Notebook LM just got a huge update and most people are using it completely wrong. They update and upload one PDF, ask it one question and think that's it.
Transforming Notebook LM into a Research Assistant
Meanwhile, there's a small group of people who figured out how to turn Notebookm into a 24/7 research assistant content machine and a way to generate customers without any tech skills, without spending hours learning how it works. And today I'm going to show you how to use Notebook LM better than 99% of people. Even if you've never used it before, even if you're not techy, even if you tried it once and just gave up, here's what we're covering. So, you're going to learn the exact framework I use to turn into a second brain that never forgets anything. You'll learn how to create audio content that sounds to experts talking about your business. You'll discover the source stack that 10xes your research in minutes, plus a full 30-day plan so you know exactly what to do each day. We'll talk about some demos where we build some real stuff together right now. Plus, I'm going to test some of the brand new features. So, we'll see together if they actually work or if they're just hyped. And if you've never used this before, you can go to Notebook LM Google. Now, the framework that we're actually going to use today is the one that I use to get more out of Notebook LM than most people ever will. I call it the source
stack system. Why? Because most people throw random stuff into Notebook LM and just hope for the best. That's like going to the gym and just wandering around touching machines. You need a system. Here's how the source stack
system works. All right. So, the first step is you're going to do the foundation stack. This way, you upload the core stuff that never changes. Your recipes, your brand guidelines, your offer descriptions, your custom avatars. Think of it like your business DNA. You upload it once and then remembers it forever. So, every time you ask it a question, answers based on your business, not generic fluff. Let me show
you an example. So, if we go over to over here, you can start using this tool for free by the way. And if you go inside here, you can see that, for example, I've uploaded my sales over here. I've actually uploaded the AI profit boardroom community feed over here. And now this is loaded with firsthand data from my actual community so that I can create better content in the future. Right? So for example here you can see that it's taken all the information about my community. And then what we can also do if we go back here is we can see that we've also got the community feed right and the actual offer of the community. And now what we can say inside here is okay generate 30 YouTube video ideas based on what my community wants to see. Right? And this notebook is basically customuilt to remember everything about my business and then ask any questions and that sort of thing. LM AI solutions says, "So excited to be catching you live and with notebook shout out from Northwest Oregon coast, USA. Great to see you here. Who do we have watching today? Let me know what countries you watching from as we go along here. I'm always interested to know. " And you can see now it is generating for example some really cool ideas for videos, right? So, for example, how to build a YouTube clone channel, creating cartoon avatars with AI, right? Bulk video generation, the best AI video tools for beginners, and then you got stuff like here's some stuff we could talk about for NA10. And basically, it's automated all of the video ideas I could create for the next 30 days just by taking the community feed. And literally how this works is like you can just go into whatever data you have. That could be, for example, could be a community. It could be information about your business. You can even load in your website or your latest YouTube videos. And if you don't have any sources to upload, let's say you're just starting from scratch, no problem. What you can actually do is go over here and you can select between fast research and deep research and then pull in your own sources. So, for example, if my biggest constraint in the business was sales, I would type in like how to run a sales team here and then it would give the exact ideas right here. Okay. Who else we got? We got Sean who's from Halifax over Skotia, Canada. Love the videos. Thank you very much, sir. And S says, "What AI tools, AI skills do I need to learn for the job role of AI product manager? " Awesome. Notebooking is one of the most powerful tools you can ever use for your business. And if you're an AI product manager, it's going to be incredibly powerful for you, too. And the reason why is not only can you plug in all your own sources and create your own custom automation, but also what you can do is you can actually ask this questions on for example, and I'll run you through some examples later today, but you could ask it questions about your business. on content. You could ask it, okay, what are my customers struggling with and then how can I make that better? And then over here, you can generate videos, mind maps, you can generate reports, flashcards, blog posts, slide decks, quizzes, infographics, data tools, right? Data tables. very powerful if you're working with data because that will actually spot differences in the data that you may not