Hi there. Uh my name is Thomas Shrader. I am uh managing director at Accenture and I'm responsible for the global workday finance practice. Accenture is uh the largest workday partner uh in the ecosystem and uh we really focus on helping organizations really navigate uh the overall workday journey. — So I'm Chris Dag and I am a senior director of finance transformation at Salesforce. Salesforce is an AI customer relationship management solutions provider. So really what we do is provide a connected series of applications and AI agents that help companies connect with their customers and really drive customer success. Before we implemented Workday Financials, I think we were in a situation where we had an ERP solution that was a really old onremise solution. It really wasn't scaling with us as a business. So Workday was chosen as our platform for a couple of different reasons. It's a very intuitive UI for our end users. We also had been a customer of workday htm for some time. Pulling in the financials data together under that single platform with our HR data is really powerful for us because it eliminates a number of manual reconciliations and will really help us drive automation. Salesforce really felt that this was an essential transformation for us because we had a strategic shift to place a lot more focus on operational efficiency as an organization. Accenture has been our implementation partner as we've navigated this transformation guiding us on best practices and how best to look at leveraging workday data the platform helping us drive through the configurations do all the design help us navigate testing and really were partners with us throughout all this to get us to go live. The concept of partnership goes beyond just executing an implementation. It goes to really guiding discussions, key decisions, and really making sure um you know that the organization is reminded of what they set off from a long-term objective perspective. — It was really clear that Accenture was treating this not just as a tick the box exercise, but they were really partners with us. The personal relationships they built with us throughout that implementation really made it easier to navigate those tough moments because we just had that personal trust. Having that strong partnership with Accenture was critical. There's always an importance of not just the brand connection but the people connection in any long uh journey and you're really able to really kind of assemble your dream team based on that personal understanding of capability and competency. It's really allows you to really sit down and really problem solve together and find the best outcome. Right now there's a big importance placed on AI and it's really the the baseline understanding of the art of the possible. In the future, we're going to be in an environment where organizations look at a digital worker first strategy around things like process design. How do we think about it fundamentally different and truly reinvent those endto-end processes to get the most out of the actual capability of artificial intelligence? We're really looking at it as a way to supplement our teams and it's not a way to remove the people from the process. It's really about how do we make their lives easier so that they can more be more focused on high value tasks. really great to see some more details around the AI agents that workday is implementing for workday financials. It really helps us set the groundwork for further advances in AI because really being able to pull data together from those two different systems and blend those together is going to be really important. Having Salesforce, Workday and Accenture, it has really helped us deliver a really highquality solution for our team. We've migrated to a much more automated, much more modern platform. If we look at the partnership of these organizations with Salesforce and workday together with Accenture, I'm really excited about the directions of the product moving forward.
