Your employer has to pay your full and final settlement within 2 days of your leaving the company as per the new labor laws which have come into effect. And if they don't, you can complain against them with the labor authorities. And I'll explain exactly what is happening. Well, as per section 17 of the code of wages which have come into effect from November 2025, you know, 2 days within your resignation or termination or layoff or the company shutting down, your employer must pay all your dues which includes not just your salary but incentives, overtime, leaving cashment, even any kind of variable pay. Now, this is to be done for all category of employees. It would include blue collar, white collar, no matter what salary band you're working at. And this has been imposed. And if your employer does not do it, well, firstly, you must write an email to HR stating the law saying that you need your FNF to be paid in full. And if they don't, you have to go to the labor commissioner or the labor officer in your jurisdiction making the complaint. They will call the employer and initiate consiliation. If that doesn't happen, well, you will be allowed to go to civil courts as well. A lot more in the description. Share it with someone who may need