understand. Okay, LM AI says thanks for the shout out Julian happy to help. And then science says what about learning MCP? Honestly, I don't think you need to learn MCP. It's not a big thing. Most people talk about it and if you have a look at most tools now, for example, like Miniax, all these other tools that they're already automatically attached to MCP service, right? So, for example, if you look at notebook, like that runs within Google's ecosystem so that you don't need to worry about MCPS. And the reason for that is Google doesn't want you to have to be technically gifted to use these sort of tools. They just want to make it like really easy and simple to use, right? And so you can see all these different reports that were generated on the right hand side. So for example, we've got these flash cards. We can ask all of these different questions right here. Also have like video views. These are all generated in the background whilst I'm talking to you. All right. And then LM AI says on point and now pair it with Pome AI. Yeah, that's it. You can pair it with Pomelli. Google Opal, etc. It's really amazing. I'm I started paying more attention to notebook from your channel. Uploaded an entire library from a channel I follow and done an audit for them. Just pick them. Hey, there we go. Look at that for a win. Shout out to you, sir, for taking action. That is amazing. Congrats. Super impressive. And then S says, "My most important doubt what automation tool I should learn like N10 Google. I would just learn the basics, the fundamentals, right? Notebook is an amazing tool to learn, but really you don't need to learn like N10 and stuff like I don't know many business owners who actually use entertain in their business dayto-day. Google Opal is amazing. chat sheet obviously you want to learn but you don't need to learn the agent builder right yeah you can just start using tools like this and then the best way to learn this is like I figure out okay what do you need to automate dayto-day in your tasks and then how can you automate that with AI best way to learn but I'll give you a 30-day action plan from today level two is the research
stack so this is where you upload stuff you're learning could be competitor analysis industry reports YouTube videos from experts right podcast transcripts blog posts you stack your research sources and notebook alm connects the dots for you it finds patterns you never see and then the final step is the project stack and the output stack.
Right? The project stack is where it gets fun. So you can create a notebook for each project. You can launch a new offer. You can create a new notebook, create a content series with a new notebook, build an automation with notebook LM, etc. Right? The final output is the output stack, right? And this is where notebook LM creates stuff for you. Audio views, study guides, FAQs, and it's all loaded with the projects you've built, the research you've stacked in, the foundations that you've put into the process, right? And we've done that today. So, for example, here if you go into notebook, you can see that we've actually plugged in the sales recipe. And this is something I use to train my team, right? But it's super long, complicated. Sales people, they don't really like admin, and I don't blame them, right? But how do we make it easy for them to learn? What we can do is just create like a quick presentation that shows them exactly how it works, right? So, if we click on this, for example, we can actually have a look at this example of a much more interesting slide deck that they can just quickly scan through and go, okay, here's a sales manifesto from Julian. For example, here are all my core values for the business. You can see, for example, here's what we sell and what we don't sell. Here's what you can set up, right? So, for example, how to avoid no shows. Here's how to be prepared. Here's how to test the tools. Make sure you dress a bar, right? Footballs. Don't be you wouldn't trust a surgeon in pajamas, let's say. So, you get the point. You can create all these different systems to really train your team and to save time training as well. S says, "I'm watching you from India. " Good to see you here. And Anesto, good to see you. Anesto, you regularly join the streams. I appreciate you. Streaming daily so consistently that even the calendar is impressed. Appreciate it. And LMAI says, "Free Google AI tools are the way to go. You I would you don't need to really pay for subscriptions anymore, right? You can just do the bare basics with stuff like notebook, Gemini, etc. Right. Adnan says, "Hi, good to see you from Ireland. I need help. Feel free to post any questions you have and yeah, you can go through this. Right? So, if we go back to notes here, I'm going to run you through our 30-day notebook LM mastery plan. Right? And this is basically how what to do each day to become a notebook LM pro. And you just follow the plan, right? So, for example, day one, you're going to create your first business notebook. All you do is just name it your business and you call it foundation like we've done today, right? So, how would you do that? You just go to notebook like you see right here. Create a new notebook. Then, you are going to rename it, right? So it stays organized. So we're just going to put Goldie Agency foundation over here. And then what we're going to do is