The internet gurus are going to hate me for saying this, but the fastest way to lose visceral fat in 2026 is not fasting. It's not using ompic and it's definitely not keto or carnivore. It's stacking reatride, Matsi, CJC1295, Hypermelon, and Tesmear. Now, in this video, I'm going to walk you through the exact stacking, timing, and dosing protocol that can help you go from 20 to 30% body fat to sub 10% body fat in little as 90 days and get your visceral fat down to zero. Because visceral fat isn't just regular fat. It's metabolically active tissue that sits around your organs and it destroys your testosterone levels and it creates a vicious cycle that keeps you stuck no matter how hard you're dieting. Now, I know this works because my client Leaf recently used this exact protocol to lose over 35 lbs, optimizes insulin levels, fixes blood sugar issues, and reached 8% if not 7% body fat at 42 years old. So, without further ado, let's jump into this. First, you need to understand that your body primarily stores fat in two different locations. One is subcutaneous fat, which you can see in the mirror or by pinching your belly. The other is visceral fat, which wraps around your liver, your pancreas, your intestines. Now, I've had clients come to me looking relatively lean, maybe 10, 15, 18%, but their dexa scan shows high visceral fat and their blood work is commonly showing three markers that are always off. High fasting insulin, elevated liver enzymes, and low free testosterone. That is because visceral fat blocks insulin signaling at your liver and pancreas. Second, it basically strangles your testosterone production. The more visceral fat that you have, the more you're going to aromatize. And the more you produce, which converts testosterone into estrogen. And on top of that, it lowers nitric oxide and blood flow, which means you're not going to have good erections, boys. pumps in the gym, and you're not going to have good nutrient delivery to your muscles. And lastly, it spikes chronic inflammation throughout your entire body, which lowers your energy, your libido, and you're going to be really foggy in your head. Brain fog. And this is why these traditional methods like calorie deficits, keto, or fasting do not work with visceral fat. You need a protocol that reverses insulin resistance. It repairs your mitochondria, restores hormones, and it crushes inflammation at the same damn time. So reatride understand is a triple agonist. It activates GLP-1 gip and glucagon receptors. That's the secret right there making it significantly more powerful than ompic monjaro any of those things for visceral fat loss. The interesting part about reetta is basically it doesn't just suppress your appetite and make you make dieting easier. It actually directly activates AMK which is the basically your master switch for your metabolic health. It forces your cells to burn fat instead of storing it and reverses insulin resistance in your liver. When your liver is very insulin resistant, well, your entire metabolic systems broken and reaes this and shifts your metabolism from being very dependent on glucose to fat oxidation. So basically, your body prefers to pull energy from visceral fat versus storing it, especially around your liver and your organs. Now in my recent experiment I used about 2 to four milligrams of reachide per week starting at 1 milligram and I titrated over 6 to 12 weeks. Now a typical cycle length that I run is anywhere between 16 to 20 to 24 weeks to see a maximum visceral reduction in fat and it was big. It only hits one receptor. But reatrite alone doesn't fix your mitochondria dysfunction which is really important for longevity and anti-aging and having elite energy during aggressive fat loss phases. But this is where the next peptide comes in. Matsi. Now this is a mitochondriad driven peptide. Basically it's one of the most underrated compounds for fat loss. If rea fixes insulin resistance, Matsi fixes your energy production at the cellular level which is the deepest layer. Now first it activates something called glute 4. This is basically the transporters in your muscle cells, which basically means your glucose gets pulled into the muscle instead of being stored as body fat, which is crazy. And second, it enhances fat oxidation pathways inside your cells, basically turning them into like high performing fat burning engines. And lastly, it lowers inflammation inside your mitochondria, which are cells, protecting them from, you know, further damage and allowing them to just stay functioning properly during all these phases. And oh yeah, there's one more benefit. It also boosts your endurance and training output which is unheard of. So you're going to notice that you're going to train harder.

