just click this yellow add email address button here. The nickname only you will see. So, you can leave that blank if you want or you can name it something. The name, this is what they actually will see whenever you send them a marketing email. So, like a broadcast or a workflow email. Okay. So, this one I need to have it as contact. Um, actually, uh, let me leave that there for now. What I want here, I need to have a contact at my new business, GeorgetownJudo club. com. I'm launching a judo club here in Georgetown, and it's going to be great. So, if you're in Georgetown, hey, come on out. Support Judo in the community. Selfless, shameless plug. All right. Uh, we're just gonna leave it like contact, okay? And just like this. Uh, make sure to capitalize this one here. It seems more professional. This one might leave it as lowercase. It's just an email. Okay. Add email address. Boom. That's done. That's added. — You got pages of emails. — Yeah. Cool. So, that's that. Next, we're going to go to your free ClickFunnels inbox. It's called MessageHub. Now, if you — The craziest part is this is where I would normally stop. I'd be like, "Okay, like I have a support email. Where the emails go to? I don't know. I'll figure something out. " And then David's like, "Why aren't you using MessageHub? " I'm like, "Yeah, — what do you mean? " — Here we go. — Yeah. So, if you don't see this over here on your lefth hand side, no worries. You'll be able to find it up here. Just hover over the plus icon right here and you'll start to see add apps. Click on that. And these are ordered alphabetically. Scroll down till you get to message hub. Click on that and then it'll come over to message hub. — If you don't have it set up, it'll actually show a little popup or a next page where it says add message hub. But if you have it added like David, it would take you to the actual spot. — Correct. — One extra click. — Yeah. Now, this is your first time doing this, then you're going to see a couple of emails automatically there. And that's just a like a walkth through kind of like you know uh shortcutting your process to getting it set up. Okay, it has instructions in that email. So just be sure and read through it carefully. You're going to copy that little link that it has on there and continue to follow the instructions. I'll walk you through that here. Okay, don't panic. Don't All right, I've got several different email inboxes right here. If you don't see that, don't worry. I've got lots of them added. You're probably going to see this though, new inbox. Okay, so we're going to click that and email right here. We got lots of different options here from Message Hub. It's a pretty cool powerful tool. We're going to click email and other providers. And here we're just going to do the same thing uh that we did on the other side. Now, this one channel name is kind of like a little note reminder to myself of what this inbox is. So, I'm going to do contact at Georgetown Judo Club. Yep, that's it. And email is contact at here. You have to spell it out. Make sure it's spelled rightclub. com. Okay, good. And create. Now, here you select yourself, especially if you are a one-man show, one woman show, select yourself. Now, once you once your business grows to the size to where you need to hire on a support team, you can give them access to your message hub. uh and only select them for here if you want to give them access to that. Okay, that way you can actually have your own support team. Oh, cool. We're going to add agents. And now don't leave this screen. We're going to copy this right here. What this is a forward email forwarding website. Okay, so it's actually an email right there. We see incoming. clickfunnels. com. Okay. So, all we're going to do is now we're going to take that email forward and we're going to go over to our domain registar and say we need all of the emails that are coming into this inbox to be forwarded to message. Okay. So, we're going to copy that. And now I'm going to go over to Ionos. This is ClickFunnels partner with uh for domain registars. It's pretty great. If you've never done this before, I'll walk

