There's no talent and telling somebody no. The talent is trying to find a yes in every single scenario. Rough credit. Everyone's told me no. Top producers are trying to find a way to get somebody to say yes. Upside down. Top producers are trying to find the right car, trying to work the right mix of down payment and monthly payment to turn this thing into a positive. It's always glasses half full. It's never glass half empty. And that's why top producers are able to seems like always have something going on because we don't give up on anything. We're trying to find a way on everything.
