when you do later stage diligence um you know there's a lot more consultants and accountants and things like that evolved because you're not just buying in the hope and the dream you're buying what's there today right no when you're looking at early stage you're looking at Excel spreadsheets maybe the company has two three four million of revenue um it's really about the future but in a growth stage you hopefully have gotten to an execution point where there really is a solid you know company there with tens of millions um of dollars of revenue so I would tell my earlier stage selves to make sure you're buttoned up. Um, so that when you know when someone like us comes in at the growth stage, we're going to hire lawyers to do legal diligence on every contract. We're going to hire accountants to go through and do an actual review of the last year's books and a cash reconciliation, right? We're going to be doing, you know, all these things. So, yeah. Um, I think the earlier you start on the process, the less messy it is. Yeah. Might as well get professional early on.