You're going to recover faster even though the sessions are harder and you're going to burn more calories during those sessions. And this is the best part. It raises the natural pathways of PK. Now this basically means it works synergistically with reatride. They amplify each other. This is why I won't use Matsi without reat. Now in my experiment I've used Matsi multiple ways. I use typically anywhere between 5 to 10 milligrams of Mats Ci every week. I've done three times a week. I've done five times a week. Now, typically I like to run this coincide with parallel to my reatride. So, I'm going to run it the same amount of time, 16, 20, 24 weeks to restore the mitochondria function. Now, most men with stubborn belly fat always struggle with fatigue. They're always going to struggle with sugar cravings and the ability to lose fat while they're dieting really hard. Now, Matsi fixes this because it makes your metabolism behave like it did when you were a teenager, a 20-year-old. And when you stack Matsi and rea together, you're addressing multiple things. Insulin resistance, mitochondria dysfunction, and inflammation. But now, we need to address hormone suppression, which is what most men typically ignore because they don't know. And that's where the growth hormone stack comes into play. CJC 1295 and melon, they're basically GH secreted. And you're going to stack these together because growth hormone is one of the most powerful fat burning hormones that your body has and it specifically is going to target the visceral fat. Now, you could of course inject synthetic growth hormone to get those benefits. Like I use synthetic growth hormone now, but the thing is synthetic growth hormone shuts down your natural production, which it doesn't matter to me at this point, but for you it should. This is where the GH secrets come in. These peptides stimulate your pituitary gland to release natural growth hormone levels. It pulses it, right? Okay, you're not turning it off. So, you're not going to suppress your natural GH production. CJC extends the halflife of your natural growth hormone pulses. So, basically, it elevates it for longer periods of time and it sustains that. So, now you can burn more fat. Hypermelon stimulates GH basically without spiking cortisol and prolactin. And it's very, very safe to use. You're not going to get huge hunger spikes or any water retention, which is very common with high growth hormone. But when you stack these two together, this is what's going to happen. You're going to amplify your nighttime growth hormone pulses. So, you're literally burning more fat when you're sleeping and recovering. And you're raising IGF-1 naturally. This is going to preserve muscle, more muscle mass. You're going to stay leaner. And I've ran it for 30, 40 weeks at a time. And I really loved using Hypermelon parallel to this with the same type of doses. I would split the doses up between morning and night. This combination addresses hormone suppression by restoring your growth hormone axis and you're going to preserve more muscle and your recovery is going to get better. This is sustainable long term. But this is where it really becomes a lot of fun now because there's one peptide that takes all of this stuff to another level and that's tessarellin. Now tesarellin is the only peptide that's actually been approved by the FDA for actually reducing visceral fat which is wild to think about cuz the FDA doesn't approve anything. This is the only compound with this specific type of indication and research that backs it up. And studies show that it reduces visceral atapost tissue by up to 15% in 26 weeks. And this is targeting all that dangerous fat around your organs, not just the subq body fat. Now, when you add teslan to the CJC and melon stack, you're creating a triple threat because basically CJC extends growth hormone pulses like I told you. Hypermelon amplifies them and tessellin targets the visceral fat. Now, my experiments, don't copy these. I've used Tesmearellin up to 2 milligrams a day, four to five to six times a week, never every day with these peptides. And I'm going to use this peptide for 16 to 30 to 40 weeks. And I'm going to use it alongside with CJC and Hypermelon for most of those weeks. I typically throw it in after I get started with CJC Hypermelon at like week four or week eight because basically I want to maximize my visceral fat reduction while optimizing my GH. But I like those other peptides to get started first. Now as the final puzzle piece that addresses the hormonal suppression while specifically destroying the most dangerous fat in your body. Now let me clarify how you actually run this stack properly because this is where most people are going to [ __ ] it up. You don't just start injecting all five peptides on day one. That's a recipe for a disaster and you're just throwing money away. This is how you approach it properly. You're going to start with reatride at 1 millig one time a week for at least 4 to 6 weeks to start reversing insulin resistance. And again, don't stick to that exactly. You may need to do it for 8 to 10 weeks. That's going to

