Hello everyone. My name is Haidider Alikhan and I'm your consultant here at Salesoft. Today I'm going to be showing you how to take advantage of coaching, one of Sales Off's many features. So let me go ahead and share my screen. So the way I you can go into coaching is going into workspace and then clicking coaching. Now you know coaching is a series of dashboards that can really help track goals and compare rep performance across a group or team. So within this capability um you can collaborate and identify areas of improvement and then develop personalized plans for each seller to accelerate their sales. So as I am in this coaching dashboard you'll see three different key uh key options. One of them being team and individual. So team view, the team tab services here key outcome metrics throughout that sales life circle. So from prospecting to closing. So this view can really help frontline managers understand their team performance against or set goals. So you can discover areas for improvement and dwell into additional coaching. Um there different filters here um that you can change how information is displayed looking at specific date ranges, right? Whether you want it to be specifically this quarter or this year. um by uh and then you can also organize this by groups. Let's say you want to look at only your customer success team for instance or you want to look at um you know just your uh mid-market SDRs for instance. You'll be able to just see that right here and see how uh they're performing. Uh ideally you can you have different opportunities here which you can look through total activities meeting books opportunities created but you also have different opportunities which you can filter here on the right hand side by looking at um specifically new pipeline added how many opportunities are closed in one and how many uh successes there have been. You can only have up to three panels um here to look at how your team is doing. Now, please excuse the information in here as we don't have as uh this is a demo account. Um the next the next way you can take advantage of this is having a look at an specific individual. Um you have all these individuals on a certain team. You can go ahead and filter uh which team you want to specifically focus on and actually dive into an individual. So let's look into Abby here for instance. Um you'll be able to look at how uh Abby is performing in terms of uh how uh h how many steps uh the individual has completed. Um looking at exactly how many meetings have taken place as well as how many uh how many areas of opportunity has she been enrolled in. Um, this will summarize a lot of your key activities and then ideally you can dig into some of the key emails, calls, and conversations Aby's having. Um, you can once you're in some of these calls, you can actually look through some of these and actually set specific goals that you want to set for her. Um, you can also filter this through. Um, specifically looking at last quarter as well. Um, and um, yeah, I think that's uh, that's coaching overall. Let me know if you feel free to comment below if you have any questions.
