If you want to do something about gum pockets in your mouth, you have to do gum massage. The only way to make gum pockets disappear and go away and regrow themselves. And a gum pocket, if you haven't had one, I hope you never have one. It's when the gum separates from your tooth and there's a space between the actual gum, which should be tight against the tooth. There's this little opening between the tooth surface and your gum and bacteria get in there and that is called gum disease. And gum disease is progressive because the pocket keeps getting bigger and bigger as they fill up and multiply and they push poisons into your body that can affect your whole body health. So gum disease is a horrible disease. It doesn't cause bleeding. It doesn't cause pain. It doesn't cause toothache. You may not even know you have it. If you have it, if you know you have it, your dentist will have measured the distance that the disease has gone down your tooth. And the problem is if you don't do something about it, it just keeps getting worse and worse. A dentist will recommend you go for cleanings. So, they clean out the pocket, but guess what? The minute you're paying the bill, your saliva, the liquids in your mouth, go straight back in there. Take more bacteria down in there. You never get rid of it. There is only one way I know to get rid of it and of course using my complete mouth care system is mouthwashes that help make the conditions uncomfortable for these anorobic these dingy dark bacteria. They like it down there. So my system brings in oxygen changes everything but at the same time if you want the healing to happen you have to stimulate little hairs to grow from the gum and attach to the tooth. That is why I don't recommend water flosses. What do I recommend? Gum massage. How does that work? Well, first of all, it stimulates lymph drainage. It stimulates circulation to bring nutrients. But most of all, it stimulates a wound healing response. How does that happen? It's just amazing. When you massage the area, you call you actually send a signal to cells that are inside the blood vessels. These are called stem cells, these cells, and they migrate. They actually push their way out of the blood vessel and come to where they're being called. And then they change into whatever kind of thing you need. If you need more gum tissue, lo and behold, they grow into gum tissue. If you need another blood vessel, they can curl up and become another blood vessel. They are unbelievable. And what makes stem cells multiply and grow? How healthily you eat, how well you exercise, how much you sleep, and how much gum massage you
