Hello, I'm Finn Peacock, founder of Solar Quotes, and I'm here on the eve of the All Energy Conference. We're here with 200 Solar Quotes installers who've got their snouts firmly in the trough, and we're here to give some awards. And without further ado, I'd like to hand over to our master of ceremonies. Uh I'm very pleased to announce uh our first our inaugural customer choice award. Now, this award is based upon the reviews that your customers leave for you. Our winner for our 2025 customer choice award is ResNink. [cheering] — I don't think there's any real magic source people. It's really turning up for your customers and being there after installation is we live we work in an industry where unfortunately a lot of solar companies once the panels are on the roof and the checks in the bank, you'll never hear from them again. Whereas real service for customers is getting the results that you've promised. And that to me and to our company is a long-term partnership with that customer and being there year after year to help them optimize their lifestyle with solar with batteries and get the most out of that system of service for years to come. I think the reviews are the bonus for the team at the end of the day once everything is aligned and everyone's done their job. It's no one person one process that generates that outcome. you have to have delivered from the first point of contact all the way through installation then aftermarket service and only then at that point have you probably earned a good review from a customer um and it's being there for them afterwards is show up be there in person communicate is we're going into an AI world where people are sort of dehumanizing process and stepping away from that is as a company we're actually leaning into the opposite into that oldfashioned service and I find uh that's differentiating us more and more um in an industry that is really hands-on. — What are we going to do to see here in 2026? — I think we'll just keep doing more of what we're doing and up that game again. I think uh we're only just getting started as a company. We're coming into our 10th year of operation in the industry. Um but with solar and batteries and increasing system sizes, increasing solution for customers, um we're growing as a business, we're growing nationally, and we look forward to serving thousands and thousands more customers and being back here in 2026.
