I'm Felina. I work as an originator at Ursul. To be completely honest, I had no idea what an originator is doing. It was a bit of a black box to me. So now I know you're out in the market, you're speaking with stakeholders, trying to find opportunities, uh come up with bespoke solutions for your clients and your counterparties. Shape the deal, negotiate a lot, and then execute it hopefully. The most challenging part of my job is being in a complex and tough negotiation round where you know stakes are high. You have a really pressing timeline. You have internal as well as external stakeholders you need to manage. So it can be really challenging but at the same time super rewarding. I'm result driven but also very much a people person. So what keeps me going in the morning is a good strong coffee but also working amongst brilliant supportive people and having good energy in the team.
