Google AI Studio + Flash: Build & Automate ANYTHING (FREE!)

We have a brand new update inside Google AI Studio which is Gemini 3 Flash preview. This is the latest API from Google and Google have just dropped a major update to AI Studio and we're testing it live right now to see what it can actually do. This is fresh like just released fresh and I'm going to show you exactly what's new, how it compares to what you've been using and why this matters for your business as a entrepreneur or a soloreter. going to do a split preview. So, I'm actually going to compare Gemini 3 Flash versus Gemini Pro Preview. All right, so we're going to switch this one to Gemini Pro Preview, and we've got Flash preview ready to go, and we can compare the outputs side by side. Now, what we're going to be doing today is covering live testing of Gemini 3 flashes speed and reasoning. Real world comparisons between the old AI Studio and this new update. How this changes automation workflows for solarreneurs, whether this replaces tools you're paying for right now, live demos, building actual business automations, and this is not like a hype session. We're just testing it together in real time because I don't know if it's actually better yet, but if it is, this could change how you automate your business. So, let's get into this. All right. And so what I'm

going to do is run some example prompts based on what we can build with this. So what I'm actually going to do here is create a nano banana powered app. As you can see, I'm going to say create a beautiful thumbnail image generator based on the topic I type in YouTube thumbnails. Make sure they're attention grabbing plus interesting and what else? Plus a landscape. All right. So we plug that into flash which is on the left hand side. And then we're using Gemini Pro which is more powerful but slower version on the right hand side. Right. So flash there's this is pro over here inside AI studio. So we'll wait for those to load and build out. And you can see we've attached Nano Banana. So it's using Google Nana Banana to generate the images. Tampion says Gemini 3 Flash is good on front end and faster than pro version. For sure it's faster. Yeah, I would agree. Like I think in the front end it looks a lot nicer. We'll see how this performs in a second. One of the

things I'd say here is there's a lot of people think I need multiple AI tools to cover all the bases. And the old story you've probably been told is use chat GP for writing or qual for coding or Gemini for research or complexity for search. And by the way, Flash has just created the output way faster than Gemini Pro Preview. Look at that. Boom. So, let's try this out. I'm going to type in here video equals a weekend trip to Japan or crazy weekend trip to Japan. We'll hit generate video like that. So you can see how much slower it is to generate the looks pretty similar to be fair like even the same colors on both sides. And this is look at this is interesting. All right. Very interesting. Right here you can see that Gemini Pro Preview actually has a bug right. So it couldn't generate the image. If we try and generate the image says failed to generate please try again. So actually broke when we tried to use it whereas Flash worked perfectly. We've got the thumbnail right there ready to go. So I'm going to click on auto fix there. But how interesting is that Flash, which is it's a free model that just came out and it's faster to code with, creates nice, but you can see how quick and easy that was to quickly generate the thumbnail. Whereas Pro Preview is still coding out something and it hasn't created anything that works yet, right? Crazy stuff. So, let's try another one. I'm going to try add a retro filter to it. Apply edit. See if that works. So, it's now editing the image as well. So, we can edit the thumbnail if we need to. But that blows my mind, right? But yeah, the problem isn't that you need multiple tools here, right? is that you don't have a system. Look at anyone successfully automating their business. They master one stack deeply instead of surface level knowledge across 10 tools. The real problem is like shiny object syndrome. Every time a new AI drops, you try it, get excited, then abandon it when the next one launches. And quite often I see entrepreneurs collecting tools instead of building systems. Right? The new belief that I would recommend for you is that you master one integrated stack that deeper than most people explore any single tool. And that's where the time savings actually happen. So you can master for example A as Gio and you'll just get awesome results as you can see right super simple and easy and look pro preview hasn't even created anything. So on the first test pro Preview has failed but let's see what we get back once this actually starts working. Another one is this is just another AI hype cycle and you've probably seen like new AI tool drops. It's going to change everything blah blah and then 3 weeks later everyone forgets about it and moves on to the next thing. So you're skeptical if this actually matters right but look at the pattern like GPT3 was hype before was real right? Gemini 1. 0 0 was hired, Gemini 2. 0 was real. Now Gemini 3 Flash just hit state-of-the-art Ben benchmarks whilst being free. And this isn't experimental anymore. This is like production ready AI being developed at scale by some of the biggest companies in the world. So the real problem is like you're waiting for the perfect AI tool instead of mastering the ones that already work. And by the time you're ready to start, you're 6 months behind people who began testing on day one. All right? So I would recommend especially if you're an early adopter that you test new tools immediately and build systems around them compound to compound their advantage over people who wait and see and that's how you can win. So you can see here for example like Gemini Pro there was a lot of hype when that came out but Flash has already beaten it and built something better right so it's really interesting to see how good this is now we finally got the results back but we have to select an API key right so super messy so I'm going to say flash actually won on that particular test

what I'm actually going to do over here is say I'll go to claude and say give me some prompts for quick mini apps I can build in Google AI Studio and that'll give me some ideas we'll wait for this to load And then we'll say build a sales objection handler that takes common objections and generates multiple response handles. All right. So we'll take that and we'll say for man your agency and we'll do the same inside here and we're going to build out the sales objection handling app using our studio. Now some people say I'll wait until the

tools mature but the thinking here is a lot of entrepreneurs they think I'll let other people test this stuff when it's more stable and proven then I'll learn it. But by the time these tools mature the people who learn them already have 12 months of an advantage over you. They've built systems, want clients, and establish themselves as experts. So, it's wrong because you're not playing it safe. You're just watching from the sidelines whilst your competitors build most around their businesses. So, the real problem is waiting for maturity is how you end up permanently behind. The winners in any new space are the ones who showed up early, made mistakes, and learned in public like I'm doing right now. So, being 6 months early is always going to be being 6 months late by years. And the time to start is when tools are imperfect, not when they're mainstream.
