This is a message for everybody who does not know how on earth they could ever say goodbye to their sweet breakfast that they love, but who still want to feel better and have healthier, steadier glucose levels. Here's the tip, okay? Keep your sweet breakfast, but add one thing, please, to the beginning of your breakfast. Add one portion of something with protein. For example, one egg or one handful of nuts or one Greek yogurt. Okay, that'll be high in protein. And then after that, have the usual savory breakfast you always have, like your oats with honey or your toast and jam. I don't care. As long as you have it as breakfast dessert, you're going to be helping your glucose levels so much and over time, your cravings for sugar are going to slowly start to decrease. So, there you have it. That's the hack, the breakfast dessert. If you cannot say goodbye to your soup breakfast
