You ever promise yourself, "Yeah, I will totally finish that blog post, you know, right after I finish this video. " Yeah, saying feels like homework. So, to keep posting regularly at Geek Academy, I hacked the system. I flip my long videos into punchy blog posts in like three clicks. Nope, it's not chat GBT. This trick's way smoother. And in this video, I will show you step by step how I take a 30inut video full of info and turn it into a polished blog post. Chad GBT has a few problems and limitations. For example, it doesn't work with videos, so it can't transcribe them natively. I either need to find a custom GBT or use a third party platform for transcribing. Then I have to hope that transcribing works well and there are no mistakes like typos or weird words. Then I paste it to Chad GBT and write something like use this transcription and create me a blog post. and I have to manually list every single parameter of the post like its length, tone, style, and so on. Chbt doesn't always adhere to all that. So, I'm basically testing my look. But the worst part is the SEO and formatting. ChadBt can do SEO even with web access enabled. I can ask it to embed certain keywords into text and it will do that, but will never optimize the article itself for SEO properly. Yes, even if I ask it to be an SEO specialist, it already sounds like a hassle. And even with all that done in Chad GBT, I still have to open a third party editor and start adding links. And if I post them on my website, I also need my text to be displayed properly, which sometimes is easier said than done. So yeah, if you value your time like I do, you start looking for a solution. Instead, I've been trying a few tools and video to blog really caught my eye. Let me show you how I create my blog posts now because it's all really simple. I open the website and the first thing I see here is a clean page. No credit card popups. So create that account. Pick a video you want to repurpose and follow along. There is a window here where I can upload a file from my computer or paste a URL. I can also record the audio right here from the website. But I'll paste a YouTube link to our Deep Seek video because that's how I use it and this video is perfect for becoming a post at Geek Academy. Next, I click enter custom instructions. And here I can write exactly how I want the AI to approach writing. I am the boss here. Usually, I just copy my instructions from Chad GBT and paste them. Works equally well, but for this example, I will stick to a simple line. Write in a friendly tone with jokes. Scrolling down, I need to decide on visuals whether I want screenshots, AI generate images or stock photos from Unsplash. I can even embed the original video, add links, or drop in CTA button with custom colors. Though for this post, I will leave those blank. Under more options, I then choose the length, short, medium, or long. Medium in our case, I don't want people to drink their whole coffee reading the post. I set the language to English and marvel at the list of supported tongues that seems to never end. For the tone, I will pick optimistic and set the point of view to first person so it sounds like I wrote it myself. To make the post SEO friendly, I type the keyword deepseek AI video to blog AI. Make sure it appears naturally in headings and paragraphs without stuffing. I could add a table of contents, FAQs, or attribution, but that's unnecessary for this run. All that's left is to hit one button and wait. My video is 30 minutes long, so generating the post takes about a minute or two. Once the transcription is complete, video to blog automatically reorganizes the text into an article instead of handing me a raw transcript. It filters out filler words and repeated phrases that don't belong in print. The blog post it gives me is low-key great coherent style, visuals in place, thematically on point, basically a tighter version of my script. If I want tweaks, I just type forward slash to pop up an editor that lets me add new text, grab extra screenshots, or search on splash without leaving the page. If I need something specific, I open the built-in AI image generator or upload my own photo like the thumbnail. for each post. There's also a built-in analytics that predicts how well the post would do in search. This blog post got a 100 out of 100, has great readability, great length, and no long paragraphs. It also checks the other check boxes that SEO people care about like long sentences, lengths, keyword density, and so on. If I switch to metadata view, I'll see a suggested title, description, and even slug. All that you don't have to write yourself. AI suggested for you and if you don't like the option, you can always regenerate it. All I can do manually is pick my own tags. In the promo section, you also get texts for the Instagram post, Facebook post, and even email promo all in one place after just one click. If I want, I can click

here and check out the whole transcript for the video. Don't know why you might need this, but here you go. When I'm happy, I click publish and send the article straight to WordPress. Though I could just as easily export to Wix, Shopify, Ghost, Medium, or download it as Word, PDF, HTML, or Markdown. I often embed the video at the top so readers can choose to watch or skim. But one of the coolest features you get is automation. Guys, I make a lot of videos, so converting each one into a post despite taking a few minutes would quickly accumulate. So instead, I set up automation. Setting up is easy. I go to automation, add automation. Here I can connect my channel and do all the customization like with the manual conversion. Now anytime I post a new video, the platform automatically creates a draft blog post for me in the background. For all posts, I can set them to autopublish to keep the article in draft form depending on how comfortable I am with letting the AI do its thing. This feature cuts down on the repetitive task of going back and forth between services. I record my video. I upload it to YouTube and video to blog is already starting to generate my accompanying article. I can then add finishing touches whenever I have a few spare minutes. That is still faster and easier than transcribing and writing the entire post on my own. So, I do not see it as a major drawback. And I like that as soon as I create my account, I can experiment right away by pasting a single link. There's no timer taken down or forced upgrade prompts. The custom instructions are especially powerful, letting me steer the AI toward a comedic twist, a bullet points, or even an academic tone. Video to blog is really great for me, and I'm already experimenting with it to convert our videos into posts for Geek Academy. There are many options here, and soon I will come up with a perfect setup for it and perfect settings. Video to Blog truly offers a one-stop solution for anyone wanting to repurpose video content without the usual hassle or expense. Try it now. No credit card required. The link is in the description. Thanks for watching and see you in the next one.
