Workday is an organization that helps customers manage their two more critical assets, their people AND THEIR MONEY. — WORKDAY'S CORE IS DATA, whether it is product telemetry where we determine how our products are performing or sales organization which analyzes data to determine what to sell, who to sell, what are our revenue channels. That's what Data Bricks has enabled for us. Governance and AI experimentation going hand in hand without compromising user experience. Non-technical users are benefiting tremendously from the work that we are doing. — Our marketing organization, accountable for running Workday conferences, we deployed the AI driven application that helped our marketing team to answer questions at accelerated rapid rate. They're marketers, non-technical users, but they clearly see an advantage. Six months ago we had zero teams, no team at all in the sandbox. And today every single line of business has at least one sandbox workspace, whether it is our universal data layer or our AI experimentation sandbox to our agentic applications that we have delivered. They are a combination of Data Bricks and Amazon Web Services working in conjunction with each other. — Solving problems which do not have a textbook answer, that gets me excited as an engineering leader. Moving forward, irrespective of the outcomes, that's what why I wake up every day.
