Hey team, are you short on time? Let me show you how to build a 20minute workout. Check this out. All right team, let's start with the squat. Now, here I'm demonstrating the goblet squat. Perfect exercise for this. But if you do not have any weight, you can always throw on the body weight squat instead. Now, the push. Here I'm doing a dumbbell floor press. But if you need to do a bodyweight version, you can always go to a push-up instead. For the next one, team, we're going to pull. So, here I'm demonstrating the dumbbell bent over row. But the bodyweight version of this here would be a reverse fly without any weights. All right, team. Up next, we have the lunge. So, this one here, I'm demonstrating the dumbbell reverse lunge. But, as always, you can always switch to the bodyweight version instead if you don't have any weights available. All right, team. Next up, we're moving into stability. Now, here I'm demonstrating a dumbbell single leg deadlift, but stability can also include things such as planks. So, if you want to work your core, you can do that instead. If you want a bodyweight version here, you can also do an airplane hold. Your turn. Pick your moves and create your own combo.