you through how to do it here. If you're on any other platform, um, we'll actually go over through which ones have this for free. And unfortunately, some of them have it as a paid thing. — Um, GoDaddy, I'm looking at you. — Calling it out. — I think they're watching. I think they're one of the — exactly. Yeah. Um, if if I know this, uh, might be a little bit hard to follow along, but don't worry, this is being recorded. Uh maybe we'll do even a specific recording on this just so people know about it. But it's awesome. Don't get I mean just watch this. If you get lost, it's fine. Like just watch the recording and it's it'll be straightforward eventually. — Yeah. Or help with this. Reach out to us outreach. com. — Yeah. Go for it. — Can help out. — Yeah. Uh I also use Squarespace for domains. They're really good for domains. is really clean and uh I haven't had any problems with their email forwarding there. So, uh Ionos and Squarespace are two really good options for this. All right. Uh next, we're going to dive into the domain itself. We're going to uh click the domain and we're going to look for the email addresses section. And right here, we have two options probably because I've already created one. And we're going to do a create. If you haven't created one, you probably won't see manage. So, just click create. And we come here. Email forwarding is on the right here. Simply assign or create an email address. Emails are forwarded only, not stored. How cool is that? We're going to click there. And here we go. Same thing. Contact. com. And we're going to forward to paste what we just copied and save it. Now, what's great about Ionus is they actually don't need to send a forward a uh confirmation email in order for this to work. So, as soon as it saves, it's already live and good to go. Now, Squarespace and others like it sometimes will send a confirmation email that will land over here in your inbox and you'll have to click on it in order to confirm the link up the sync and then at that point it will work. Okay. So now over here at the bottom left, I've got support at Georgetown Club. com and I've already got a couple of testing. Let's see. This one here is from myself to myself. Oh no, that's for support. Let's see. I got a contact. There it is. Contacted. com. Are one of you sending me a — I am right now. You got this — on it. — Okay. Let me also share with you a couple of recommendations that I recommend as far as the setup goes. Uh let me get there. Again, if you missed how to set this up, this is being recorded. Uh just watch the replay from the Facebook group and you can see exactly how we got here. Um, we'll also try to put together a document just a stepby-step guide on how to get your free email inbox with MessageHub. — Yes, — it's not even getting it. It's just claiming it. It's already yours, — right? — It comes included with a subscription to ClickFunnels. — Crazy. I forward it to — you. I sent you an email. — Cool. Okay. So, while that's getting there, here are the other basic things that I would recommend that you set up. So, make sure that you set up a personal display name uh and then a chat inbox business name and then email alerts so that you are alerted whenever somebody actually emails you. So, let me show you how to set up the personal display name. It's just down here. Click on your profile and we're going to do profile settings. Uh be sure and set your display name otherwise your full name will be included in the email who it's from. And it makes more sense to me for it to be whenever you receive it for it to say something like Davidjudoclub. com, — right? Rather than my full name at the — Okay. — Otherwise, it's too much to read. It's gonna It won't even show the whole thing. Maybe it might even like — cut off part of it. — Yeah. So, just have your display name there. Okay. So, that one's done. Next, we're going to go to set the chat inbox business name. So, what that means is we're going to go to chat settings. This is all of our emails. You can think of this, each inbox as an email. Okay? And then we're going to chat inboxes and newest one is at the bottom and settings for that. Scroll down to the bottom. I recommend friendly. That way, it puts your first name there. Now, you'll recognize here. You'll see that it's got your business atyoubus. com. I actually forgot what it's going to say if you don't do this. I think it puts in Oh, yeah. That's right. It puts in this the inbox name if you don't set this. — Okay. — So, if I left it like it was, it would say David Leo add contact at GJC.