turn your metabolism into fat burning mode. Now, once you adapted to that and you tolerating it well, you're going to layer in Mat C typically anywhere between week 6 to 10. Now, you're going to start fixing your mitochondria. Then that's where you start to add CJC1295 and IPL together around week 10 to 12, even 16. You're going to start amplifying the fat burning and preserving muscle. Now test melon, like I told you, I'm going to start anywhere between week 16 to 20 to 24 because you need to make sure your GH access is primed and you're ready specifically target that visceral fat. Now, you're going to run the full stack together for anywhere up to 20 to 30 weeks. Now coming off these peptides is just as important. You don't stop everything cold turkey. Horrible idea. You want to taper down the retoide over four to 5 weeks. Remember the halflife is very long. It's up to 7 days. But you want to keep the GH stack running through your taper down to preserve the muscle you just built. And then you can focus on cycling off the GH peptides properly to let your natural production recover. Now the reality is this peptide stack is very powerful. But if you're not dialing in your lifestyle factors that support this, you're leaving a lot of results on the table. So, let me show you the exact lifestyle protocol that makes this stack work. If you're running this stack while sleeping only 5 hours every day and you're eating a bunch of shitty foods, you're wasting your money and your time. Here's a simple protocol I want you guys to stick while you're stacking this protocol. First, make sure you're sleeping at least 6 to 8 hours every night. I don't care what your excuses are. It's not going to work if you don't do this. Growth hormone is being released while you sleep. So, if you're not sleeping, you're not benefiting from the growth hormone stack. Period. Plus, poor sleep is going to spike cortisol, which makes you store more visceral fat. So simple. Second, you need to get 10 to 15, even 20 minutes of sunlight the first hour of waking up. This is non-negotiable, too. This is going to basically reset your circadian rhythm, which controls your entire metabolic system. The better your circadian rhythm is working, the better your insulin sensitivity is, the better your hormone production is, and the more fat you're going to lose. Third, you have to make sure you're weight training at least three times a week, the bare minimum. Three to five is the sweet spot. Now, muscle is very metabolically powerful because the more muscle you have, the more glucose and body fat your body is going to burn sitting there doing nothing. Fourth, you got to walk at least 8 to 10 to 12,000 steps per day. Again, non-negotiable. Walking is the easiest way to burn fat, improve your insulin sensitivity, and it's not going to interfere with your nervous system, and reduce your recovery time like all the intense cardio does. Fifth, make sure you're using some type of therapy between cold exposure, heat exposure. Find one that you can do consistently at least four to six times a week, no more than one time a day, because heat and cold exposures basically force your mitochondria to adapt and become more resilient, which directly improves your fat oxidation and improves your metabolic health. Six, very important, zone 2 cardio three times a week, the bare minimum. And I want you guys doing this at 60 to even 70% of your max heart rate. It's very easy to calculate this. Just Google it. This is going to train your body slowly to burn fat for fuel instead of relying on glucose. Seventh, make sure you're getting at least one gram of protein per lean body mass. LBM, not total body weight. This is going to preserve muscle while you're in a deficit. It's going to keep you satiated. your glucose balanced. Because if you're not hitting this number, you're going to feel really shitty and lethargic and tired and become skinny fat. Eighth, get rid of the sugar. Processed sugar. Fruits are okay. Low glycemic index like berries, bananas are fine. And making sure your micronutrient intake is high. So vegetables and fruits really important. And you need as many whole foods as possible. Vegetables as possible, quality proteins, and healthy fats. The processed foods got to go because they spike insulin. They cause inflammation problems and destroy your gut, which defeats the entire purpose of this peptide stack. All right, so now you guys have all the information.