upload three sources. Website, offer description, customer avatar. Okay. Boom. So what we're going to do here is I'm just going to go to add sources. I can plug in my website. So that is julianold. com. Nice. And if we just go inside here. All right. We'll hit we got to type in https. Okay. There we go. Insert that. So that's our website. What else do we need to insert? Our main offer description. No problem. All right. So, I'm just going to take the information from this section right here. We'll grab that and we'll plug it in to notebook. And you can actually just copy text in here, right? Copy and paste text as you can see. And then the final bit is your customer avatar document. Okay. What I'm actually going to do is just pull in some information. So, I'm going to say, okay, research on people who buy SEO, right? And I'll put that into the fast search. As you can see, it will actually research a bunch of websites where we can pull in information about my customer avatar and then use that, right? So, NMAI says, "I need the 30-day guide. " So, if you need the 30-day guide, go to the AI success lab link in the comments description. This connects you with 41,600 members as you can see inside the community. And if you go to this section right here, and then you're going to go to December, you can find all the video notes from today. So, you get all the resources, video notes, you get the full system, the framework that I've given you today, plus the 30-day plan. And not only that, I actually included over 100 prompts and how you can use this stuff to get results. So, I'm going to keep going through now and we're going to go through the rest of the 30-day plan. And LMI says, "I hope this on replay so I can slow it down a little bit. " Yeah, I get that a lot. So, if you want to watch back the replay, so you can just go to the live section here and then just watch it back like you see. Right. So, let's keep running through. So, what else do we want to do? We want to get the customer avatar document. Right. So, we actually got these information, the sources that were pulled in about customers view by SEO. We're going to import that into our sources here. And now we have all of the information right here. And some people were asking like how can you use the AI profit boardroom even if you don't have a setup already. So you can actually check out this course right here and inside this you can see how to use AI even if you don't have a current setup and that's got some case studies and that sort of thing. So from here now what we can say is based on these sources summarize my business in three sentences then list the top five problems my customers have and how I solve them. So we'll go back inside the chat here. We'll start plugging this in. And this is a creative way that we can really use Notebook LM to generate some good outputs that are actually going to get us results, right? And this is how real business owners are using this is how the top 1% use it because like you can mess around with notebook and you can create all these videos and stuff like that, but really you want to be like strategic with this stuff. You really want to break it down and figure out, okay, how can I use this stuff in a practical way? So you can see here it's pulled in all of the different ideas, customer solutions, problems as you can see. So here's the problem, here's the solution, right? And this is really powerful information, but we can just use this kind of research tool for understanding. Now, what you can also do is add your recipes. You can upload your top three. If you don't have it, I would recommend creating them, right? Hopefully, you do have a standing operating procedure for the biggest things inside your business. And you can grab all these if you want to see some examples of that. Actually, inside the annual members vault of the AR profit boardroom, you can see that you can see inside the annual members vault. As you can see right here, we actually show like all the top SPS I've created recently. So if you want to get that stuff, it's inside this section right here. Can it create faceless YouTube videos? It can indeed. So if we go back to notebook here, what you can do is you can create a faceless video over here. So we'll click that and that actually generate a video of you in the background. If we go back to the ones we were creating a second ago, right? And I'm just going to mute this, but it does have a video and a narration. So if we go to this section, we can see that we've got a video with playback and it's actually narrated by AI and it basically turns all the information from SAP into a faceless video. And so you can create YouTube faceless videos like that too as well. So next up, what you can also do now is you can actually go into the notebook that you just created, right? And I've given you prompts for every single day of the 30-day guide. And if we go into the Goldie Agency foundation document, we're going to plug this in and say based on my SAP, what's the most common bottleneck that would slow down my business. We'll plug that in and then boom, we can start automating finding all the problems inside our business or inside that we've uploaded. Okay, next up, what I'd recommend is you start uploading some competitor research, right? So you can find your top three competitors, copy the website yours and paste them in