### Segment 4 (15:00 - 20:00) [15:00]

— Got it. — So, that's why we have to do this. — So, we're going to do at George save. — How great is it? Like you, whoever's on this call right now watching, you guys don't have to figure this out. Yeah, — we're showing you exactly what to do. David, he paved the road. You just got to drive on it. — I've spent I've spent hours testing and testing and figuring out the best ways to work this thing. — Cool. So, that's that. We're already done with that and we can move on to the next step. — Last step here is to set the email alerts. Okay. There's a couple of uh preferences here that you need to be aware of. All right. So, for the simplest setup, we're going to go down to the profile icon again. Going to go to profile settings, and we're going to scroll down. And I recommend turning this one on. Alert events for conversations. Not only assigns, but also toggle on for all. Okay? Uh because at first, all of the emails that come in are not assigned to you uh until you assign them to yourself, which you can do with an automation. uh or you can assign it to yourself once you start to reply to the email. Okay? But you won't even know about it unless if you turn on an alert. So set it to all and come down here. Check these two on when a new conversation is created. Make sure an email is sent to you. Push notifications are down here. The uh the bell, right? So if you have like your you know this pulled up, then you're going to hear it as a tab. You're going to pull you're going to hear it. Uh but if you're out and about, then you're going to definitely want the email one turned on. And I also recommend this one. A new message is created and an assigned conversation. — Nice. That's a big one, especially I mean, yeah. See on top of it. And the emails themselves, you mentioned this before, I think. Well, maybe not in this call, but there's a link in the actual email. They'll take you to the conversation, right? — Yep. — So, you could technically just respond directly on your phone if you wanted to. — Yep. There we go. — Hey, look at that. — There we go. That's from Tyson. Okay. All right. So, we can look at this thing in a couple of different ways. Here is like a top to bottom um you know in order of most recently received emails all the way through the oldest emails from all of your different email inboxes. — So, you could look at it this way — or based off of which inbox are we looking at? Which email? — Okay. Contact the tour. Cool. All right. Lastly, let's go look at how the email notifications are shown up to us. So, I'm going to have to stop sharing that one and pull this one up and then start sharing this one. — Okay. — Oh, interesting. And Darien says that you can also save this as a web app to your home screen and enable notifications like we're saying and then also get notifications to your phone. — Save it as a web app? Do you mean like save the website to your home screen because I have done that. — I think so. — Yeah. Also, whenever you get these emails on your phone, you can click on the link that you see here. Let's see. Uh yeah, here you go. Perfect. So, you'll start to get them from the bail man. Bellman is what is connected to those settings that we set in the profile icon. Okay. I've also set up this one here, which is an automation to be able to send me the whole transcript uh of the message, the email history. Okay. Otherwise, this is what it looks like. Oh, man. New conversation started created at support. com. Cool. You can click on this button here to go to the message hub, the actual message. And you can do this on your phone as well, too. — Look at that. — So, that's it, guys. That's how to get how your email through it. — That was a ton of value. — We might need a recap here. — Yeah, we'll do a recap. But like I mean again, David went through this many times, so he knows what he's doing. But he did that in let's say 15 minutes, right? With comments and questions and you know all the things. — You guys could I mean we could probably do it in 20 to 30 minutes and then save hundreds of dollars on email providers. like you just have it here. Would you spend 30 minutes to save hundreds of dollars, — especially for like new projects? Like if you're just trying to get something up and running and you're not trying to get all the other components, — I don't know, set up at that moment in time, like it work uh Google Workspace inbox or like uh I don't know, whatever you prefer, Outlook, right? — Yeah. — Um — now, let me share with you one more thing that you may want to know just so we cover it on this video. Uh, if you want to automatically assign all of the emails to you, then you would

