The most important thing for us is that AI is the future, and unless you have a good single standard data foundation on top of which to build AI, it's not going to succeed. IBM is not just a leading technology partner. We are also a leading consulting partner, and together we really serve as a transformation partner to our clients. The business challenges relate to the goals that we set. The first was that we had a large legacy portfolio that we needed to address. The second is those legacy assets supported geographic based processes that we wanted to standardize onto global processes. We wanna standardize on a single global quote to cash and finance process. And the third is we wanted to use the latest and greatest technology, and that represents SAP Cloud ERP Private. And by running SAP Cloud, ERP Private on IBM Cloud via IBM Power Virtual Server, and implementing that with what we believe is the industry leading implementation partner for SAP Cloud ERP Private, which is IBM consulting. We found that entire vision and journey to be a win-win for both of our companies. We were able to move from ECC to SAP Cloud ERP Private, which was a big bang deployment over 175 countries and over 150,000 users, and it took just 18 months. We had several key benefits as a part of our go live. The first, operationally, we were able to reduce our operational costs to support this function by 30%. The second benefit was operational efficiency. We were able to improve our cycle time on invoicing by over 80%. We reduced our AR payment matching cycle time by over 70% - leveraging AI. We were able to improve our contract registration cycle time by over 40% - leveraging automation. All of which led us to a leaner, meaner, more efficient system to run a global order to cash and finance processes. IBM is one of the largest Business Suite customers of SAP. BTP is going to be a strategic platform for us. There are two key use cases: The first is to improve our clean core journey. The second is integrations. We used our transition to SAP Cloud ERP Private to jumpstart our clean core journey. We were able to reduce our custom code by 25%. This is just the start of our transformation journey with SAP. We're not done.
