Is diversity delivering results in your organisation or are well-intentioned initiatives falling short? The challenge isn't commitment. It's knowing where the real barriers lie and how to dismantle them. I'm Kaisa Snellman, Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. With my colleagues, Jennifer Petriglieri and Felicia Henderson, we have designed this microcredential for anyone committed to building truly inclusive organisations. We see organisations invest significant resources, yet fail to move the needle. And that's why this programme is grounded in science, bringing you evidence-based solutions that actually shift outcomes. After this programme, you'll understand the systemic challenges that block talented people from underrepresented backgrounds: the biases, exclusionary norms, and structural barriers that persist even in organisations that value diversity. More importantly, you'll learn what works. How to design recruitment and evaluation processes that minimise bias, how to create genuine psychological safety and how to set meaningful KPIs and build mentorship, sponsorship, and allyship programmes that create lasting change. You will also practice these skills in a LiveCase simulation, applying your learning to realistic challenges in an immersive environment.