to notebook sources, right? And you actually then using this foundational stack, you can say, "Okay, compare my business to these competitors. What do they offer that I don't? What do I offer that they don't? And give me three ways to stand out. " And this is kind of like having a spy on your competitor's office, except that it's free, right? So, what you can do from here is you can go inside the ad sources section. You can plug in a website, right? So, for example, I could plug in like Goldie agency, right? And you would plug in your actual competitors, but obviously I don't want to do that on a live stream. But you can see here that we are pulling in some other websites and then we can just plug in that prompt and get a bunch of ideas of how we can improve this stuff. Okay, so we're going to keep going through now
and now we have this section. And so for day four, you're going to upload your top five pieces of content, blog post, transcripts, social posts that did well and just say analyze my content. What topics get the most engagement? What's my unique voice? What content should I create more of? Let me show you how this works. So, if we create a new notebook over here, and we'll plug in the title, which is going to be like content creator, and then we're going to add the sources. And what I'm actually going to do is just plug in sources from my YouTube channel. All right. If we take some of the latest videos from my YouTube channel, and you can plug in, this could be tweets, it could be blog posts, it could be Facebook Instagram stuff, whatever you want, however you create content. So, this works for any business. and I'll come on to some of the limiting beliefs that might be holding you back later in this video to help you work through any problems that you might have when you're thinking about using this tool. So, we've plugged in these three pieces of content as you can see. And from here, what we're going to do is we are now going to take this prompt, analyze my content. We'll plug that in. And now that's going to begin to analyze our content and give us exactly what we need. Right? So, it's like a content idea creator. Now once we've actually generated that what we can actually do is we can take that information and use it to generate a video overview but I'll come on to that in a second. All right. So we're waiting for that to load and in the meantime we can start looking at day five as well. So from here if we click audio overview in notebook and let it generate a podcast style discussion about your business. You can listen to it and I know it sounds weird hearing AI talk about your business, but it's really powerful because it's like having two experts analyze your stuff, right? And you can say focus on this discussion on how to get more customers for my business, make it actionable, right? So you can actually go to the edit section inside the audio view. You can choose between a deep dive, a brief, a critique, or a debate. You can change the output language. You can choose between short, default, and long. I would just stick with default. And then you can say focus this discussion on how to get more customers for my business. Make it actionable and hit generate. And now you can see it's given us some ideas on what topics give us the most engagement. Right? So for example, aentic workflows do tend to do pretty well on my YouTube channel. So now what we can do is we can actually grab these ideas like right. So for example like this one and then we can go inside the video overview and we can generate a video like this. Right? So we can say focus on that. Right? And the same for audio views as well. We can do the same for that. Right? Because if we know that's our best content what makes us unique. our audience likes, then why don't we just do more of that, right? That's one of the best things we can do. Nmai solution says, does it schedule and post to social media content? Yeah. So, like pretty much every platform that you use now, whether it's Instagram, whether it's Tik Tok, whether it's YouTube, whether it's Twitter, right? They all have built-in schedulers. These tools here don't really have social media posters or social media schedulers. And I think that's because most of these platforms already have it on. And then Daniel Darnell says, "Let's keep a chat. I like what you are doing and I want to learn. " Awesome. Yeah, I always like to learn too, so it's great to see you here. And then LMA says, "Love the critique, aka roast option. " Yeah, 100%. If you go back here, you can actually do the critique, and this will do an expert review of your sources, offering constructive feedback to help you improve your material. So, for example, if you're creating content and you want an analysis of how to improve it, you could actually just click on that and then hit generate. So, there's so many different ways, so many different use cases that Notebook LM actually unlocks. You could also create like customer FAQs, right? So, you can say create 20 FAQs. my customers would ask before buying from me. Include the answers based on the sources. So, for example, over here, if we go back and we go to the profit boardroom community feed notebook, we can plug that in, hit enter, and then we're good to go. All right. And you can see it's now generated the video and the audio based on what we asked it to do. We also created the presentation, right? And you can see an example of what the presentation looks like. It's pretty
