you guys should never settle for a girl who doesn't meet your standards starting with number one now lying is one of the worst traits that a girl can have and if she lies about stupid little things he almost guaranteed that she'll have no problem telling you that Bob is just a friend when we all know that Bob's not really just a friend now single males prefer to distance themselves from girls who lie all the time because there's really no benefit in lying and dishonesty should never be tolerated by a man with high standards and a man who respects himself now oftentimes the truth can hurt but lying can hurt a lot worse and if you frequently find a girl lying to you especially when it's about stupid little things that don't even matter this is always going to be a huge red flag and all Sigma males and Men Who value themselves put great importance on honesty and trust because without honesty trust or loyalty there's no friendships no girl and no business deal that it's going to be worth it in fact you could argue that trust is the most important thing in any relationship because if I don't trust that you'll have my back when things get a little bit dicey to be honest there's really no value in knowing you number two drama Kardashians is a show that has been on television for 20 Seasons guys think about that one of the longest running American TV shows of all time is The Simpsons and it has been on for something like 34 Seasons now all the top 20 TV shows in America alone are the ones that have been on TV the longest amount of time are all shows that women would watch and so they're all filled with drama so it's obvious that girls love drama and even guys enjoy a little bit of drama here and there but if you start to notice that everything that a girl touches turns into drama in her real life this is a huge red flag because there is a huge difference between a girl who likes to watch drama on television and one who likes to actually create it in her own life you see drama is kind of like Kryptonite for the Lone Wolf or for the sigma Mill and the last thing that he wants is to be involved with a girl who can't stop causing drama just like there are compulsive liars out there are also a lot of girls who when deprived of drama in their own lives will always seek to create it but Sigma males understand this red flag and they can intuitively tell when a girl is looking for excessive drama and just like all of you they always try to steer clear of this type of woman number three some of the best memories that I have actually involved some of the craziest parties as I'm sure many of you guys watching will feel the same but if there's one red flag that sigmas and all other guys should never tolerate it is excessive partying pretty much every single girl that has ever been on the fresh and fit podcast fits perfectly into this category and I really don't know where they managed to find all these grills but excessive partying is such a huge red flag you see girls who are always at the club or always at the bar and always partying are most likely getting with a lot of guys so even if you're just seeing these girls casually you're really taking on a lot of hidden risk and as Robert Kiyosaki always says you always want to invest in assets not liabilities so take his advice and avoid girls who are always hitting up parties and staying out with their friends until two or three in the morning in Vegas number four the fourth red flag that you should always be on the lookout for is a girl who has an excessive number of male friends and when I say excessive I mean at least one but seriously though a girl who has many male friends is almost never a normal thing and usually what's happening is she's using most of these male friends for attention or for a long list of other things the thing that you have to understand is that guys rarely ever view girls from the perspective of let's just be friends in fact 99 of the time when there is a guy involved with a girl you already know he's just sitting there scheming and he's just waiting for his big moment and the same is pretty much true for women as well and it's really difficult for both males and females to be just friends with somebody because at some point one of the parties involved always ends up starting to feel something or catching feelings and then that's when things can get ugly a lot of guys out there honestly would prefer a girl that has no male friends because a lot of guys just think that it's kind of weird but the girl has several male friends that she talks to and she meets up with or engages with those men on a regular basis this most definitely is a red flag number five now as a self-respecting sigma male you guys really have to understand the psychology of women because life is really just one giant game of chess now one of the coolest things about psychology is that you can tell a lot about people especially girls simply by observing certain things about them such as what celebrities they follow for girls always interested in celebrities like Taylor Swift for example I would pack my bags and I would run away as fast as possible you see girls who are interested in promiscuous celebrities are likely into these celebrities because they unconsciously resonate with that person or the way that person lives their life and so girls who are super into celebrities that are always involved in tons of drama most likely enjoy getting themselves in the drama which is why they like those celebrities so much so always pay attention to the types of public figures or the types of celebrities that a girl looks up to because you can really tell a lot about a person just by the type of people or celebrities that they look up to number

six another common red flag to watch out for and any woman is the amount of time that she spends on social media but more importantly what she's actually doing on social media you see most girls these days and people in general are utterly obsessed with social media apps such as Tick Tock but there's a huge difference between girls who just like to passively watch Tick Tock and girls who want to star in them some girls out there rather than choosing to watch will seek attention through social media like Tick Tock and while this isn't a major red flag it is definitely something to be aware of because if a girl is the type of person who seeks attention from social media this could potentially lead to her doing things to you or doing harmful things that involve you for the sole purpose of seeking attention or seeking drama on social media now if you were to fly a girl out to Greece and she's more worried about taking selfies to post on Instagram than she is about spending time with you that's obviously a big red flag number seven something that no Sigma male should ever tolerate and something that you guys should always be watching for as especially if you were with a girl is how she acts around other guys what do you guys have to understand about girls is that most of the time they behave in very subtle ways and so what this means is that a girl could easily be flirting with other guys while making it look like she's not and ironically when a man has a girlfriend and flirts with many guys he is typically seen by his girlfriend as more desirable but if it's your girlfriend and she is out there flirting often with other guys never call her out directly because she will just deny it and it's far better to just simply be aware of it and to make sure that you are staying 10 steps ahead now these are seven red flags and women that both Sigma males and just high value men in general should never tolerate from women and with that said as always until next time thanks for watching
