Top producers have such an ability to make something out of nothing. They turn negatives into positives and those standard positives they turn into home runs. They have such an ability to not just accept the status quo. They're always pushing the envelope looking for a little bit more, a little bit more. Top producers are the overachievers where the status quo was X, but here they are all the way at Z when X was the standard. They never accept just enough. And if you have that ability, that's a strong sign that you are a top producer. Now you just have to add the habits and make it consistent.