beautiful to be honest. Like, honestly, could I create that presentation? No. It doesn't look as good as some of the presentations I've seen at conferences. created myself, right? Whereas using this process, you can easily just generate a beautiful presentation on whatever you want using the custom sources you've built in. And this is personalized to you. It's amazing. And bear in mind, like it creates the presentation, it designs it, it takes all the most important elements from your sources and it's custom trained on you and it's free, right? Crazy stuff. And then day
seven, review and organize. So look at everything you've built this week. Clean up your notebook, delete the sources that don't help, and add anything that you've missed. Right? And you can say again, based on everything in this notebook, what's the number one thing I should focus on to get more customers, for example, to grow my business, like I said. Right? So, here's something else that you can do. This is a really powerful tool for learning, right? So, for example, I know Darnell, you were saying before, you really want to learn with this stuff, right? I'm going to show you something next. That's awesome for that. LMI. Yeah. Okay. And assurance says, wow, so powerful. Thank you. And then pair it off with PM AI 100%. So what we can do now is we can take the
next step. So this is day eight and we can start creating a research notebook. Right? So what we would do here is we would just start whatever your constraint in the business is, whatever you're struggling with, right? You can actually start using the notebook to give you some ideas, right? So for example, if I'm like, okay, improving churn rates being my SEO agency, that's a big lever I could pull, right? Then I can switch between fast or deep research. Plug in the information, it will give me some sources in a minute that I can start using as sources for the notebook. You don't have to use all the sources that it recommends. If there's some that you're like, I'm not going to use this, then you just delete it. So, you can view all the sources that's pulled in here. If you don't like something, you can go off that. But you can see here, for example, it's pulled in all the relevant information from the web about keeping SEO clients longer, which is one of the things we want to improve on our business. So, we're going to click import. And then what we can do is we can just rename this research, right? So, I'm going to put research and then we'll put churn rates. So, that's going to start loading this up. And from here, we can pick one topic we want to master, right? And then you can, for example, summarize the key insights. You say, "Summarize the key insights from all these sources. What do the experts agree on? Where do they disagree? " And then here's the most important part. Give me the 30-day action plan to really fix this inside my SEO agency. And the more information you load in here, particularly about your business and your metrics, the better the outputs are going to be, right? It's inputs and outputs. So, if you give it better inputs, you will get better outputs as you go through this. So, really powerful tool as you can see. Then you can also add blog posts and articles. You can add PDFs and you just have you want to build in like a ton of sources, right? If you want a quick shortcut for doing that, just select deep research and that actually find you dozens of resources on the particular topic. All right. And LMI says, I like how it doesn't just offer Google resources 100%. Right? Can you imagine if it just gave you Google pages here like how bad the information would be? So yeah, it is good that it gives you all these different ideas, right? And here's what to do days 1 to 7 to improve this. Right? here's what to do days 8 to 14 and it basically gives you a full 30-day action plan for really improving this stuff in a way that you can actually use and you could be like I'm just going to focus on this for an hour then that the next thing for an hour and you can implement an action plan in maybe an hour day that
okay you could also for example create a study guide based on this so if you go to generate and then you go to for example flashcards and quizzes you can generate some study guides for this stuff you can also click on reports and then study guide over here and you can basically create like a quiz Right? Why would you want to quiz yourself? Because it's actually proven that if you test yourself, you're more likely to retain the information. So, that's a great way to really help yourself learn, right? And you can also generate an audio view to really learn from this as well. And the cool thing about this is if you generate those audio views using your research notebook on whatever you're trying to fix inside your business, then you can listen to the AI host discuss everything you learned, right? So, for example, if we go back to LMAI who was talking about how they need to learn for their new role as a AI manager inside a business, you could actually load all the sources here and you can say, "Okay, give me all the ideas from give me loads of sources. I'm learning AI. " And then you could create an audio view of that, listen to it once a day and you're good to go. LMA says