able to help you with your needs specifically so once you finish the survey then you're connected to a therapist in your state and pretty much can move forward from there you'll be able to choose within three different subscription plans um that just can fit whatever is best for you one of my favorite things about calmery is just the Speedy process of it all once you finish your questionnaire you know a staff member immediately matches you with a therapist that really specifically is best for you know your location your schedule what exactly your mental health symptoms are and how they can help you move forward this process took me about a day and then I was matched with a licensed therapist so I was in good hands from there calm reacts more as an email thread compared to a live texting app which is better for me I don't love the constant back and forth when I need my therapist I can reach out to them and they can get back to me they message you five days a week so it's very accessible and makes me feel the best call Marie gives you access to a mood tracker and a journal they also have videos that provide tools to help with managing mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety I do recommend the service for people who are dealing with depression and anxiety it's definitely what my therapist expertise was and for sure with this service is tailored to call Marie bills monthly and you can expect to pay about 228 to 360 each time for a video session per week and unlimited messaging call Marie does provide discount codes for new users to try online counseling at a lower cost which I think is great as well as they work with businesses with special programs to give their employees some support which I think is amazing unfortunately calmery does not you know give financial support at this time but like I said if you know your finances take a hit or you just decide it's not the best thing for you can cancel it at any time there are three subscription choices offered from calmary messaging plans starting at 198 for the first month then 228 monthly this plan includes unlimited messaging with a licensed counselor personalized therapy plan and access to reflection tools then there's Messaging Plus One live video session plan starting at 2 47 for the first month then 298 monthly this plan includes everything in the messaging plan plus one live 30 minute video session with a licensed therapist then messaging plus four live video sessions plan starting at 293 for the first month then 360 monthly this plan includes everything in the messaging plan plus four live video sessions with a licensed therapist palmeri's monthly subscription plan offers unlimited messaging and each one of the you know video sessions is about 30 minutes honestly I think my calmary experience went pretty smooth um I really enjoyed my therapist we had an amazing conversation and I think for an intro call she very much so is there for me and took the time to get to know me there wasn't anything crazy special or like wow moment but I would suggest for people to try call Marie I think it's really amazing like I said before if you deal with anxiety or depression um and I just think overall it's a really good resource for online therapy Commerce is a great Baseline service if you want a therapist to talk with for depression anxiety trauma Eating Disorders grief you know all of these things they provide I would not recommend this service for anyone who's looking for an official diagnosis but if you are interested in other therapy providers that I