come down here to settings, chat settings, and click automations. And I've already got one here. It says auto assign to me. So, let me show you how to do that. We're going to click add automation rule, and just name it a rule. You can't actually save this without giving it a name and description. So, auto assign to. And same, it could be the same thing as one. Okay. Anytime that a conversation is created, the status is equal to open assigned to David. Okay. And create. And that's it. You're done. — Cool guys, right? — Yeah. — That's awesome. — That's it. — And think about this. Like if you guys have bought the, you know, the 1C offer and now you're an agency. You're a funnel building agency. Now, you can add email support, right? You can have this and you can add that to your value stack. You can add it. You can have it as an add-on. I'm a funnel builder. Do you need support? Do you want to, you know, the emails that come through, do you want us to handle them or do you want to take those on? You want us to handle them? All right. That's just an extra monthly cost. — We can do that for whatever a month and it's free to you. It's already here. It's no extra cost. It's some time. But like, how crazy is this? It was mind-blowing. I mean, I'm shocked I didn't know about this. And I don't I wonder what else in ClickFunnels I don't know you can do, but it was so cool when David showed this to us that we're like, we have to show everyone. We have to — Yeah. One of the things I like to do, uh, just as an extra, uh, bonus here, I like to have an autorespond to give them a confirmation that I got the email and let them know I'm going to be replying within 48 hours. So, I have an email, you know, you've probably got it where you sent in a support email and it got you an auto an automatic email back and you were like, "Oh, cool. They got it. Cool. " So, what I did was I just took that and I copied it, you know, made it my own and created another automation for that as well. So, you can do that over in the chat settings and automations. And I've got that one right here. So, that one looks like this. When a conversation is created, I went ahead and made it for all my supports inboxes to send a message. — God, that's so cool. — Okay. — Yeah. — I'm c Who's going to use this? Who's gonna who's going to actually start using this today? Right. I — I am. I'm definitely gonna start using this. Um, and I know people are probably going to run into some issues, not really understand how to uh get this set up, but right there, outreach at clickfunnels. com. Send us an email. Just add the message hub and it's there. — There are some caveats that we should probably also cover though. the caveats. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It depends on your domain registar. De uh David kind of hinted at it for a second there as he took a jab at GoDaddy. — But um GoDaddy, — before we do that, let me zoom in here. Actually, this is how his response came in just so you can see it. — It's live. Came in just fine as soon as basically instantly. — David from Georgetown Judo Club. — Nice. Uh but caveats, it does depend on your domain registar. Um you can technically transfer from one to another if you run into an issue where this doesn't work, right? Cloudflare, this guy right here, is probably one of the more common ones that you see people transferring to. — Uh it's for I host my own domains or manage my own domains because similar reasoning. Uh but for well just in general control over the domain but if you run into an issue where this doesn't actually work or you have to pay for it you could keep that in mind. — Yeah. Fair heads up. — Yeah. I've run into a lot of uh coaching clients where they host their domain on GoDaddy and I'm like oh I'm so sorry. — It used to be so big though. I get why — I get why people have GoDaddy. It's a huge platform. I don't know. entity is giant. Okay, lots of good different topics there. — The clickth through demo really helps. You know, I'm a visual learner. I know we have great documentation and but for me, like I like this. This is the way I learn. I like to see and then do and then I can remember. — Yeah. — Agreed. — Yep. — Yeah. Okay. Shall we summarize what we've talked about? — Let's do it. — Let's just start from the top, shall we? — Yes. — Yeah. Okay. So, starting off, I'm going to try to speak in David's words. Uh — tell me if I am wrong at any point. — Okay. — So, uh starting off, what you want to do is connect your domain to the platform, right? whatever domain that you bought, whatever one you want to use. Hopefully, it's from one of the green listed domains or domain registars we showed a second ago in the slides. After that, you're going to go to your email settings inside of ClickFunnels. Create a new email address that you want to use for your actual support email. Uh whether that's supportyoudomain. com, info, whatever, whatever you want to use. And then from there, we're going to go to add the message hub app silo platform. From there, all you have to do is go to your app center inside the platform, find MessageHub, click on it, click on a button that says add this to your workspace. That'll then take you to MessageHub. Uh, and with MessageHub, once you're in there, we're basically going to go ahead and set up a new inbox. Set a new inbox. It'll create or give you a forwarding URL for your new inbox you just created. And then last step is go to your domain registar and um add that forwarding rule. That's it. Simple. — Nailed it. — Look at that. We did that. We walked through that in two minutes. Not even. You guys can do that quicker. — Nailed it. I'll take it. This is an easy, really fast way and free way to get started with receiving emails. — Yeah. Uh especially if you are a funnel builder and you're building for clients, this is this should be a part of your basic account setup.