business DNA from Pome plug it into. I would like to do that, but I'm in the UK and Pomelli is not available here, so I can't do that, but I wish I could. And then usually what I'll do is I'll just listen to these podcasts whilst I walk. So, I'll listen to podcasts, do my morning walks, do 10,000 steps, learn about AI, and then you get two things that this done at the same time. Compound movement. Nice. What you can actually do, though, and here's another little step. Most people don't know about this, is you can actually take the notebooks that you have and then actually plug them into Gemini, right? So, for example, over here, we can add a notebook and we can add the information about improving churn rates, right? And then we could, for example, like we could create a guided learning section here. So, I'm going to say, okay, I want to learn how to improve turn rates for my business and actually create a guided learning session as you can see right here. And so, we've plugged in our notebook into Gemini and then we're using that to learn everything that we need to know about this particular topic. Pretty nice. So, now it's given us a full learning guide as you can see right here. And it's given us like ideas on what we could start by learning. So, I'm going to say I want to learn how to measure and benchmark performance. So, if I hit enter, so that actually give me some ideas on how we can do this. If there is a will, there is a way. I know some ways, but I think it'll mess up the stream, so I'm not going to do that. But I'm actually I'm traveling back soon, so that's okay. And you can see here, it's now giving us some ideas on here's how you calculate your gem rates, right? Here's some agency benchmarks, right? Here's some ideas on how to identify the patterns, pattern recognition, etc. Here's how to master the exit interview for clients who leave. Right? It gives you all the information you need to really get results with this stuff. Michael says, "Thank you. Happy to help, sir. " And you can see how easy and powerful this stuff is, right? So, we've got a full 30-day plan as you can see right here. The final week would be automation and scale. So, for example
you could create a customer research notebook, add in your customer testimonials, reviews, support tickets, common questions, and then say, okay, based on all these sources, what are the top 10 objections customers have before buying? What language do they use to describe their problems? Other things we could do is we could build a sales script. We could create email sequences, right? You could, for example, take this information right here and then if we go back to the notebook with our community feed that really understands our customer avatar, we can say, okay, create a five email sequence for new leads. Each email should address one problem, share one insight, include one CTA, keep them short, right? And then what we can actually do is use that as a nurture sequence for new leads that come into the business. So you can see how it's beginning to do that now. And then you can see how that's going to generate a five-step email welcome sequence, right? So email one, here's the problem, right? email two, here's the next problem, right? And so it actually addresses each problem that most people struggle with. So for example, accountability and getting stuck. A lot of people think they need to be technical to use AI. Other people get stuck in this kind of shiny object syndrome, right? And so we have all these different emails that we've generated and we did it in one single click just by loading up the right sources. So it's a really powerful tool. You can use this for training your teams, videos, documents, etc. You could, for example, create a client on boarding system. Right? So if we go back to Gemini here and we wanted to load in the information from notebook to create like an on boarding system, right? Let me show you how this works. So what you would do over here is you would take the information on term rates and then you can type in the tools here and go to dynamic view and this will actually use this source of notebook to generate a mini app that we can automate as well. So if I say okay create a beautiful useful SEO on boarding tool for my SEO agency Goldie Agency that new clients can use to really understand us and our business. Use the attached notebook to understand how to get the best results possible by onboarding clients well to reduce churn rates. All right you see how everything just links together. That's what we want my friends. That's what we want. So we'll wait for that to load in the background. And what that's actually going to do is use dynamic views to generate a mini app as you can see. So it takes the information and it begins to build a mini app in the background. We'll actually come back to that in a second. We'll have a look at what it builds. All right, but that's basically it for the 30-day plan. We could also use like a weekly review template. So we could build that for our business. We could optimize our notebooks. So day 29, you've probably built a lot of notebooks. You can go through them all, clean them up, remove the old sources, add the new ones, and then begin to share and collaborate this stuff. So you can share your notebooks with your team. Share your best notebooks. Have them add sources. Build a shared business