### Segment 1 (00:00 - 05:00) []

Welcome to Finn Viz. In this tutorial, I will walk you through how to customize your Finnv settings so the platform looks, feels, and works exactly the way you want, customized to your preferences. Let's go to settings. In the top right corner, click on your username and then click on settings. Please remember, anytime you change a setting, you have to save changes at the bottom. Layout. Wide layout can be toggled on or off. It changes the vertical spacing a little bit. Portfolio size can be switched between default and compact and slightly changes the row spacing on your portfolio page. Homepage. The homepage is where many users start their day. If you want to see more signals like the top gainers, top losers, new highs, new lows, and unusual volume, select double signal table from the layout height. If you choose double signal table, it will take up more of your screen, but will now also include the world heat map right under the S& P 500 heat map. Let's go back to the settings to check other options. To avoid penny stocks showing up on your homepage, set a minimum price. I personally like $3, but $2, $5, or $10 are good choices, too. Here, you can also set minimum average volume. Day traders usually want enough trading volume and liquidity and to avoid thinly traded stocks. Setting a minimum average volume can help you avoid that problem. Don't forget to save changes. Now, let's talk about your charts. If we click charts, we can customize the colors and style of the candlesticks such as body, borders, or wick and the colors of the line charts. You can also choose colors for the background, grid lines, and even make the pre-market and aftermarket hours easy to distinguish by giving them different color backgrounds. Adjusting the colors might be especially useful for users that suffer from duteronopia, which is a common type of color blindness that makes colors like orange, green, and red hard to distinguish. You might want to switch the down candle from red to blue color. Let's also switch the background to a slightly different color and change the borders of our up candles to slightly darker. And finally, let's match the wicks of the candles to the border color. Remember to click save to apply the settings. Let's see how our changes look. You can play around with the settings to get your unique look and feel. These settings affect all charts on Finnvvis, even the ones on the homepage. If you think you have changed too much, don't worry. You can always go back to settings, charts, and click on restore defaults to reset and get back to how things were when you started. Next, let's optimize your screener. If you want to see more rows and results in one page, adjust the table rows. The default is 20 results, but you can go up to 100 if you prefer everything on one page. Now we have 100 tickers per page. If you want to see more charts in the screener results, you can adjust the charts rows. This will show more charts under the chart section of the screener. Same thing if you want to see more charts in the snapshot section, you can adjust as well. This way you can just scroll down rather than click to the next pages. Use advanced chart settings. Do you want the charts in the screener to have your unique custom setup with the indicators and settings that you like to use? Let me show you. Go to charts and then settings. Add any overlays or indicators you want. For example, let's keep the RSI 14. that is default and add Ichimoku cloud. Click save changes. If I go to the screener chart section, I see the standard charts. But let's go to settings and set the advanced charts toggle to yes. Click save changes. Now when I go to screener charts again, you can see the overlays and indicators. Excellent. Chart time frames. The last section is about setting your default chart time frames. Here you can select the time frame that will show up on the charts when you first open them. Set the time frame for hover charts or when you open a stock chart, futures chart, forex chart, or when you see the charts in the screener. You can select intervals from one minute bars all the way to monthly. This makes it easy whether you're a day trader looking at short-term charts all the way to long-term investors who watch the multi-year charts and everything in

between. Preset the chart time frames that match what you look at. That's it for settings. As you've seen, there's a lot you can do to customize your experience at Finnbiz to set up your own style and preferences. This will make your trading and investing decisions so much faster and more efficient with the design and functionality that works for you. Good luck and thank you for using Finnvvis.
