My name is Lola Conway and I'm the director of culture for Hattie Bee's Hot Chicken in Nashville, Tennessee. We're not in the hot chicken business. We're in the people business and so we need to find the right people. Right now we have 14 locations, about 433 employees in five states. Our storefront managers, our hiring managers, they're really busy. They're sometimes tending to a,000 people a day. Last year we had 27,000 applications. There's a finite amount of time in every day, especially in our store manager lives. It's really important to take that load off of them. The ease of text to apply and the automatic scheduling, it just has saved hours. Being able to text, have a conversation, set up a schedule, it's just invaluable. It's such a timesaver and it's so convenient and there's just so much information at the disposal during the onboarding or hiring or their first 90 days. they can continue to text Hattie and get all the information that they need. We are using Tradeify. It helps us narrow the field on the amount of candidates that we're going to automatically schedule. A manager doesn't even have to reach out. He knows that when he walks into the shift today, he's going to have two interviews of folks that have already scored well. All of our employees are the leaders. We support them. We work for them. And I think that's an important mindset to have. What can we do for you? It's that hospitality. We care about people and we have to take care of our employees first and they'll guests.