brain. Right? So if we wanted to share this one for example, all you would do is click on the share button over here and then we would go to notebook access. Anyone with a link and then copy the link and share it with them. Pretty nice. So once you implement that, I would recommend that you plug it into the win section inside the profit border. So if you go to the link in the comments description and then you go to the win section, you can actually post your wins like you can see everyone is doing right here. So for example, like Vladimir recently created a book and published it. You can see that for example, Vladimir also created a new Chrome extension. What else do we have here? We have Johan white labeling voice agents. We have Porsche sharing her yearly summary with chat GBT. Like just people getting results with this stuff. People building their own MCPs, people fixing problems with AI that they couldn't do before, etc. If you want some ideas of like prompts you can actually use for this stuff, I've actually included over 100 inside the notes from today, right? And what I also want to show you is some of the beliefs that are holding people back from using this stuff so that you can really master this stuff and you don't have to worry about, okay, is it for you or is it the right tool, etc. Cuz I've spent hundreds of hours at this point, if not thousands, testing AI. And I'm probably going to address what's probably going through your head right now. Okay, so
some people going to say, I'm not technical enough for this, right? I learned Mandarin, I learned Spanish, I learned Italian, I learned Thai, right? You know what's harder than learning notebook? Learning to count to 10 in Mandarin. Notebook is literally click a button, upload a file, ask a question, that's it. If you can attach a file to an email, you can use Notebook Lem. There's no code. There's no settings to configure. There's no technical knowledge required. And so, the right belief here, the empowering belief is that Notebook Lem is easier than most apps on your phone. You're already technical enough. You already know how to use this stuff. Ad9 says, "Hi, good to see you. " We've got another one. Some people say, "I don't have time to learn another tool like Notebook Lem. " But here's the thing about my time, right? I actually track every single minute of my day. the date, the task, what it's related to, how many minutes because I know where my time goes. And I know this learning notebook LM when I actually tracked it took about 30 minutes. And using Notebook LM actually saves hours every single week. Okay? So, it's like saying I don't have time to learn how to use a dishwasher. You're spending more time doing things manually than you would by learning the tool. Like for me, I wake up at 4:30 a. m. I sleep at 8:30 p. m. Every minute counts. And that's exactly why I use Notebook, right? It gives me time back. So learning notebook costs 30 minutes. not learning it cost you hours every week forever. So, it's your choice. Other people will say AI tools, they're all hype. They don't actually work. And that's a fair point. Like, a lot of AI tools are hype. And that's why I test them with you so you can see what works and I just prove if it works or not. And if it doesn't work, I just tell you, right, right here in real time. No fancy editing. There's no cherrypicked examples. We just did a bunch of raw testing. And the other thing is, right, Notebook is made by Google. It's free. And it's been updated consistently for months. So when I upload a source and ask a question, it gives me a real answer based on that source every time. So the right belief as you've seen today is like notebook works, but don't take my word for it. Like you've seen me use it live today. So if you go back to Gemini now, we've now got the clan on boarding tool. As you can see, looks pretty nice. So let's have a look here. It's actually taken a quote from me, which is pretty nice. We don't chase algorithms, we chase value. And then you can see here that it's actually giving us like a road map for on boarding people, right? Right. So, if we click on start on boarding, we've got the foundation and it breaks down. Okay, you're going to get the kickoff call, the exchange, technical order part of day 15 to 30. Here's what we're going to do day after month two, do, right? And it's created this beautiful example of here's how you can manage your expectations. And it created this really nice sort of breakdown. Here's how to get started as well. And then some examples of who's on the team and that sort of thing. These are made up people to be honest. Like you definitely want to be careful when you're plugging into Gemini, but you get the point. And then we could link to booking in a call with our account managers right here. Pretty nice, right? That's a beautiful mini app that we've just built using notebook and Gemini. Learning is never a waste of my time. 100% agree with you. Every time you learn, you stack up your skills, don't you? Compounds over time. Some people
say, "I already have chat GBT, mate. Why do I need this? " And chat GBT is amazing. Like I use it every day. But here's the difference. Chat GBT pretty much forgets everything after your conversation ends. Whereas notebook remembers. So you can upload your sources once, they stay there. you come back days later and you pick up where you left off. It's like the difference between telling a new assistant your business every day versus having an assistant who already knows everything. That's the difference. Plus, notebook sites sources. It tells you where it got the information. There's no real hallucinations, right? If you go to Notebookm over here and we test this out inside Nom, what is it actually quotes the sources that it's got the information from, right? So, any sort of data it's got from it will use inside the sources section here as you can see. So, the right belief is nobookm and chat GP do different things. But use both. Like why not? Some people said this might work for other businesses. Not mine. I run an SEO [clears throat] agency. I run the AI profit boarding community. We reach over 100 million people per year with our content. And I use notebook 11 to help me with a lot of it, right? SEO research, content creation, team training, customer research, client boarding. So if it works for coaches, it works for consultants, it works for course creators, it works for agencies, it works for freelancers. The tool doesn't really care what business you run. It just organizes your information and makes it useful. So, Notebook LM really works for any business that has information, which is every business, right? Every business has information and data and research. Bobby says, "Two completely different models, 100%. " By the way, if anyone else has questions as you go along, like just post them in the chat. I'm here to help. So, wrong belief. Some people say, "I'll try it later when I have more time. " And there's a saying I live by. If not now, when? You know, I've lived in Bali, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam. And you know what I learned? Later usually means never. Cuz every day you wait is another day you're doing things the hard way. The tool is free. It takes 5 minutes to start. There's literally no barrier except the one in your head. So the best time to start yesterday. The second best time is right now. Other people say there's too much to learn. I have shiny object syndrome. And I get it. Now before we get into that, Gregory has got a question which is does notebook LM remember sources across notebooks? It doesn't. That's a limitation. But Gemini actually fixed it because now what you can do is you can plug in multiple notebooks over here and then it will remember all the information. Right? So, if you go to Gemini, as you can see right here, you need to be I think on the pro plan to use this feature. But if you go to notebook here, and then you select the notebooks that you want to use like this, it will actually source information from all of these different notebooks. And that's how you can get around that, right? fix it. So, regarding shiny object syndrome, I get it like new AI tools drop every day. It feels like impossible to keep up. But that's why I tell people master one first and notebook as that tool because it makes every other tool better. If you can research a new tool in notebook, you store what you learn in notebook. it becomes your AI learning companion. Bear in mind when you come back to it, it will remember the chat history as well. It actually saves all the chat history inside here, which is pretty cool as well. And this way you just stop chasing every shiny new thing and go deep on one thing. So I train Muay Thai and it's kind of like that where you don't learn 100 techniques poorly. You master like maybe three, four, maximum like 10 techniques deeply and then that's how you win, right? So notebook limb helps you stop shiny object syndrome because it organizes everything that you learn. Now, some people say, "I need to pay for premium tools to get real results. " Notebook, you can actually use it for free, right? It does have upselles, but most people I know never hit the limit. So, Google was basically giving you a research system for free. A tool that would be expensive like a few years ago, and it's available to everyone right now. Some of the most powerful tools in the world for AI are free and you just need to know how to use them. So, that's basically it. But the old way was like research used to take hours. Now, you can automate it in minutes. The old way was creating painful content. Painful. It was really painful to create content. Now you can automate it. And I've shown you all the resources plus exactly how you can use this plus a 30-day road map. And you now know how to use notebook better than 99% of people. If you want the video notes from today, you can get that inside the AI success lab link in the comments in description. And this connects you with 41,600 people interested in AI. If you go to the classroom here, then you're going to go to December. You can see all the video notes from today, including the links to the most important resources, my video notes on how this works, my custom framework for using this stuff, the 30-day plan for mastering it, how to conquer all of the limiting beliefs, some example prompts that you can actually start using today, and also on top of that, what I've also done is given you 100 prompts that you can actually use to test this stuff. So, you can see here I've actually broken the prompts down by like research prompts, business analysis prompts, etc. And it's all inside here. All right, link in the comments description. Now, if you want
